Strategico per un week end a Caserta e visitare la sua Reggia

Posizione strategica perchè a 15 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso della Reggia e comunque in pieno centro di Caserta. Stanza grande e luminosa; colazione con buone possibilità di scelta.

La consistenza del materasso potrebbe migliorare: troppo 'molloso' di molle metalliche per i miei gusti. Peccato per la mancanza di un parcheggio interno, che comporta per chi come me è giunto con un'auto piena di bagagli e oggetti di un certo valore, di non poter parcheggiare sui parcheggi in strada ma rivolgersi ad un garage privato e custodito, posto nelle vicinanze, ma con limiti sugli orari di accesso.

Poco confortevole.

Posizione e possibilità di trovare proprio vicino al B&B un posteggio non a pagamento.

Colazione insoddisfacente (brioscine sottovuoto anonime, fette biscottate e qualche succo di frutta in brik, mezzo litro di latte per due persone per due giorni, caffè in cialde da utilizzare in una macchinetta rumorosissima da svegliare tutti gli ospiti della struttura - ove presenti-); in bagno mancanza di appendini per gli asciugamani, bicchiere per gli spazzolini, saponette, shampoo. Solo mezzo flacone di bagno schiuma. Mancanza di balcone come invece descritto ( vi era solo la ringhiera sulla porta finestra della stanza)

Heruntergekommene Bude, hellhörig. Sehr enttäuscht!

Was mit der Beschreibung stimmte: Zentrallage und – Blick aufs Vesuv.

Wir, Ehepaar Pigrich aus Hannover, haben für 504 € 22.02.-01.03.24 B&B gebucht. Selbst für Süditalienische Verhältnisse (fahre seit 30 Jahre Gruppen nach Italien) ist die Wohnung zu primitiv, heruntergekommen und - überteuert. Seit min.30 Jahre sah die keine Renovierung. Möbel, vor allem schlappes Bett, durchhängend, war sehr unbequem. Kleidungsbügel habe von draußen besorgt, konnte aber mit 1,68 m nicht benutzen: zu hoch war die Stange. Wasserkocher – durchgebrannt und ohne Basis, Kaffeemaschine mit Schimmel drin. 3 Klimawärmetauscher auf der Terrace machen ständig Geräusche (Februar), Wasserheizung war ebenso laut fast die ganze Zeit. Wasser war erst nach einige Minuten warm. Das ganze Wohnung – schmutzig, von der Tür bis zu der Wänden mit gerahmten „Kunst“ vom Flohmarkt. Im Schrank lag schmutzige Bettwäsche und Bademantel. Geräuschpegel war komplett, da ein Hund fast die ganze Nacht heulte (hier sind nicht die Betreiber der B&B schuldig). Für die junge, starke Nerven und mini-Partys würde die Wohnung gerade passen.

molto scarso nei servizi che comunque si pagano.

la posizione è molto comoda,si trova parcheggio ed è fuori dalla ztl quindi pur essendo in centro non è scomodo

troppo freddo nel bagno e il condizionatore in camera non riscaldava quasi affatto, acceso per tutta la notte l ambiente è rimasto tiepido comunque quindi non confortevole. gli altri ospiti della camera affianco, durante la notte hanno fatto molto caos fino alle 3 quindi un pò complicato prendere sonno. la mattina presto facendo colazione alla macchinetta adiacente alla porta della stanza, ci hanno svegliato presto perché anch'essa molto rumorosa e attaccata al nostro muro. non era presente acqua nemmeno per bere un sorso la mattina. quindi anche in questo una colazione incompleta e molto poco soddisfacente

Great value - makes a great home base for visiting Caserta.

The location was excellent, the space was well-kept. Excellent value.

Communication about the included breakfast and water could be better. There was water and juice in the fridge, but I didn't know if it was for me or not. The breakfast for three days was some small prepackaged pastries that were all on the table at arrival. That's fine, but it should be communicated that that's what to expect. This may be in part because my Italian is not the best, but it could be written somewhere.
