Excelente ubicación y decoración retro

La ubicación, el desayuno y la habitación geniales, Juan Pablo también fue muy servicial y atento a cada detalle. Se nos permitió dejar las valijas antes de entrar a la habitación y después de hacer el check out.

El baño es algo anticuado, la ducha es difícil de regular (aunque nos olvidamos de comentarlo con el dueño). Cómo recomendación podrían tener todas las indicaciones para los huéspedes por escrito para evitar repetirlas varias veces.

Maravillosa

Muy buena ubicación y el desayuno frente a la piscina exquisito. La atención y disposición de Juan Pablo excelente. El lugar muy limpio y ordenado, todos los espacios con aire acondicionado que ayuda a pasar el calor de la ciudad.

FABULOUS. BOOK IT!

From the moment I booked Juan Pablo was advising me of trips and things to do. He offered help so much. He even did a video of how to translate a web page for the hot springs nearby. Juan Pablo was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt totally at home. Beds very comfortable and the retro feel was so sweet. He has taken every effort to make guests comfortable. If I could award more than 10 I would. He even gave us tips for where to change money. We had regular whatsapp contact where he asked if we needed anything. Cleanliness is all. it was spotless. The pool is impeccably clean. The wifi is very good and we could access Netflix and Amazon on the TV if we needed a quiet night. The breakfast is lovely. Plentiful. There is also a fridge with beers, soft drinks and bottled water at a very small cost. Just as cheap as local shops. This place has everything you need. Complimentary soaps and shampoo and conditioners and a daily maid service if you need it. The location is FANTASTIC. The park across the road has a lake, beautiful fountain and little stalls selling crafts and food. The atmosphere is friendly and family based. If you want bars and restaurants they are a short walk away. On a main street that is lively but not raucous. The humour there is very kind. Very safe to walk around. There is no noise at night. So you can sleep well. There is NOT ONE THING negative. I would suggest to book. We will 100% book again. We did trips to Kaiken vineyard and ate there…. wonderful food and wine. We booked a driver called Walter and went to Aconcagua Mountain. it was absolutely fabulous. A real memory bank. Juan Pablo can advise on trips out. Take his advice! It is good!!!! Overall we are so happy we stayed there. Lovely person. So sweet. Lovely accommodation. Just book! Just to add. Our flight from Mendoza has been delayed due to a fault with the plane. Juan Pablo asked if we wanted to use the B&B for the afternoon with no charge.

Best place to stay in Mendoza.

Location was the best especially for the main Vendimia parade. Close to good restaurants. Host, Jon Paul was very helpful & available to make reservations, etc.

Juan Pablo is an excellent host, he was very attentive to our needs and gave us brilliant tips for Mendoza. The design of the house is wonderful, with great attention to detail. Also the pool is excellent for the hot days! WiFi was very fast. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Good breakfast, and you couldn’t ask for better location. It’s close to a beautiful park, restaurants and bars. The owners were amazing and helped us all the time. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful shared house, great location, great hosts.

Wonderful house with lots of space, pool, backyard, and fun retro decor. Light, secure, airy. We had the room with the private bathroom, which was nice. Good breakfast. Good Internet / WiFi. Fantastic hosts, very helpful and attentive. Great location on quiet street near giant park, easily walkable to major shopping and restaurant areas.

Our hosts Pablo and his brother were the best, they were extremely helpfull. The accomodation was tidy and worth the cost. The neighbourhood was nice and felt safe even during the night-time. We enjoyed our stay so much! Thank you for everything and hope to see you again some day! 🥰

Great stylish B&B, in nice area

Definitely recommend! We loved staying here. Style of the B&B house is as in the 70ies but with a modern stylish touch. Very nice! Beautiful backyard with small pool. Location is in a great, safe neighborhood: quiet but in 5 min walking distance to Avenida Aristides with many restaurants and bars. To the center you can also walk 10-15 min. The owners, 2 brothers, are super friendly and 150% very, very attentive. Gracias Fernando y Juan Pablo, fue un placer conocer a Mendoza y su casa!

Our “private” bathroom was actually external and only accessible from the small hallway (There is 1 other room in the “hallway”). Furthermore the room was rather small but it’s not a problem because there was a huge cupboard space to store things.

Excellent B&B

This is a very stylish place with a real retro feel. I would love to live in a home like this! Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was great to have the use of the entire house including the kitchen and living room with Netflix. Fernando and Juan Pablo were excellent hosts and made me feel very welcome. The location is very good tool, close to a beautiful park and an easy walk to restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying here.

There could be a few more options for breakfast such as fresh fruit and cereal, rather than only toast and croissants. Also, fresh milk for the coffee rather than powdered milk in a packet.
