Perfect hosts with a great property in beautiful surroundings.

It had secure parking for multiple cars (gated and camera) and the property was very open, bright and airy. Debra and Wayne must be very experienced as everything is well prepared and catered for and they’re on hand if you need anything that isn’t.

We truly cannot think of one negative thing to say, it really was ideal for our short break at the Goodwood event. in fact it was so idyllic that we were tempted to skip the event and stay at the cottage all day :)

An exquisite rural gem in the south. Do or do not, there is no try.

This is a true gem in the country. Quiet, serene, exquisite — just lovely. The hosts are incredibly friendly, accommodating, generous, and caring without being in your face, despite living next door. The beauty, comfort, and quality of the house aside, the surrounding area is one of the best pieces of English countryside I've seen. Chichester, the nearest town is to die for. 18 mins' drive away is the great beach of East Wittering. There are fresh eggs, beautiful trees, lovely people... What not to like! We will be back — with bells on!

Nothing :) Oh maybe more kitchen pans and pots but then we stayed a long time, thus did a lot of home cooking so may not be so necessary for short stays. But overall nothing to complain about. Consider it a little wish. Another wish — which was granted on the day we arrived — would be a desk in the lounge. I hope the hosts keep it there or replace it with a more indoorsy alternative as with many people working from home, it becomes a prerequisite for longer-staying guests and one prefers to look out from the window to the charming greenery than sit in the cool kitchen. Again, just little wishes from the fairy :)

A lovely cottage which is very well equipped. The cottage is very well maintained and extremely comfortable. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, the apartment is beautiful and Debbie really helpful.

The location was very convenient and quiet. The apartment is spotless and beautifully decorated.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, but a decent sized mirror either in the bedroom or bathroom would help, but it’s not a big problem.

Quiet and perfectly located

Spotlessly clean and in a perfect location, it was wonderfully quiet but so close to everywhere we wanted to go. Modern and spacious with a family shower room and additional en suite toilet.

We hadn’t realised the living room was upstairs and kitchen/dining area downstairs.

Modern, clean, convenient, contemporary cottage

Location was great, close to a27 but you could barely hear the road, but getting anywhere was that much quicker. Close to Chichester and Arundel and the witterings. The log burner was great, a ferocious heat, big spacioys rooms, comfy sofa, clean shower room and ensuite

There really wasn't anything we didn't like!

Are stay was amazing, the house was perfect, clean, cosy a home away from home.

The property was amazing. Everything about it exceeded our expectations cannot wait to go back again. Log fire, kitchen facilities, Bathroom were all fantastic.

The cottage was spotless and homely with lots of personal touches that made the stay an enjoyable experience . It's within driving distanc to Chichester and has walks from the grounds.

The beds were comfortable but a larger size would have been preferable.

Good location for West Wittering, Arundel Castle and Chichester City. A bit of countryside not far from the city. The property is finished to a high standard with all the mod cons.

Log burner and comfy sofas to squish into while watching tv! Perfectly adequate little galley kitchen and lovely big modern family bathroom. Nice covered veranda to sit under while unwinding. Very handy location to access Chichester and surrounding area.

If I’m completely honest the double bed was not comfortable and I wished there’d been a big bath to soak in after day walking about. But shower was huge so maybe just a personal preference. Everything else was really lovely and host was friendly and helpful.
