We stayed here for a family-oriented reunion with college friends, multiple families with kids. It was the middle of summer in a heat wave, but we stayed cool inside the house and in the wonderful pool. We rented 2 homes (Madrid and Barcelona), and it was very convenient to walk across the street in the gated community. We also loved the area, with plenty of stores close by and good restaurants. The manager, William, was extremely responsive every step of the way, and provided excellent service to answer all our questions about the properties. When there were minor problems such as not enough towels upon arrival, he jumped on the phone and solved it for us right away. Overall, we found the houses clean and in good working order. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a great stay. We enjoyed the pool and spa, and the patio with the lovely view. House is very spacious and beds were very comfortable! There were 11 women and we had plenty of space. Comfortable, relaxed vibe. Friendly owner and manager William. Really appreciate William’s attentiveness and communication. We will stay in the Laguna Seca community again next year!

What a great house and amazing amenities. We had 6 adults stay in the house and it was more than enough space and lots of stuff to do in the house without having to leave. The property manager was always fast to reply to my texts if I had any questions and did a great job. This is definitely a premium property but I gave it a 4 star because at this level and price range the attention to detail needs a little work. There are just little things that didn't seem to work, nothing big but just small details. The outdoor area was great and a fun place to hangout. Having the community gated makes it feel like that much nicer.

Very nice property. Property Manager and owner were always accessible. Advertises for 16 which is good if there are spouses but better off with 12 if people do not want to share a bed but cots were available. Our guys golf trip loved it! Would recommend again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay!! The property was very well stocked, location was amazing and the backyard oasis was better than pictured! The accommodations were very comfortable for our large group and the private backyard felt like our own hotel grounds. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was PERFECT for my bachelor party (and definitely would have passed for a multi-family vacation). The house was immaculately clean, well-stocked and the outdoor area was better than advertised. The main hot tub easily fit 14 people and there was plenty of outdoor furniture for us to lounge around on. With the ping pong table, pool table, Mortal Kombat, Volleyball net, Bocce court and grill area - we were certainly never bored. I would 100% recommend staying here for any large group outings!

This place is massive. Our group consisted of 13 adults and never felt crowded. Inside is a very large common area around the kitchen and just around the corner is another room with a pool table. A full, secondary fridge in the laundry room was perfect for keeping all beverages cold. The highlight of the property is the pool area. The pool is of decent size and the hot tub was significant. The main lounging areas by the bar/grill as well as the ping pong table are all covered which was nice as we had a little rain one evening. We spent a majority of our time outside enjoying views of the mountains. Since we all required individual beds, room assignments got creative but they offer roll-a-way beds at a minimal cost. This property would easily house 3 families with plenty of private space. I would not hesitate to re-book and may just do so if our same group decides to make another trip. There is also a grocery store just a few minutes away with a Costco also nearby. The property is about 25 minutes from Palm Springs proper and less than a hour from Joshua Tree.

The house was a great size for large families. The yard and pool were in great shape. Some of the house furniture was a little worse for ware. But then with kids that made it easier. It was nice and clean and had good appliances for cooking. The out door entertainment, needs to be replaced most were broken. Putting green was nice. Prattle board table and boards were in bad shape. Over all was a good experience

The outside areas were perfect for our five 15 year old boys and adults to hang out. Lots of outdoor space, many seating areas and TVs. Loved the beautiful hot tub and pool. The boys had fun with the volleyball net, pool table, and video game. Plenty of parking. Loved the two large refrigerators. All the kitchen supplies we needed except no cork screw. The master bed was super comfy but the shower didn’t drain well. Appreciated the extra bunk bed in the master closet (which Worked great for one of the boys). Another slept on the pull out couch in the dining room. We had a great time. Very nice property that is lots of fun. I would definitely recommend it!

The property was spacious and had a nice floor plan. The decor needs some updating, but everything was in relatively good working order (the shades in one bedroom weren’t working but that wasn’t important to us). The pots, pans, and knives could be upgraded, but got the job done. Beds were very comfortable, and there were many bathrooms which I love! The backyard was exquisite including a gorgeous stone pool and spa, putting green, volleyball court, high end bbq and bar area, ample seating areas, and stunning landscaping.

The listing photos don't even do this property justice - it was absolutely stunning in person. A dream come true! It was the perfect desert oasis for some time away and relaxing by the pool. The owner and assisting staff were super welcoming and responsive. My group would absolutely book again.

The manager was a great communicator. The outside premises are beautiful. Inside the furniture is extremely outdated. Needs a lot of maintainance (faucets spraying all over, plumbing/ flushing very slow). The duvets, blankets and pillows were very old, some stained. One of the refrigerators doesn’t work, we stored meat there realizing the next day the fridge doesn’t keep it cold.

Party is great for events but maintenance was not keep up, Front Landscape lighting or front entry lighting wasn’t working until we complained. Also pool room TV wouldn’t work, Property Manager purchase new tv’s but they were smaller so you could see the wall brackets and the tv’s weren’t programmed to us. No coffee pot or wine bottle opener until we asked for one. Several toilets had issues flushing. The property is run down but it fit our purpose for wedding rehearsal dinner party. They property manager & Owner need to communicate better to vet they property condition and not have the guest find all the issues or problems.

Spent the arrival day contacting manager to fix A/C in 2 of the major guest rooms that were 95 degrees. I had to deal with the A/C guy. Then had to work with someone else because main TV would not work...He called-in someone else to ultimately get it working but TV was totally unworkable by the end of our stay. Mattress in 2nd main bedroom was so old or damaged that it sounded like crinkling aluminum foil. A total embarrassment for us with guests who stayed in that room. Our new volleyball accidentally went up on the flat roof of casita. I tried for days with Manager Chris to get a ladder to get it down but to no avail. Enjoy your brand new volleyball! Also, could never lock the home. Outside garage door transmitter never worked. When we left the house, we had to go back in the garage, manually close the door, and exit through the then unlocked man door to get back in the car. Anyone could have easily entered the home and taken anything they wanted. On the good side, the home and activities are terrific. It just seems a total lack of management to be sure things work that any guest would never expect to not be working as in A/C and main TV and beds.

10 women stayed at this lovely house for 5 days. Comfy beds and lots of private space for alone time. A minor maintenance problem was immediately addressed and the PM assisted when we needed the hot tub or location on patio misters. We all gave it a top rating and look forward to making it an annual!

Overall we were very happy with this property and really enjoyed our stay. Note that the bunk bed is in the walk-in closet of the master bedroom, so it's not technically a separate bedroom - the listing is a bit vague on this. The technology (Sonos system, pool/jacuzzi heat) was a bit difficult to navigate but we ended up figuring it out. The grounds and pool area were beautiful!

Our family of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Barcelona for 8 days. The things we loved the most were the grounds, the game room, the kitchen and great room, the pool and hot tub. Overall, the Barcelona can accommodate a large group and everyone can be comfortable.As I mentioned above, there was no contact with the property manager but the owner Richard was always available for our needs. The house is fully automated and took some time to understand, the biggest problem being heating the pool and hot tub. While the house is beautiful, it could use some updating.

The first impression of this property is breathtaking... It has a majestic entrance, a beautiful gate with two spectacular fountains and flowers. The open floorplan is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has a restaurant quality stove with all the necessary cooking equipment. Our favorite feature of the property is the yard, the heated pool and the jacuzzi... It was the daily spot for family gatherings. Chris, the property manager, was extremely helpful, very friendly and always available for whatever we needed. We truly appreciate everything you did to make our stay even more pleasant!!! I´ve been renting houses through vrbo for many years, this is the best property we´re rented so far. The only issue we had is that in the description of the property it says it has six bedrooms and six bathrooms, but it really has four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms (one of the half bathrooms is outside by the pool area). We were a large group and this was an issue. Other than that, everything was great!!!

This home is spectacular! Centrally located and plenty of room for large families to enjoy. The real gem of this home is the pool; truly a resort-like pool with a joint hot tub. The pool house and cabana have numerous TVs to watch sporting events. Love the big backyard to play catch with the kids and adults. The putting green was icing on the cake. Highly recommend.

We loved being here with our friends and family for our 20 yr vow renewal! We are still thinking about how great of a time it was and how the memories will live on forever in our hearts! The home was beautiful and the grounds were everything we could have hoped for. The owner did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. We recommend this to anyone wanting to create some special times. Great for weddings, etc. I would like to submit some pics.... We are thinking about coming back in 2017 for our anniversary.

We rented this for a guy golf trip for 16 of us (all over 40). the house was very clean and everything worked. this place was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed. The staff did a great job in informing us about everything in the house and was very responsive when I had an issue with the spa temp. it turned out to be operator error on our end and he got it working correctly remotely. I felt like these guys really care about us having the best time possible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great house to share with family and friends.

Very accommodating! House was very clean and the few things that didnt work were very minor (light bulbs out, etc.) Mentioned this to the owner and manager and they had it remedied quickly and promptly. Want to specifically thank Chris (manager) for being so gracious and flexible with our check-in/out times, answering all our late night questions, quickly responding to messages, and everything else he did for us during our stay. The whole process was seamless from booking, to checking in, and checking out. Highly recommended! We want to check out their other properties next time.

We husband and I had our wedding (ceremony & reception) at this location on 6/11/16 and our expectations were met above and beyond! The backyard is a great spot to throw events and entertain guests. The misters outside helped keep the temperature comfortable even in 95 degree weather. Rick and Chris made sure the sand pits were covered for us so we could have our ceremony in the spot we had planned to. We received so many compliments on our venue. The inside of the house was clean and beautiful as well. We can't wait to go back for our anniversary!

We were searching for a perfect place for our "intimate backyard/pool party wedding" and came across this amazing property! We fell in love straight away and knew this would be the perfect place. Chris the property owner responded quickly to our inquiry and helped us through the booking process. He was so helpful with our questions and concerns about having a wedding at the property and even offered times where we could come down and view the house beforehand. The property was even more beautiful in person! We had our bridal party of 20 stay with us the entire weekend and there was plenty of room. We also rented out a second property for family (he has 5 total in a private, gated cut de sac) and that house was just as beautiful. Everyone was in awe of how big and beautiful the houses were. The pool and backyard looked like it was straight out of a resort and was the perfect entertaining space! The Sonos surround system was amazing, we wish we had this at home! The house was truly a perfect place for our wedding and we can't wait to go back. The description of this house really doesn't do it justice... you have to see for yourself how beautiful it really is! Highly recommend!

My family and I recently returned to the east coast, after a memorable week at this beautiful home, in Bermuda Dunes. We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday with our daughters, grand daughter and some extended family. This week also coincided with the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. So, if we were not at the tennis gardens (which is 2 miles away) we were able to watch it on the many TV's on the property! This home and the outside space is spectacular. The open kitchen area/great room was perfect for everyone to hang out and relax. Each bedroom in the main house and the 2 bedrooms in the casita were nicely appointed and all had comfortable beds. The master bedroom was huge with a beautiful bathroom. We loved the pool and jacuzzi area, enjoyed the putting green and appreciated the access we had to the tennis court, that was located at the house across the street. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The lights and fountains lit up for us, each evening as we dined alfresco. There was also surround sound speakers, for us to enjoy everyone's playlist throughout the week. Three of the nights we had dinner prepared for us. Ask Chris, the property manager, for names and numbers. They did an excellent job! We would come back to this house or any of the other 4 properties, that are located in this small gated community. #paradise #desertfun

This place is absolutely beautiful from interior to exterior. We have been staying out at this property for the last 6 to 7 years. It is one of the best homes in the area. The property management company is very easy to deal with and very thorough. I would highly recommend.
