I will definitely stay at this location again when I’m in the area

The room was very comfortable. I also loved the to go bag saying happy travels when checking out.

Honestly there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. There was a minor issue with the computer system when checking in but the staff managed it well.

This was an expensive stay, $300/night, and did not deliver.

The location in downtown Decatur near MARTA was exactly why I picked this hotel.

The room was large and empty and dark. No desk lamp (although one that looked like it was from a garage sale was provided on request) no task lighting. No place to sit other than at the desk: no armchair, no settee, no sofa. The window shades were clumsily controlled by a remote that functioned very poorly.

Contrary to the location, I was very shocked that it had some many amenities and accommodations.

I went to my kids college orientation and stayed close by in a really big nice room

Location, Front desk staff was great and super helpful

Parking was a little confusing, but it all worked out

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. The parking is a little confusing upon arrival.

Parking should be included.... For the cost.

Excellent hotel, perfect location, caring staff

The staff was so helpful. My reservation was lost between Booking. Com and the hotel with no record although I had confirmation and pin from Booking.

I liked it all particularly that they were able finally to accommodate me in a bad situation with a full hotel

Decatur is a very charming part of Atlanta and the hotel is easy to access and very comfortable.

Breakfast was great. Very clean property. I had a problem with the reservation (my fault, not theirs) and they worked with me to get it solved.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff that lacks in maintenance upkeep in rooms.

Breakfast was one of the better breakfast bars I've ever had. I enjoyed it. Loved the choice of waffle mixes and toppings you don't see that everywhere.

Broken or hard to work electrical blinds in room gave us lots of trouble getting them open and closed and the interior lighting in room was so dim you couldn't see anything without the blinds being opened and we had to use lights on our cell phones to see. We placed a phone call to another room, and it called or transferred us to one of the managers cell phones at her home after 11:00 pm we felt so bad we woke her up. Then, we received a call just as we were going to sleep and was asked to let the front desk clerk in our room to examine the phone and get an explanation as to what happened. It became a late night for us too after that. Maintenance in room was found lacking.

Location was very good with many shops and restaurants within a few blocks. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Full breakfast was good.

roomy. lovely spaces. great location. glad there was exercise and pool.

breakfast was mediocre. the motion detector in the bathroom was defective. timing varied to turn off the light in shower toilet area but detected motion only by the sink.
