Stayed twice now expensive would stay off sight next time as it wasn’t value for money this stay even the bed was uncomf

Perfect and Pricey Location - Still Worth It for Overnight Stays Before Early Flights.

A great place for an overnight before an early flight. Better and more comfortable - and comparable in price for two - as an airport lounge like the American Airlines Admiral Club. All staff from the front desk reservationist to waiters on the rooftop bar were professional and polite. Food was very good.

Everything was pricey, but given the location, that has to be expected. Also, considering the difficulty in finding a decent airport lounge, an overnight stay with one's own bed and shower is worth it.

Always an excellent choice when travelling from Heathrow

The main thing is the convenient location for terminals 2 and 3. The rooms are always clean and a good size . The restaurant has a wide menu to suit our taste and the staff friendly and helpful.

I’d like to be able to book an accessible room for three on line. I’m never able to do this. That this review has come through in my husband’s name. He never books or pays . I always deal with the hotels.

Location

Unwelcoming and rude male receptionist. Bar and restaurant lacked atmosphere. Recently stayed at the Sofitel in terminal 5, friendly and helpful staff, much higher standard facilities and more competitively priced.

Perfectly adequate for an overnight stay as it is clean and comfortable.

Typical airport hotel! Not luxurious but nice enough for an overnight stay. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but in canteen - like area. However, it cannot be faulted for providing just what is necessary for an overnight stay at LHR terminal 3.

The chairs in the Apron Bar are good to lay back and enjoy a drink however they are uncomfortable to sit up to eat. No draught ales. Bottled options were limited.

Comfortable, location phenomenal obviously, good gym, price and prices seemed hiked yet expected.

Perfect location, obviously, for flight onward from Heathrow. Great view from the room, great view from the top floor bar area. Extremely comfortable bed giving a good nights sleep before early morning onward flight. Used the gym for a quick hour, included a Peloton bike! All good.

Perhaps the price of food & drinks at the bar, but then it was more than half expected given the location, in a sort of 'we've got you here now' situation.

Very useful.

Location is excellent for an early morning flight. Clean, tidy and well equipped rooms as you would expect. Food was surprisingly good, considerably better than other on-site LHR hotels.

Signposting to the hotel within the airport is a bit hit and miss.

Good location for terminal 2/3 at Heathrow - great bar on level 14 but expensive!

Good location for terminal 2/3 - 3 is a bit of a long walk. Very comfortable rooms and really like the Runway Bar - excellent food! Very comfy bed. It's really quiet for the location.

It's a bit pricy! I managed the lifts this time but they can be confusing - met a couple who had travelled the lift up and down! Can be a bit busy at reception but it's next to Heathrow, so to be expected.

Definitely the place to stay before a terminal 2 flight

Perfect location for early morning flight from terminal 2. Very easy access to bag drop etc. Loved the views over the runway and the rooftop bar. Very comfortable bed and large TV.

We had a fire alarm going off around 2:30am and had to evacuate. It was, however, quickly resolved and we got to return to our rooms. They seemed well prepared for such an event.

It obviously has the best location for terminal 2 long haul flights and once there you have everything you need. very comfortable and clean

Being the only hotel in that close vicinity you have to obviously pay a premium. the skybar is a great place but its like having another weeks holiday somewhere else having one night there. We had holidayed in Portugal and spain and so getting back to London prices were a shock but a timely reminder to head back and be ready for Australia. i feel they have a monopoly and use it and yes i would probably stay again because you are paying for the convenience of walking out the door. Very quiet hotel top marks on the engineers and designers as you have trains and planes around you

Amazing view of the runway!

Perfect view of the runway. I barely watched television because I was watching the planes take off and land. It was amazing! Highly recommended for the plane enthusiast. Would definitely stay again!
