clean staff came quick when we couldn’t locate hot tub key

location and could have been pleasant stay

house was dirty, inc floors, linens, furniture and patio. missing patio furniture and no cushions. water leaking in kitchen and BBQ did not work.and no back up propane tank. oven still had cleaning chemicals in it and repeatedly set off smoke detector. Comforter in master had what appeared to blood stain on it

Very good

House was very clean and easy to find, well stocked with spices, pots and pans, and various utensils. Oversizsd towels to use for the hot tub and ple ty of extra towels and bedding in the upstairs bedroom. The backyard is beautiful and relaxing to stay in and hang out.

Only two things that were not excellent about the house but neither would deter us from staying here again. First was that the house was not ready until over an hour after the original check in time, and second was that thw hot tub was cloudy and did not seem completely cleaned when we got here. Although that could be due to a direct turnover from previous customers and not having enough time for the hit tub to cycle before we opened the lid.
