Anne and Michael are wonderful to work with!! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. 100% do the golf cart. It’s a for sure. It was so fun loading up and driving through the neighborhood and down to the beach each day. The beach is perfect for shelling. And everyone there was so friendly! The place was far enough from the downtown traffic but close enough for a quick trip to wherever you needed to go. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was perfect! We have traveled multiple times to the area, but were quite impressed with this accommodation. The first thing you notice is how clean the place is, everywhere. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils. That made our stay easier as we ate in most of the trip. The description doesn't give enough credit to the roomy floor plan! We enjoyed both the deck and conservatory for morning breakfasts. A bonus was the baby armadillo that dropped in to check out the yard. For pets the place was perfect. Plenty of room to move about and explore. Another bonus was being able to walk through the neighborhood without excessive traffic. Of course the beach/ocean speaks for itself. Literally across the highway it was an easy walk to enjoy each day. Morning on the deck provided a gentle serenade as waves hit the shore. The location was easy to find, the lodging perfect for our needs, and the hosts were amazing. Thank you for the wonderful get away!

Loved the location and place, the hosts Anne and Michael were on top of things the whole time and did not disappoint. I would say this is far the best experience we have had with renting a place with fun things to do. We loved packing up our cooler and beach chairs/toys on the golf cart and driving through the neighborhood to the beach. Don’t pass up the golf cart… you’ll thank me. Kudos to Anne and Michael for such a pleasant trip. I will be back as long as they are the hosts!

Convenient and fun
The inside of the condo was very clean with nice furniture. The hosts are very generous and supply many beach supplies. The golf cart makes the vacation. You could walk to the beach, but the golf cart is so much more convenient, especially with all of the chairs and boogie boards and other supplies that are provided. It also adds another level of fun to ride it through the neighborhood to and from the beach. I would stay here again if I ever returned to St. Augustine.

Peaceful, Quiet Retreat
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We were close to the quiet Vilano Beach beaches, yet also not far from the St. Augustine attractions. The place was spotless and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely come again!

Quiet location for family
Loved the condo! The location was great for us: away from the touristy parts of St Aug. Short walk across the street to beach, which was uncrowded. Short drive to restaurants, grocery and St Auggie tourism. If I had to complain about anything, it would be broken downstairs bathroom door (noisy) and that we didn’t know loft was not closed in completely (can hear everything going on downstairs and vice versa). Will stay here again, no doubt!!! Thx!

Tropical paradise oasis
We just finished up our stay at this darling townhouse. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus our 2 dogs. The Florida room was perfect to set up our 2 large dog kennels and for a feeding area for them.
Our 2 teenagers switched off between the downstairs bedroom and the foldout bed in living room.
Everything was just as described. Very clean plenty of extra linens and pillows, kitchen was filled with just about everything you could need.
Enjoyed the side porch with the tropical paradise oasis in the mornings and evenings.
The location is perfect we opted for the golf cart and it made lugging all beach items easy. But the walk to the beach is an easy 5 min to the neighborhood beach access if do not have.
Very close to St Augustine and all it's attractions.
Anne and Michael were very friendly and helpful. They live in the neighborhood so you might run into them while out and about. So appreciate them opening their home to us.
Hope to stay here again or use another of their rentals in the future.

Paez Beach Vacation
The place is amazing. Anne and Michael, the property managers are amazing, superb friendly and helpful and had the place looking glam when we arrived. And always available for assistance if anything goes wrong or if you need anything. There’s a huge fenced in back yard if you have dogs or just want to sit outside. Plus a 5 min walk or drive in the golf cart to the beach. If Anne offers one to you, take it. It is totally worth it! Upstairs has its own bathroom attached to the bedroom that has a queen bed, bunk bed and a sofa sleeper; very spacious and the parents can hang downstairs in their private bedroom outside of the main entrance. We had lots of fun and will be back. Thanks again Anne!

Lovely home
This house is a hidden gem. The house is peaceful and close to the beach and the historic district of St Augustine. The house had all the amenities you need and more. Anne and Michael were always in touch in case we needed it anything. Two thumbs up to this amazing house. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Family Adventure
We loved every minute of the stay. The property manager was very communicative. The location was wonderful. And we all had such fun adventures at the beach and historic downtown. Not to mention the Scottish Castle Ottis is a block away and there is incredibly good seafood restaurants and Publix within minutes of property. We will be back.

Great Getaway
We came down for vacation from Colorado and had the best time. We loved the condo Sandcastle Hideaway. We loved the condo it was quiet and so close to the beach and St. Augustine. It was very clean and comfortable and Anne and Mike were wonderful! They helped us with booking an eco tour, and gave us excellent recommendations for things to see and do. I will definitely book this little gem again, we loved it!

Friends reunion
We loved this condo and had a very relaxing stay.. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. We fell in love with the well stocked kitchen although we didn't cook. We enjoyed trying out the nearby restaurants, Caps on the water and Aunt Kate's. Too bad we didn't have time to try more. We had friends come down from Jacksonville and had a pleasant visit on the screened in porch.

Amazing hosts, super cute home!
From the second I booked the property to the morning we left, Michael & Anne were awesome. They were extremely accommodating to our situation. We never saw them once, which gave us privacy while still knowing they were readily available if we needed anything.
The house was perfect for two couples. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck surrounded by the green garden and meals both in the dining room and screened in porch. Very clean. Great location. Perfect hosts!

We stayed here while our home was being finished close by. It was a wonderful stay, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The close proximity to the beach (practically across the street from the A1A) was a complete bonus. We'll definitely stay here again.

Its hard to find things anymore that are better than you expect but this is one of them.
We pulled up to find, what I would call, exotic yard. Plants and trees were simply beautiful. Sitting on the back deck at night was my highlight, peaceful and relaxing.
The inside was perfect as well. Beautiful kitchen with updated appliances.
The lay out of the house was great. Has a sunroom which we didnt need but if it had rained in the evening it would've been perfect.
The beds were surprisingly comfortable.
We've stayed in many hotels for vacations but never again. We had the greatest vacation yet and a big part of it was because of this place. I honestly cant say enough good things. Thank you for this experience
