About this house rental
We are located in the quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood of Toquerville. We are less than 25 miles from Zion National Park, and St. George. We are just minutes away from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, Red Cliffs Conservation area, and I-15. There's lots of opportunities for hiking, biking, and OHV trails. In additions to the numerous activities, we believe that our neighborhood atmosphere is a rare find. We hope you leave echoing the Toquerville City slogan: It's the People! The large master bedroom has a private entrance with a keypad lock, ample convenient parking, a comfortable queen bed, a leather hide-a-bed sofa, a 60" T.V. with Netflix access, and a beautiful master bathroom with double sinks, a large shower, and a jet tub. The room will easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, or 4 adults if you want to brave the hide-a-bed :-). The room also offers a microwave, mini-fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. We offer a light breakfast of coffee (sugar and creamer provided), muffins, fruit, yogurt, and granola.

The hosts are so kind and attentive. The space is amazing. Very clean, all the comforts of home, private driveway and entrance. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Both entrances to Zion National Park are close. If we are ever back that way we’ll DEFINITELY be staying with them again.

This felt so homey. Everything was so clean and welcoming. It was so spacious. It's only a half hour drive to Zion National Park which is why we stayed here.
Cindy was a great host. She would leave us muffins, yogurt, and fruit for breakfast. Very responsive and welcoming. I would 100% stay here again without a doubt. I highly recommend!

For a great stay you want:
- a great location: This spot is placed perfectly b/w Zion and Bryce and St. George.
- clean room with amenities: no detail too small! From the Keurig coffee maker to aloe for post hike skin irritation to fabulous TV choices. And the room is in pristine condition!
- accommodating and communicative hosts: Cindy and Russ went out of their way to make us comfortable. From the check in to check out. We got wonderful recommendations for places to eat, local hikes and places to visit. They even did some favors for us that I dont want to list since it may become an expectation :)
We HIGHLY recommend this place. Book it - you will be very happy :)

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely wonderful! Cindy is so accommodating and friendly. Everything was so clean, the breakfast was great and the location is great! It’s in the center of Zion, St. George and Hurricane. I would definitely return if we ever visit this area again.

My family and I had a great stay. The place is very clean, quite surroundings and has that welcoming feeling. Worth the drive from Zion National Park to this cozy place. Cindy is only a text or phone call away if you have questions. Almost forgot, having a continental breakfast helps start your day or snacks when you come home after a long hike. Thank you Cindy.

Beautiful property, just as described in listing. Huge bathroom which was awesome, and Cindy reached out before our visit with good instructions on where to park. Loved the treats for breakfast. We would definitely recommend staying here!

It was like I had my own wing of their beautiful home. It is a great location in a beautiful setting. The accommodations were clean, modern, comfy and quiet. Highly recommend for two people.

My favourite thing about this property was the energy of the space. ❤️ Everything was wonderful and available and the host, Cindy was incredibly attentive and friendly. The suite is spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a stay in the area. Parking is steps away from your entrance, so super convenient with luggage, etc. This is a rare find. I’ll definitely look for this property again when I come to visit the area again. There’s so much to see and do here.

Cindy was extremely helpful prior to booking and through the end of my stay. . The location was very convenient for a trip to Zion. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for driving to Zion and other parks. The provided breakfast was convenient when you wanted an early start to your day. Cindy was easy to communicate with, and her family was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Cindy’s place was awesome in every way!! We had a nice big room of our own (attached to her lovely home) with the bed & sofa & TV & table & chairs, along with a microwave & refrigerator. There was also a Gorgeous bathroom with double sinks & shower & jacuzzi tub! I personally would like that bathroom in my own home! She left us muffins & yogurt & fruit each morning which was a perfect start to our days! The location to everything was very convenient. GREAT stay overall - thanks Cindy!!

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Had everything I needed and a plus was the breakfast items. Nicely decorated and such a comfortable bed! Jacuzzi tub was delightful after a full day at Zion National Park! Quite neighborhood and when I’m back in the area, I will certainly stay again!

This property was awesome! The hosts were so helpful and knowledgeable of the area, giving us advice for hiking, food and activities in the area. We were given muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc for breakfast daily. The property was very clean and spacious and convenient to many points of interest. Zion is only 25 minutes away, Kolab less than 30, Bryce Canyon 2 hours (with beautiful scenic drives all around.

This was our first experience with BNB and we loved it. The room was warm and inviting and extremely clean. So nice to come back to after a day of hiking Zion. They even provided hot chocolate and popcorn. Bathroom was lg with jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Breakfast of muffins, yogurt, etc. Cindy was great at communicating. We definitely recommend this BNB.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with Cindy was excellent. Very clean and very quiet. We went to Zion National park which is about a 25 minutes away. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Not only is the area surrounding this property absolutely beautiful, but the property itself was amazing! The moment I opened the French doors, it smelled so clean and looked absolutely spotless. This space is very private and has a giant bathroom with a wonderful jacuzzi tub. The bed and pillows were so clean and comfortable, and the Roku TV was really nice to have, too. I think my favorite part was the host(s) providing me with yogurt, granola, fruit, coffee, creamer, water, and a muffin each morning as well as some popcorn and hot chocolate for a cozy evening. This is literally one of the most well-kept places I have ever stayed and I absolutely will be staying here again. Plus, all the neighbors have cows which was wonderful, too!

I loved the little attached "in-law suite". It's in a super quiet neighborhood and it had everything I needed. The whirlpool soaking tub was incredible after golf and long hikes in Zion. I came horribly prepared for the cold weather and they even let me borrow a coat and beanie which was absolutely necessary for me to see the best of Zion. I would absolutely stay here again! We enjoyed staying at this home near Zion National Park! The room had everything that we needed. We really appreciated the breakfast items and coffee that they provided as well. The jetted bathtub was an added bonus after a day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was very good for our needs. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. A couple of drawbacks were the size of bed and lack of tv stations. The bed was only full size, was on metal rails without support of headboard A larger bed would fit easily in the large room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in for the two of us. The only thing to watch on tv was Netflix.

This house was in a great location about 30 minutes outside of Zion. The host did a great job communicating and made a very comfortable living space for their guests. The check in was easy and they provided a simple breakfast. Will definitely be back when I’m traveling to Zion!
