This space was perfect for our family of four. The proximity to the beach and the fun adventures around Kauai made for the perfect vacation. The VRBO was fully furnished with everything we needed and plenty of space to relax.

This is a lovely nicely equipped apartment. Kalapaki Beach is easily accessed and there are delightful walking paths nearby.

Generously sized condo was perfect for the family.
Proximity to a great beach is a plus. Close to Lawai Fish Market which is my favorite place to get food to grill or serve at the condo.
The condo was appropriately stocked with all the utensils and dishes needed to make at home meals.
We had to purchase our own bar soap but that is a preference and not necessarily a demerit.

We stayed here for our Thanksgiving week holiday thanks to our daughter who was playing in a volleyball tournament at Kalapakī Beach.
The location could not have been better! AMAZING oceanfront view of Kalapaki Beach and the bay. We basically lived on the oceanfront balcony. The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed! It is literally a 4 minute walk down to the beach thanks to the cliffside elevator. There was also a great walk/hike along the cliffs across a golf course out to the lighthouse.
The property manager was very attentive and had a new toaster oven for us when I mentioned that the original one was broken.
We will most definitely return and stay here again next year for the annual beach vball tournament!

Four of us arrived before the rest of our 18 person family group, so needed a smaller place to stay to relax. This location was perfect for the four of us. Clean and walking distance to the beach and close to the airport to pickup the later arriving family member.

This was a wonderful property with great views overlooking the water and a rainbow or two nearly every morning. It was also very close to everything one would need for a week long stay. It was also very well stocked with anything we might have needed with the sole exception of beach chairs.

The property was very clean, with a wonderful location. Very easy to get to the beach and lots of water/ beach activities to view from the deck. We were very pleased that our deck had a roof so we could stay outside no matter how much it rained. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. The kitchen has everything a cook might want and more!

This is one of the best 2 bedroom condos we have stayed in while in Kauai. We loved the location on Kalapaki Beach. The condo had most every thing we needed—from linens to towels to kitchen utensils.

Location for the island was perfect. Quiet and easy to find I was not aware of the 15 steps which might be a problem for some people. They may want to include that in the listing. We had a few questions and they were answered immediately.

wonderful vacation get away
This was a great spot and location for our group. We had plenty of time relaxing on the beach below and swimming next to sea turtles, which were also visible from the balcony. Easy access to North and South shore.... less travel time given the location of this rental. We would all choose this place again. Mahalo

Great place, location, and views!
My family stayed here. This home was perfect for them. Everyone had their own bathroom and the living space was homey. The balcony has an amazing view of Kalapaki Bay and is just a close walk to the beach and other shops. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with and very communicative. Would highly recommend this place.

Brought my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 older teens). We love the condo and how close it was to everything. A short walk to a great beach for swimming, kayaking, etc, right next to the Marriott resort. We had everything we needed at the condo and more. Fantastic view and the beds were super comfortable! Thanks!

Nice Place--No Marriott Access
We really liked the house, but we had family at the Marriott and were hoping to also be able to use the pool, gym, beach chairs. Marriott would not let us, stating that this was due to COVID. We loved the house but were very disappointed and frustrated to be kicked out of the Marriott facilities. The house is a 5, but with the difficulty in trying to meet with different staff at the Marriott and messaging the owner without a response, my overall rating is dropped to a 3.

Lovely Condo and View
The condo was well laid out and having access to the Marriott property was wonderful. Awesome location especially for shopping/airport/Southside Activities. Great view to Nawaliwili Bay and Harbor and all the activities that provides. The condo was well supplied and even had a washer/dryer which was nice for an extended stay. The only thing of concern was the tv’s had spotty service and wasn’t available for the majority of the time.

Paradise in Lihue
Had a great time here. The property was beautiful and access to the beach via elevator through the Marriot was awesome. Would definitely recommend this property for families. Lihue is also very convenient for getting around. Property manager was prompt with responses. No issues at all. Fantastic views and a great safe beach. Thank you!

The unit was the perfect location- easy to walk to everything. Sadly when we arrived the unit had NOT been cleaned and we had to depart the unit while they cleaned it late at night. The management company was easy to deal with and gave us a dinner out while they cleaned- but I don't think we should have had to pay the cleaning fee as it was so dirty and NOT a great way to start our Holiday weekend.But in the end it was a good stay and Kauai is so perfect. I am in Property Management and know how things can happen but paying a cleaning fee for a unit that as not cleaned is not the ight way to do business. Also there was no beach equipment anywhere so we had to rent these items. That was quite odd.

Excellent Location and Benefits of Marriott
The property was perfectly located and beautiful inside. When we arrived the unit had not been cleaned at all and was a mess. Ants all over from trash left inside the unit- The Property Manager was quick and fast in getting the unit ready. They did give us compensation for dinner but I am not sure why we paid the cleaning fee as the unit was NOT cleaned prior to our arrival and we had to depart in order to get it cleaned. We left the unit in exceptional condition as we always do. The neighbors left a nasty note on our door about an outside light shining into their windows ( however we had no outside lights on) it was the neighbor next to us that had a bright flood light on all the time- it was hard to enjoy the lanai at night as it was VERY bright. Otherwise a great stay with excellent parking and you could basically walk everywhere.

We had the best experience at this rental. The home was beautiful and very clean. We lived on the lanai in the mornings and evenings. A picture does not do justice to the sunrises and sunsets. I think Kalapaki beach is the best beach in Kauai, especially for families! And the accessibility to the Marriott’s amenities was a game changer. We went all over the island, but could have easily stayed on Kalapaki beach, in the pool or in the house! Joshua was very communicative, and made she we were comfortable throughout the entire visit. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful condominium with incredible views of Kauai mountains and pristine bay. We especially enjoyed the amenities of the nearby Marriott resort, but with the seclusion, and privacy of your own condominium. We will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous cliffside condo
We stayed for a week at this property just off the Marriott property. The condo was lovely. It has a big open space kitchen and living are. There is a large deck that overlooks the bay there in Lihue. The two rooms are spacious and have two bathrooms. The property is lovely-walking easily to the beach, along the golf course or to the Marriott. The only complaint I have is that there were not enough pillows and the sheets were worn. Other than that-no complaints. Great place to hang out for a week.

This place is even better than the photos. It is clean and comfortable with a fabulous view of the bay. We loved sitting on the patio watching the surfers every day. The elevator to the beach was not in service but wasn't a problem for us. We didn't mind the walk to the marriott property. We also appreciated the discounted golf at nearby Timbers. We will return.

From the booking to our checkout was all smooth. We loved the view the best. Plenty of space in this condo and our view was amazing. Best part was the using the nearby Marriott amenities while having the convenience of a kitchen and whole condo to ourselves. The bbq gas tank was not full. We reached out and it was replaced next day.
