This place was centrally located around Dublin and very close to a Hop on Hop Off bus stop. Everything was clean and comfortable. Paul was a pleasure to work with and made the stay enjoyable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

First, Paul is perfect to deal with as you are planning your stay - not only was he quick to respond to all my questions, he went out of his way to make sure I had some great ideas on how to have a lot of fun in Dublin. The place is great, location is ideal and walk to many restaurants, attractions. Highly recommend!

Paul was great at communicating with us before and even during our stay! He was very detail oriented and even sent a video of how to find and get into Vrbo which was a huge relief when you show up in a foreign country very tired. The place was nice and clean as well as the entire facility was well kept. I would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone who wants to see the heart of Dublin by walking!

Perfect location for everything we wanted to do while in Dublin - easy access to tour bus stops, city bus stops, cabs, etc., plus we could easily walk to pubs, restaurants and city center attractions. Tips/directions from the host were amazing! We've never stayed at a property with more detailed instructions for check-in, which made it a breeze, and the other tips provided helped with our overall trip planning as well. Having a washer plus a separate dryer was a bonus, as we were on week three of our trip. Mirrors in the hallway and main bedroom helped with sharing the bathroom and still being able to coordinate getting ready in the mornings/evenings. Would absolutely stay here again, or at any other property offered by this host!

The apartment was convenient to bustling central Dublin but feels quiet and secluded. It was clean and comfortable. It is a good place to layover to be able to enjoy the sights and sounds of Dublin with a vast assortment of places to eat, drink and shop nearby. We especially enjoyed hopping on the DART train to beautiful Howth as a side trip.

The apartment was the best-equippes I've stayed in and absolutely spotless. Location is within east walking distance of many cool spots and getting a car is easy. The host is wonderful - would definitely book again!

This was a great location for our quick stay in Dublin (2 adults and 2 kids, ages 14 and 10). The kids loved the bunk beds! Super easy to get in (The instructions on how to enter were very helpful!!) and the location is great. close enough for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go, but also quiet at night. We appreciated the full kitchen and all amenities!

Perfect location, 5 min from Temple Bar area. All the attractions are walking distance or FreeWay taxi is very cheap. I am very happy with the apartment. Washer and dryer was a huge plus! Apartment is modern and clean. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. First of all, Paul, the owner was very thorough in his directions getting you to the apartment. The apartment was modern in design, clean and quiet. Once you went through the first door from the city to get to the apartment, it was like you entered the quiet realm of Dublin. The location was perfect for our stay and in getting to all the sites we wanted to see. It is right near Ha' Penny Bridge and Temple Bar which is loaded with shopping and great restaurants and bars. We did have an issue with the clothes washer, but Paul's property managers were very quick to fix it. All in all, we had a great time staying here and would rent it again if we were ever in Dublin again.

My only complaint was previous renters must've been smokers. But smell was neutralized after we opened windows to air out the property. Other than that, this was a great place in a great location.

The property was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean. The location was amazing. We (myself, husband, 12 year old) walked everywhere. Pubs and shops all near by. The flat was a great quiet place to stay after a hectic Dublin day. If in Dublin again would definitely stay again. The check in video was perfect - very important you watch it! Thanks Paul!!

We loved everything about our stay here. Paul is a wonderful host and great with communication. The place is easy to get to and centrally located near everything so we were easily able to walk or catch a train/bus to head out of the city. I love the little courtyard tucked away from the busy street, which made it feel very private. The house is clean, well stocked, and was perfect for our family of 4. I highly recommend and would stay there again!

Apartment was just as advertised. Small but mighty ... quiet, centrally located, and had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to Dublin. Paul's video for check-in was perfect! We enjoyed easy access to all of Dublin and transportation for a visit to Howth as well. Thanks for a great stay.

This apartment within the Bachelor’s Walk property is in a perfect location.
It’s quite small but worked out well for the two of for two nights.
We did find the noise from the door leading to the ‘block’ where the apartment is located, quite loud so we’re disturbed a few times each night with people coming and going. If you’re a heavy sleeper it won’t be a problem tho.
The shower pressure is not the best but the temperature is great!
We did find it odd that there was no coffee in the apartment and only one washing machine ‘pod’. We messaged the owner but by the time we got a response we had already bought our own. We’ve never come across this in the 30+ self catering properties that we’ve stayed at before.
We made use of the car park which was very secure and convenient.
The interior was a little outdated and could benefit with a little TLC.
All in all a pleasant stay.

This amazing little apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Dublin. Despite a bustling street the apartment is very private and quiet due to a garden courtyard. The apartment was very clean also. We wish we could have spent more time here.

When staying in cities, our experience has been location is everything, and this apartment is in an ideal spot. It is a fairly compact space with tight bedroom, but there is good storage in the rooms and the setting in the complex is peaceful and secure. In short, the apartment had everything we needed. Plus, we were able to park our car at no additional charge! Walk out of the complex and you're at the Ha'penny bridge, and we had easy walks to Trinity, Guinness, Jameson, Temple Bar, etc. There is a lot of shopping is very nearby. Paul was a very helpful host. Would definitely stay again.

This apartment was the perfect place for our Dublin trip! It was quiet yet right in the center of everything. Transportation, shopping and food/drink were available right outside the door or within easy walking distance.
The property was clean and comfortable for 4 adults although we had to store bigger suitcases out in the living space. Check in was super easy after watching Paul's video and we had good communication with him. We would definitely stay here again.

Paul's place is great! The pics are accurate, the location cannot be beat, and Paul was so great at providing information. We were amazed at how quiet the flat was being mere steps from one of the busiest corners of the city. It was easy walking everywhere- we didn't need a cab or bus the whole time. We had an awesome breakfast at Murphys, the cafe/pub next door. We also had a fantastic pint at The Gin Palace just a block or two away.
The flat had everything we needed- extra toiletries in the bathroom, a well stocked kitchen, and a well organized book with info about the apartment and Dublin itself.
Check in was super easy- Paul sent a video beforehand and I highly recommend watching it as we would have struggled a bit without it.
All in all, we could not have been happier with our stay!

This property was perfect for the experience we wanted in Dublin. It was in the heart of the city and you walk right out to food, bars, & shopping. There was a pharmacy nearby, which was GREAT, because my son became ill and we needed prescription medication. It's a short walk to the Temple Bar area and the kabobs down the street were delicious! Most of all, we felt safe in this unit. You must travel through 6 doors, 3 of them locked, to get to the unit. Not because it's a dangerous area though! It's just how the apartments are laid out. It was extremely quiet also! You would never know the hustle and bustle was right outside the walls!

Paul was easy to communicate with. The listing is accurate. The detailed check-in instructions made the whole process very easy. This property is in a great location in Dublin city centre. It's an easy tram ride to both main train stations. Everything you'd want to see and do is within an easy walk, to include the air coach to and from the airport. We stayed for 8 days and easily utilized public transit the entire time. There are many high quality pubs and restaurants nearby.
The property was clean, comfortable and very quiet. It's located on a busy street and the second you enter the apartment complex, it goes quiet. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Dublin.

The property is in an ideal location in Dublin for getting around either on foot or light rail or bus. As with most large cities space is at a premium and the flat is tight. It would be really tight for 4 persons so for the 2 of us it was fine. We felt safe in the room and we enjoyed our stay. The immediate neighborhood is quite busy and not real clean but within a block walk in any direction things improved quickly.

That said my two children and I were very comfortable in this apartment. It’s a very convenient location though I was very disappointed with City Center, Dublin. It’s a bit rough around the edges and not very Irish. Still it’s a good central spot to see the city. I would recommend this apartment

We traveled with our 2 and 4 year old and although the apartment was snug it was perfect for us. Close to everything so easy to get back to rest before going back out. Streaming service was great for an early movie night in and my kids loved the bunk beds. The check in process was very easy and we enjoyed everything about this apartment.

We stayed in Paul's property and couldn't have been happier. From the moment we booked the apartment, Paul was in contact with us giving us information about the apartment and information about Dublin. While the rooms were smallish, the apartment had everything we needed. Perfect for a family of four. We need a repair to the shower and the property Manager Maria responded quickly. She called a plumber and everything was in working order the day we had called her. The apartment is quiet but is just outside the hustle and bustle of Dublin. Walking distance to everything. Location, location, location. We will be back and we will not hesitate to stay in Paul's apartment. You can't go wrong here!
