ALL NEW, this bright and sunny 2400 square foot ranch (including finished lower level) sits on a 10,000 sq ft lot. The home has an open floor plan with a chef's kitchen ( all new appliances including gas range with hood), LR, DR & screened in porch 20 x 12 off kitchen for all entertaining with patio furniture & dining table.

What makes this home UNIQUE? it has 2 bedroom suites with private baths ( a master bedroom with 1 KING bed & patio bedroom with 1 QUEEN bed and 2 singles ). A third bedroom has 1 QUEEN bed with guest bath across the hall.

CENTRAL AIR, 3 TV's in LR (TIVO for sports fans), playroom, & patio bedroom. New patio with pavers where you will find a weber BBQ, dining table and addirondack chairs.

GREAT HARBORS.. is a seaside community comprised of 11 streets, over 300 homes with a community clubhouse, pool, playground, tennis courts, shuffle board, baseball field & boat slip. Visit www.greatharbors.org. Weekly pool & tennis passes can be purchased by the tenants at the Great Harbors Pool house. Approximate cost to tenant (6 + persons = approximate $300+)

These folks want you to feel at home in their home. They have thought of everything - right down to the tennis balls. Beautiful home with comfort and relaxation in mind. The beds are crazy comfy and the refrigerator is plenty big enough - let the board games begin! Thanks for a great, peaceful, relaxing, fun week, Jennifer!

The house has everything you need and want. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms well supplied and the washer and dryer were top notch. Location is great. Ten minutes to the nearest beach, one hour to the north shore and about the same distance to Provincetown. House was well supplied with all the kitchen needs. We had eight family members stay to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Many pleasant memories were made. Thanks to the Oteri Family for the use of their beautiful house

Two families comfortably stayed in this lovely home for a fun week at the Cape. The screened in porch was a perfect way to spend the evenings. Lots of extras including a well-stocked kitchen and infant accessories. We loved our stay and hope to return!

The house was perfect!! Very clean, well kept, spacious, and had everything we needed! Prior to our stay, the owner responded quickly to all of our questions and was easy to communicate with. Our whole group really enjoyed the house. We would definitely come back!

This is a great house. Lots of people review rentals on the Cape and talk about the beach, the ice cream joints, etc. -- but how about the house? We spent a week here while Tropical Storm Jose decided to camp out nearby -- lots of wind, lots of rain. Not a great beach vacation, not ice cream weather, and not even nice to go for a walk. So, we spent a LOT of time at the house. It is wonderful. Beds are comfy, lots of pillows and blankets. Bathrooms are well equipped with tons of nice towels. The kitchen is probably the best supplied of any rental house we've stayed out -- high quality pots and pans, nice plates, utensils, glassware, etc. All the appliances are new and work well -- including the two-zone wine cooler. Washer and dryer were also nice, as were the TV's and comfortable sitting areas. The house was stocked with plenty of soaps, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, kitchen basics and so many other things you usually end up having to shop for. The neighborhood in which the house is located is nice, a relatively short drive into Falmouth proper. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time during our stay at this property. Everything was brand new, bed sheets, kitchen appliances and this property is also perfectly located to all major points in Falmouth. Loved the quiet neighborhood and atmosphere as well. My first time in Falmouth and I would definitely come back here next time.
