THE SPACE


Entire apartment, 2 BEDROOMS + LIVING ROOM, a kitchen and dining area, 1 bathroom, 1-st floor (just 10 steps), 85 m2, city center



LOCATION


Just a few minutes walk to all tourist attractions, old Upper town, and the main square.

3 small and cute cafes and a small grocery store are nearby and a big grocery store is around the corner. The self-service laundry room is 2 blocks away.

The apartment is facing a one-lane, one-way street without a tram, train, bus lines, or heavy traffic.



PARKING SPOT


Please let us know in advance if you need it. Parking is in the common backyard used by other tenants as well so we cannot guarantee there will always be an available spot, but we will do our best to save one for you upon arrival.

★ CHECK-IN - IMPORTANT!

- Check-in time is 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

- Check -out is before 11:00 AM

- There is no self-check-in option

- We are off-site hosts and will come to meet you at check-in.

- Please let us know in advance the EXACT time of your arrival so we can plan our day and come to meet you.

- We may not be able to check you in after 7:00 PM.

- Late check-ins (if possible and if agreed) are charged 10€ for each hour past 7 PM.

- Delayed arrival = our waiting time is charged 15€ per hour (if not announced at least 1 hour in advance)

- If your check-in time is not specified you can call us upon arrival but please note that we need some time to arrive.



★ INFANTS & CHILDREN
We do not host children younger than 10. y.o. and we don't have any amenities for them.



★ GUESTS & VISITORS

- According to Croatian regulations, each guest must be registered and therefore required to show his photo ID on arrival.

- The person who books the apartment has to be one of the guests and be present during the check-in.

- Only registered guests are allowed to enter and use the apartment day or/and night.



★ IT IS FORBIDDEN:

- to burn candles (fire hazard)



★ DAMAGE AND MISSING THINGS

The guest is responsible for any missing things (especially lost keys) and for any damage done to the property and will be charged for replacement or repair (lost keys or lost/broken parking remote controller = 100€ each)



★ PETS

Max 2 adult, well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome. Additional fees of 10€/dog/stay and additional house rules are applied so please contact us before booking for all the details.

We accept adult dogs only, not puppies, not cats, or other species.

We provide bowls and dog towels and can provide 1 dog bed on request.



★ CLEANING

For stays longer than 10 nights - fresh towels will be provided approximately every 7 days and bedding will be changed every 14 days. Please keep the apartment tidy.



★ OTHER

A/C is free during the hot summer period only. In the meantime, a portable fan is provided for free and A/C only on request with an extra charge.

The host reserves the right to enter the premises in case of emergency, breach of house rules or to prevent damage. If you have read everything to the end, let us know by copy-pasting the password: "chocolate" :)



QUIET TIME is from 22 - 8 h please respect our neighbors
