Everything was very nice except a couple of minor issues that the owner was aware of but did not get resolved.

All was good except for the roaches.

The salt water pool was perfect! The home was clean and it had a peaceful vibe. I would definitely rent this home again.

We stayed for an entire week. Place was clean, everything as described. The owner was more than helpful, extremely quick to respomd when i needed anything. Pool was lovely, beds were very soft and comfy. When i originally read reviews i was leery because 2 of the prior reviews werent real great but we had no problems w any types of pest of any kind during our stay and i would absolutely recommend this place for family stays as he was a very nice and very helpful gentlemen to deal with and the home was perfect for our needs.

The property is clean and well kept! The owner was great and reslonded to anything we needed in a timely fashion. We definitely recommend.

Richie was very prompt in answering any questions or concerns we had ! And also prompt in changing our propane tank for the barbecue when we ran out . Great service! Thank you Richie !

When I arrived the home was dirty. The bathroom had rings of dirty to include the tub and toilet. In addition to a dirty shower curtain, rubber tub mat and bathroom floor mats. The kitchen oven and refrigerator were dirty, along with cockroaches. The sheets on the beds were clean, but had a funny odor and I realized it was coming from the filthy mattress cover. Before I could use the dryer, I had to remove towels from it. The door from the garage entering the home was broken, along with the lock to the sliding glass door to the master bedroom. I left the property in better condition then I received it. In my opinion. I should have been refunded some money due to cleaning process and putting up with cockroaches during my stay. If the owner hires a new cleaning company, fixes the locks and pays an exterminator this would be an excellent property to rent. I meet with Richie, the owner on the property, pointed out the aforementioned discrepancies and he said was full of excuses. Hopefully he will address these problems so future renters don’t have to deal with them.

After driving 20+ hours to the house we were advised that the owner wanted to meet us. As 2 women, we found this very unsettling in todays society. The owner said he wanted to go over the house, but the information he gave us (Wi-Fi name/password, trash days, no metal in pool) could have all been on a 1 sheeter placed in the kitchen. We are very fortunate that we have family in the area so we asked my cousin and her husband to meet us there for safety. One other thing he decided to tell us is that a previous renter brought in cockroaches. He has been spraying, but no one since has seen them. Fast forward to a few days later and we found one in the master bathroom. We texted immediately and the owner said he would be at the house the next day to spray in the afternoon. We left the house around noon to hang out with family and told him we were out of the house. Around 4pm we texted to check in because we wanted to relax before dinner plans. He said he was on his way there now and we would have to wait 2 hours before we could enter the house. So we had to drive around for a few hours to waste time before our dinner plans. With the gas prices these days, that was not a pleasurable experience. We decided to leave a day earlier and eat the money because we wanted to get out of the house. While packing up we found another cockroach in the kitchen. We were waiting for the towels to finish washing to leave. It was the longest spin cycle in all the years I was doing laundry. After texting him we were leaving early and we found another cockroach all we got was a simple “ok, thank you”. I really wish the owner would have given us a heads up about the cockroaches the moment he found out because we would have asked for a full refund and looked somewhere else. Instead, he tells us after driving 20+ hours with our hands tied since we were too exhausted and had nowhere else to go. I have never in my 37 years of existence had a cockroach. I am now afraid to open my suitcase in my house with a fear that I brought some home and now let them into my house. This is highly unprofessional to blindside someone at the last minute with this massive bomb with nowhere else to go. If it wasn’t for the cockroaches, being blindsided by the cockroach information with no compassion or empathy and the sketchy factor of wanting to meet us I might have rented this house again.

This house is in a great neighborhood with everything you need close by. The host is great and very helpful if you need anything.

Property was very dirty. The grill was so dirty and moldy that it was not useable. Owner met us on arrival and told us if we saw any critters just let him know. Saw coach roaches in kitchen every day even though he said he came back to the house to spray while we were out. The sheets were very thin and had pilling on them. Would not rent this home again

The pictures really don’t do this property it’s justice. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The patio is perfect, as it separates you from the pool area and provides lots of shade and covering, while still being in view of the pool. This house had everything that was needed. The host was polite, helpful, and very attentive. He even offered to bring us more propane for the bbq grill if we ever ran out! We make a trip to Spring Hill once a year and we will ABSOLUTELY, WITHOUT QUESTION, book this property again. Thank you, Richie for allowing us to stay. We only wished that our visit lasted longer.

We stayed here for 9 nights. No complaints. Property is as described. Plenty of dishes, towels, silverware, etc. House was well stocked with essentials. Keurig Coffee maker available for use. Lots of shopping close buy as well as restaurants. Central location for activities: Beach, Bush Gardens, river, and even Disney World for a day trip. Host was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again!

The property was very clean and well kept. The pool is a heated pool and it was great to have the grandkids enjoy the pool. Highly recommend this place.

The price of the property was lower than most. We had ample amount of space for 3 adults, a teenager, and 2 children. The pool was amazing and the outside deck was roomy. We were close to everything in the area and it was very easy to get to and from grocery shopping and gas stations. I do have a couple suggestions though. The decor is mostly glass and very breakable. I suggest maybe getting rid of those things and replacing with more up to date, family friendly decor. I wouldn’t even allow my children (both are 6) in the front room or dining room because of the glass tables and glass decor on every table. Another thing is, there were no replacements for toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap or any typical kitchen things like bags or aluminum foil. I feel like those things should be stocked as we had to hurry and get toilet paper (there was only one roll in each bathroom) and we have 6 people. Most of the things in the cupboards looked like it was left from the last guests’ purchases they had to make. I was asked to wash the towels before we left because “the house cleaners do not have time to do it”, which I thought was an odd request. I complied and washed the towels and put in the dryer before we left. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay.

Got in late to start with, the host was kind enough to give us the key access number. The Vrbo is great looking, the thing that you'll notice first are the hardwood floors throughout. Host came by to let us know about trash days and a few other items of advice. I can't begin to say enough about the salt pool. It was great, we invited a few family members over that we came to see in Florida. Enjoyment was had by all. We would diffentley stay in that Vrbo again in the the future.

It was a convenient area to be in, the house was nice, the fact that it was a personal experience with the landlord instead of a keypad was especially nice.

Quiet neighborhood not in the busy city...but not far from busy places to visit. Super clean and private...our kids had a blast using the private pool after visiting the busy beaches.

House was exactly as described and we had a great time. Owner provided all the necessities allowing us to just needed food and we were able to cook dinners and enjoy family time.

The house was very clean and nice. The pool was heated and clean. Decor is a little outdated. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. All appliances were working. There was only a very small amount of dishwashing detergent, no dishwasher soap and very little paper products. There were plenty of dishes, but no plastic cups for the pool. All in all a good stay.

Enjoyed our stay . Would consider booking again .

Great property for a week in FL to enjoy the weather. Plenty of space to spread out for online work and school. Dip in the pool or not far from beaches. Better than November up north! Would definitely stay in this house again.
