What a great waterfront home this is! The beautiful wide sandy beach is only a 3 minute walk away. There is a pedestrian walk and so lucky to have this beach access on this road. You will walk into this large 4,000 sq.ft.home with character. Game room with cypress walls will put you back in time with the Old Florida Key West feeling. This large room is on the entry level. Pool table, bar with high top stools, electronic darts, TV, built in bunk beds, bathroom with tiled shower. Door to the pool area, screen porch to the very large heated pool.
Play some water volleyball in the pool or just relax in the floating loungers. Screen porch has PVC patio set and high top bar table.
Refrigerator on screen porch for your pool side drinks and a deep freezer in case you catch lots of fish. Also, Broil King quality 5 burner gas grill by the pool.
As you walk up the wide stairway you will feel like you are in paradise. Rear of home has 4 custom wide glass doors to enjoy the most beautiful water views and sunsets you have ever seen. Watch the sailboats and yachts go by and the dolphins playing while relaxing in the heated pool or hot tub. After taking in the views, maybe you are musically inclined to play the Baby Grand Piano. This is for you to enjoy. There is a large dining table with extra chairs to seat 10.

The fourth bedroom is another master suite with king bed and private bathroom with shower and a close up 32” Smart TV. All bedroom furniture is of high quality.
Kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with double ovens, stainless small appliances, Stainless refrigerator with water/ice in door, Kitchenaid stainless dishwasher, 100 sq. ft. of granite counter tops, 48 cabinets with all the dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils you will ever need.

The home has a fishing dock which many people have caught flounder,red fish,cat fish, shark,etc. Short fence all along the seawall for safety for small children and pets. Best of all and very unique your own private boat ramp in the back yard. Bring your small boat and enjoy fishing or perfect for jet skiis. Large garage with doors in the front and back of the garage to utilize the boat ramp for the kayak, but a taller or larger boat may use the boat ramp only 500 feet away. This is our second time staying at this home. It is well-kept and as pictured. Donna is helpful and quick to answer questions. The walk to the beach is short and easy if you are at an average level of fitness. When walking to the beach, you must cross the street to walk over beach access stairs. We had 2 babies and 8 adults with no problems. The adult age ranges were 22 - 55. This might be a challenge for an elderly person. They would need to plan to use the beach driving access area. We also enjoyed playing at the very large pool, eating on the deck while looking at the water, and playing pool in the game room. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The drive to downtown St. Augustine is simple and close. Our family looks forward to another stay next year! Thanks again, Donna!

We spent Christmas 2023 here with my two adult sons and their girlfriends. The house itself was perfect: tons of room, beautiful location, and St Augustine is just amazing. The kitchen was so well-stocked, and the manager was super attentive. Great rental!!! We rented a boat and docked it 1/2 mile up the road and spent lots of time on the intercoastal.

The property was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and had ample space for our family of 7 with age ranges from 1 to 69. The large heated pool and screened lanai provided hours of fun. Keeping the toddlers (1 and 3) away from the stairs proved challenging in the beginning but we were able block them off using a gate/fence supplied by the host. Additionally, our host was very responsive and quick to reply to our questions. We would definitely recommend this property.

This property was perfect for our family vacation! We had a four year old and seven year old with us. They had a blast! The large pool was perfect for everyone. Our son caught a bonnet head shark and several catfish off the fishing dock. The sunsets were amazing. Morning coffee on the deck was a must. We loved how the home was set up and was perfectly supplied. Donna was wonderful and very accessible. An amazing time was had by all.

Our group had 3 married couples, 3 young single adults, and one infant. There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the game room, sitting by the pool, kayaking from the boat ramp in the backyard, and watching the dolphins swim from our deck in the evening. The home is as pictured, well-appointed, clean, and has no unpleasant surprises. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes and not too crowded. Donna is an excellent host, quick to respond, and very pleasant. If you have a crawler or toddler, a baby gate may be helpful because of the stairs. Our family had such a great time, we hope we can arrange to return here for another visit! Thanks, Donna!

Donna was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house is a bit dated, and didn’t seem as clean as we would have liked; but overall we really enjoyed the experience. The pool and hot tub are great; the deck and dock are second to none.

Property was stunning. It checked all the boxes for our family from the game room to the hot tub to the pool to the walk to the ocean. To the incredible sunsets off the back deck every day. Donna was remarkably responsive to any issue. Air conditioning didn’t work properly and within 24 hours a new compressor was installed. When we arrived, there was only one kayak when there was supposed to be two. A new one was provided with plenty of time to be enjoyed by our grandchildren. Bedding was great!

This was a very good rental. The house and facilities were exactly as advertised. Pool is fantastic and the location on the intercostal waterway is great - outstanding sunsets. One or two small items came up on a one month stay and the host was excellent at taking care of things immediately.

Great location. We thought not being directly on beach was an issue, but with the pool , spacious back patio, game room and fishing dock, we did not miss the beach. It is a quick 4 min walk and we did venture over one day. Plenty of room for the family.

FAMILY VACATION
My family (12 of us) stayed here for a long overdue Family Vacation. The property and home was very well maintained and inviting. The house was very spacious and offered everything we would need for a comfortable stay. A short ride to the grocery stores, and Old Town St. Augustine. Walking distance to the beach. The deck overlooking the pool and jacuzzi was so nice and the sunset views were AMAZING! Donna was prompt to answer any questions, concerns we had during our stay. Awesome Vacation Home!
This house was perfect for our reunion vacation. We loved sitting on the deck with our morning coffee and watching the boats go by. Area was quiet even with the construction of a new house nearby. Beds were very comfy and house had plenty of separate spaces if people were looking for quiet area. House was well stocked with plenty of utensils and dishes. We didn’t want to leave. Thanks so much!

Fantastic Week in St Augustine
We booked this amazing property for our family to attend our sons wedding in St Augustine combined with a lovely vacation. The house was immaculate, very well stocked with everything you could need and was as good as advertised. Donna could not have been more helpful from my original booking request to accommodating our little dogs and last minute requests. The pool, hot tub, fishing off the dock, kayaking, the sunsets which are breathtaking, lovely bedrooms bathrooms and living space and a huge garage if you want to park inside overnight all fantastic. An easy walk to the beach and a simple commute to St. Augustine made this a great location and we had the best experience overall. Thank you Donna we will ensure we tell everyone about your lovely home thanks for letting us enjoy it.

A Pleasant Stay
My family and I stayed at this property the first week of May and really enjoyed our trip. We only had one small issue with the sink which was immediately responded to and fixed. The house is within walking distance to the beach, but do not expect to be able to load up anything in a wagon and pull it because there are quite a few steps up and down across the protected area. This wasn't important to us, we have 2 young kids and preferred the 1 minute drive to the public beach where there is parking and bathrooms. The pool and spa were lovely, and the view at sunset was incredible. We'd definitely be interested in coming back sometime.

We love Crescent Beach and try to come once a year around Labor Day with our whole family. The property is about a 5 min walk to the beach.
Donna was a great host. Very accessible and communication was excellent. Roomy house with nice pool that the kids enjoyed. Plenty of beach towels, beach toys and chairs to use. We appreciated her kindness to us.

First Family Getaway in Forever!
We were thrilled to find a home that would allow for our family to vacation together! Our adult children and my parents loved the place. Everyone had their own bed, the pool and hot tub are amazing. Watching the sunset each night over the river was the perfect way to end the day. A few fish were caught and released as well. The beach is just a short walk - or drive (on the beach) to set up for the day! Although we brought beach towels, floats, beach gear, we didn't need to do so. The host provides the guests with everything they will need for a pleasant stay. My kids asked if we could book this one again! After 4 years we were finally able to enjoy a week together.

Matanzas River home
This home has a great floor plan for larger and smaller groups. Definitely an old Florida feel to the home. Amazing location with beautiful pool and hot tub. Upper level deck with beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway and a great place for morning coffee with nature and loved ones. Great dock where we saw sea turtles, fished and had fun with the crab trap that was there. Extremely well stocked home with beach towels, hand soaps, toiletries and even makeup remover towelettes. The garage is stocked with great beach and pool equipment.

Beautiful outdoor space and location
The best part of our stay was the gorgeous outdoor area overlooking the river. Sunsets and dolphins from the deck, pool, or hot tub, and the beach just a five minute walk away. The house was well equipped with kayaks and beach stuff, plenty of beach towels, and everything you could possible need in the kitchen. When we had questions, Donna was just a text away. Great place for a relaxing week.

Plenty of space for 9 adults
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful property. This home is exactly as pictured. It's an older home that's been well maintained, and we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed dinners at the large dining table overlooking the waterway. We appreciated how well stocked the home was - kitchenware, plenty of towels, sand toys, and lots of dog bowls! The owner was very responsive and helpful before, during and after our trip. The property is close to the beach access (just across A1A), which has a longer boardwalk thru protected sand dunes. There was something for everyone - kayaking, pool table, swimming pool, or just sit on the deck and watch the boats go by.

Wonderful escape
We had an amazing week enjoying this home and property. The owner provided everything we needed for our stay - pool toys, life jackets, kayaks, games. We had a relaxing week getting away from home. The sunsets were unbelievable and we really liked watching the pelicans fly by the house.

The beds were comfy and sheets were soft and definitely upscale. Bath Towels were large and fluffy, lots of beach towels too.
Pool is large and when they say heated, it definitely is. The owner doesn’t skimp on anything. Hot tub is comfortable and right next to the waterway-great view.
The pool table I. The game room kept us all busy. There is also a table for puzzles and a dart board. There is a large refrigerator outside on the bottom porch that is wonderful to have for extra drinks.
The kitchen is unbelievably stocked!! It has everything you could ever want to cook with. I was more than impressed.

Great vacation choice
Our family enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, game room, as well as fishing from the dock. Location great for touring St. Augustine and enjoying local seafood. We also enjoyed driving on the beach! And, fenced yard great for our dogs--having plenty of room w/o having to be on leash.

Across the street is the Atlantic’s endless beaches great for social distancing, but it was hard to tear ourselves away from all the amenities of the HOME. Our sons are musicians, so to have them playing on the baby grand piano in between dining and sunset cocktails was another great bonus. Beautiful view
The property manager is fantastic. She responded quickly to the few things that came up. The view is phenomenal. The sunsets were gorgeous. The kitchen was well stocked. The house is large enough for everyone to spread out. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Having a fenced backyard was great for our dogs. They loved being able to go out without a leash. It was a short stroll to the beach. We hope to return soon.

This home is all that it says and more. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and hot tub, the short walk to the beach, the game room, the large dining room to fit all 10 of us and I could go on, but I think you get the idea. I highly recommend this property.

We hit the jackpot with this house. It is our own resort. We have been coming to Crescent Beach and Palm Coast for 10 years, stayed in a condo oceanfront. Our kids are older now so we needed more room,. We did not cancel, our trip because we figured we can social distance in Florida and we could not have made a better decision to come down. This is our first stay on the IntraCoastal, but the walk to the beach is so easy! Spacious inside and out. Clean and supplied with absolutely everything you need. Garage is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, Kitchen has everything you need. Grill does the trick and we have been eating all family dinners on screened in patio. The yard is completely fenced, our dog is safe and loves it here. Donna cannot be anymore responsive and caring. For what you get the rate is fabulous. The pictures do not give it justice. Each room is decorated tastefully, think Bahamian dark wood. All of the beds are so comfortable, sheets are soft. The bathrooms are clean and pretty. This really is a 5 bedroom house if you count the beds in the game room. Looking for a north Florida vacation spot on the water, no need to look further. We love it, our new home away from home.
