The location and lake view were perfect, and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the living room was very comfortable, and the hot tub on the deck with a lake view was a perk. Would stay here again!

A veryy spacious cabin with remarkable views. Beautiful tall ceilings and wood work. Ryan, the property manger, is awesome. Kitchen is well-stocked. The cabinets need a little TLC. A couple of bunk beds would be fun for the kids ;) would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best, if not the best, rental properties I’ve stayed in. The location is great - close to both Palisades and Northstar, plus only a five minute drive to the nearest Safeway. House is extremely well stocked with state of the art appliances, extremely soft towels, and games. The other guests and I were blown away by the view, especially at sunset. Only very minor inconvenience was that there was no provided shampoo/conditioner but we knew in advance and were easily able to bring our own from home. However, the easy check out process made up for it 100x. I’ve recommended the property to many friends planning Tahoe trips and hope I have another chance to stay here.

We all arrived on September 10th for a sabbatical/ year end partners’ meeting with our law firm. We have been coming to Lake Tahoe for over 20 years. Each year we have chosen a different VRBO. This house was probably our favorite. We had six lovely bedrooms each with an ensuite.. the rooms were very nice and the towels looked and felt like we were from the Ritz. Carlton. The family/living room was exactly what we needed. Lots of comfortable couches and chairs. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with the many things we needed such as as cookware dish detergent, and spices. They had a nice large pantry.. each day we would have morning meetings in the dining room. The table served our 11 people very comfortably. Wi-Fi was strong and useable everywhere.
Everything was extremely neat and organized.
Our only concern was the smell of smoke from burning fires in California and Oregon. It only last two days and then the sun shone brightly and the lake was beautiful from our rear deck
We would definitely advise others to utilize this gorgeous and comfortable well kept home.

The view is just the beginning
Great spot for a get together. A dads and kids weekend just a few minutes from the Tahoe Public Dock where we rented boats and jet skis and did wakeboarding. A well functioning house fully equipped. Check in first before you go shopping because they supply alot of the basics.

Honestly unbelievable, we were blown away
My friends and I booked this house for a ski trip reunion and hope to book it again in the future. The owners clearly take great pride in this property (or they ought to!). Everything was pristine from top to bottom. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a huge state-of-the-art oven that made cooking all meals for our 10 people super convenient. The suites were all beautiful, bedding and towels seemed brand new and luxurious... they even had Charmin toilet paper, which seems like an odd thing to point out but just stood out to me as great attention to detail - everything was amazing!
And of course we can't forget the hot tub and unbelievable views of the lake off the back deck. This house made for an incredible stay and we can't wait to be back.

Awesome ski house on the lake
This was a great house for our annual guys trip. Plenty of space, great views, short drive to Pallisades, fully stocked kitchen, solid game room, and everyone got their own bedroom. Ryan made the entire process simple and streamlined. We would definitely come back!

An epic storm dampened activity but not our moods
12 of our extended family of 6 parents and 6 adult children stayed for 5 memorable days this holiday season. A combination of a storm-related power outage and several feet of limited our plans but we had ample time and room to have meals and games together. The place is very roomy (although a bit dated) and was the best stocked house we’ve EVER rented. Thanks Ryan for your quick responses.

Great house with great view
We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous property. The house is beautiful with picture-perfect lake view. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Ryan is extremely responsive and helpful. We rented the house three years ago and are fortunate to stay for the winter break this year again.

Superb all round. Lyle was incredibly helpful and responsive. The place is wonderful, spacious and well equipped - great kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hot tub, deck, TVs, everything. The location is perfect to explore the Tahoe area, close to town, and right on a lovely little beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Exceeded our expectations
This spacious house, which sleeps fourteen, had plenty of room for our family group of nine. The rooms were well furnished and equipped, which enabled us to eat all meals at home; the property was immaculate. We had a magnificent, unobstructed view of Lake Tahoe.
As the organizer of this get-away I especially appreciated that the owner, Lyle Martin, responded within minutes to every text I sent him.
Everyone else was a downhill skier, and found the 25-minute drive to Northstar beautiful and easy. I skied cross country, and was delighted that there was an excellent center for me just five minutes away.
We are certainly thinking about returning to this property.

It is a beautiful house with convenient location and wonderful lake view.
We have a terrific gathering time at the house over the Christimas. It is close to a few ski resorts and just a few steps away from the beautiful lake. Everything is well stocked from paper towels to board games. It has six suites, two laundry rooms and a game room-making it a perfect choice for large group gathering. The owners Lyle and Mary are very responsive during the entire process. We already talked about coming back for next Christimas before our trip ends. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us!

Best Home For A Big Group!
We stayed here for a week over Christmas and absolutely LOVED it! We are a group of 10 adults that have been vacationing and renting houses together for over 25 years and this house fit us the best ever! Six bedrooms, each with thei own bath and flat screen tv, king size or queen beds and everything you could need. We’ve stayed at a lot of nice homes but never one as well stocked with paper goods, toiletries, hair dryers and even spare batteries for the remote control. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The views of the lake from the hot tub and deck are beautiful. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We all agreed we will definitely be back! That you, Lyle and Mary for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was a perfect way to spend Christmas with family and friends.

I can't say enough about this amazing place. Pictures don't do it justice. We have stayed in many high-end places before and I would have to say that this makes the top three out of fifteen.
To say the home was well-equipped would be an understatement. Although I never met Lyle in person, I felt like I knew him. Any request or question I had was promptly handled. Extremely comfortable, well located, beautiful view to name a few of the phases I heard over and over fro my family. I could go on and on and but NEED to check it out for yourself~you WON'T be disappointed!

Tahoe weekend done right!
We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house had everything we could possibly need and was plenty of space for our group to spread out and stay entertained. No detail was overlooked which made things go a lot smoother. The owner was very responsive and more then willing to answer in the most minor questions. We would definitely like to come back again!

We were at this beautiful lakefront home for five nights over Christmas. We had ten adults and fit beautifully in the house. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and no one felt crowded. The house is exquisitely appointed and the hosts were most accommodating. We will definitely consider this house for our next Tahoe trip. Thank you Lyle and Mary for a great trip.

Wonderful Vacation Home
Words can't explain how beautiful this home is! The views take your breath away, and the owners have thought of everything to make you feel at home. We came for Valentines Day with our best friends, our children(all grown and married) there were 6 couples including my Husband and I…and then we had the kids, they got to go to the snow everyday and then come back to a warm fire and great meals made in the beautiful Kitchen. Did I mention how nice and helpful Lyle was, knowing he was there to answer any questions was really nice. Thank you for letting us spent such a wonderful weekend…We'll be back for sure!

Great Vacation House
Terrific vacation house for a large group in an excellent location (Tahoe City - great proximity to skiing and right on the lake). The kitchen was well appointed and easy to use, with a great pantry. We cooked in every night because the kids (7 of them, ages 3-15) were tired from long ski days and wanted to hang out. We made huge breakfasts before we took off for the day. Great table that seated 11 of us adjacent to the kitchen. Ample family room stocked with games, with a fireplace and hearth good for drying mittens and hats, and lots of seating, and gorgeous unobstructed views of the lake. Loved the pool table in the adjacent room and the hot tub on the deck. Added bonus to have 2 laundry rooms (one upstairs with the 5 bedrooms) and one in the back hall/entry way to dry wet ski gear.
5 great bedrooms upstairs with super comfy beds, each with its' own bathroom. The only disappointment was that my husband and I were in the downstairs bedroom where the mattress/bedding paled in comparison to the beds upstairs which everyone kept raving about! Could also use more hooks for coats.
Wonderful owner who was helpful and replied promptly to emails/texts. Detailed information provided by the owner. Would definitely stay again, but next time, will grab an upstairs bedroom.

Great Tahoe house
This is a terrific house for a large group/family. I researched a lot of homes before I chose this one and it exceeded my expectations. The kitchen and great room area are large and well appointed. It was easy to have everyone together in that space. The kitchen is particularly well stocked, with high end appliances and lots of counter space. We cooked in almost every meal and had everything we needed. The fact that every bedroom has it's own bathroom and TV was a huge plus since we had 6 teenagers. This is probably one of the best locations in Dollar Point because it's just a few steps to the beach and tennis courts. You will enjoy the views from the deck and the big hot tub. The home was very clean with everything you need: beach equipment, beach towels/toys, games, puzzles and more. The owners were responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. I thought the rate was very fair and actually a good value for everything you get with this house. I highly recommend Dollar Point and this house for the perfect Tahoe vacation.

Great house, amazing location!
We stayed at 50 Lassen for 6 nights with another family - a total of 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The house is perfect for multiple families as each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The house is well appointed, with a well stocked kitchen and super-detailed instructions for everything! There are two refrigerators! The deck is beautiful with an unobstructed view of the lake. The hot tub has the same view and worked very well. It's an easy walk out the backyard directly to the beach and tennis courts. We had a wonderful time and plan to return again!

Margaret's Family Week at the Lake
This Lake Tahoe Lakeside Luxury Home is everything you could want for the perfect family get-away. Lyle and Mary are the perfect hosts surprising us with an early check-in and a lovely gift basket with wine and munchies. Everyone in the family loved this beautiful home whose pictures don't begin to give this home the WOW factor it deserves. From the moment we stepped in the door, we felt at home, with plenty of room for our kids and grandkids, and lovely views from everywhere. We all enjoyed the lovely hot tub with its picturesque setting and the ample outdoor seating helped us entertain several drop in friends who were also staying nearby. Everyone was mesmorized by the gorgeous sunsets and close proximity to the private Dollar Point Beach. Our oldest grandson and son-in-law had nightly tennis games on the court which we could all observe while the little toddlers loved running on the huge backyard fenced-in lawn. Two refrigerators helped keep the beer cold and our short trek to the beach was so welcomed after having stayed at several other Dollar Point homes in the past. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to create gourmet meals. And the community pool was enjoyed for its early morning lap swimming and a quick afternoon swim. This is as great home and we hope to rent it again next summer. Margaret and family

Great Ski House
Our group of eight 55+ men really enjoyed staying at this house. It was very comfortable and provided plenty of space for our group. Each man had his own bed and the 6+ bathrooms were very convenient. The kitchen, dining room and common areas were perfect for our needs and spacious. We used the hot tub which was hot and easy to use. We would definately recommend to others and return to this house in the future for another group ski trip.

Beautiful home!
We had a wonderful time at this Lakeside Luxury Home. Everything went so smoothly, the owner's were very thorough in making sure all directions were clearly explained and the house came with everything we could have needed. The house was very clean, and beautiful. The main living space was much bigger then we expected from the pictures, and the views of the lake from the living room, dining room and kitchen were unexpectedly gorgeous. We especially loved relaxing in the pristine hot tub while overlooking the trees and lake. Convenient location as well. We will definitely be staying here again with large family groups.

Beautiful vacation home on Lake Tahoe
This is a spacious six bedroom home located just steps from Lake Tahoe. The view from the hot tub is breathtaking. We stayed at this lovely home for a week following Christmas and it was the perfect place for the 12 of us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the game room located just off the living room was a big hit with the kids. Lyle and Mary were so easy to work with. Lyle even recommended several restaurants for us to try and even made reservations for us for New Year's Eve, which was way above and beyond the call of duty! We have stayed in many vacation rental homes and this is by far the best! We loved this home and hope to return!

A Wonderful Tahoe Home for Our Family Reunion
First we found dealing with the owner to be fast, straightforward, and honest. The pictures in the ad were accurate and in fact the beauty of the home went beyond any pictures. We appreciated the thoughtful written instructions about the electronics, ( WiFi , Netflix- all worked flawlessly).. appliances, garbage handling ( many interesting bear stories were learned!), hot tub - everything. Very well done. The owners also went out of their way to give us information about the Tahoe area. The constant view of Lake Tahoe from all the main rooms in the house was for us the most singular and beautiful aspect of the home. But also importantly the shear size of the main floor had multiple spaces all closely attached or connected: the well-appointed kitchen, next to a large dining table,next to a beautiful deck with a well-used hot tub, adjoining a great family room with HD TV and an also adjoining a side room with a pool table. So our extended family of 14 could all be spread out in groups doing different activities yet still together. The property was very clean and well-equipped with kitchen implements and with beach chairs, floats and other useful toys! Each bedroom had its own private bathroom - a most appreciated feature of this house. The Tahoe beach front was just out the back door and had great sand, umbrellas, chaise lounges, a volley-ball court, and a wharf we could access to help catch crayfish with our grandchildren. The association center with a swimming pool, tennis courts, BOCE ball court ( we had many educational and fun filled family contests playing BOCE ball) - all these facilities were available, clean, and of top quality. From this location very near Tahoe City we went tubing on the Truckee, flying through the air in trees, to Meeks bay, to Emerald Bay- to nice restaurants on the north shore-to Incline Village-to Squaw Valley-- all very accessible. I would recommend this home and the owners to anyone. We stayed 14 days and the value compared to renting three units at a high quality resort was higher we felt because of all the outstanding features of this home and the cohesiveness for our family of being under one roof,.
