About this cottage rental
A beautiful Waterfront cottage on Ossipee Lake. 100' of private beach and dock (accommodates up to 20 ft boat). Wake up to expansive lake and mountain views. Sunsets are breathtaking! Large screened in porch just steps from water includes large dining table, and seating area (you won't want to leave!). The cottage has 3 bedrooms (2 queen bedrooms and twin bunk bedroom) , 1 bath indoors and a new outdoor shower, and combination kitchen/family room for socializing. Dining area seats 6 comfortably with full water views. You can swim, fish, boat, kayak, (3 provided), canoe & paddles (provided) or just relax, and enjoy the view right in front you. Won't disappoint!
Available for all the NH Lakes Region and White Mountains have to offer~ Hiking, biking, boating, fishing, swimming, shopping and more. 40 minutes to North Conway for outlet shopping, restaurants, activities and family attractions; including Cranmore Adventure Park, Attitash, Storyland, Santa's Village, etc. and 20 minutes to the charming town of Wolfeboro, NH or Cornish, ME.

It is an excellent location on the bay with views of the water and mountains. The house is right on the water and the screened in porch was a perfect place to relax and soak in the view. The house is small, yet comfortable and cozy with a gas fireplace. Cindy was super nice and helpful. An "A' for sure!

My family and I had an amazing time at this lake house. It was comfortable and had everything we could needed, and we always got a quick response from the host when we had a question. We rented a boat and were able to dock it right outside the house. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and having a fire outside in the evenings. Even when it rained, we were able to have just as much fun on the big deck, playing games and enjoying the beautiful views. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience and we can't wait to go back again.

This was our second stay at this property, and it was just as amazing as our first visit. Could not ask for a more lovely spot to unwind with the family. Beautiful views, swimming, watching the loons, sitting on the incredible screened in porch, we barely left the property (although there is a lot to do nearby if you are so inclined). Cindy was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great host, great place.

We only left the house for one full day. The family had so much fun with the canoe. Kayak. Sand. Making s’mores.

Had everything we needed including 3 kayaks, pool floats to lounge in the lake, and steps to the lake to cool off from the sun. The only thing was that it lists 2 full baths, which is what I filtered on, but it actually only has 1 full and an outdoor shower. I must've missed the heading that says there is only 1 bath. Other than that though, it was a great stay!

Lovely spot right on Broad Bay with a huge screened porch. kayaks, chairs and dock were all available. Screened porch is perfect place to relax, read, and eat meals. Bedrooms are small as is bathroom but all essentials available. Outdoor shower a plus!

Amazing views of the lake with an unbelievable screened in porch to take it all in!!!
This is the second time my family and I have stayed here and can’t wait for our third. This place is amazing with water access just steps out the door. My two daughters loved it here. The screened in porch makes any day enjoyable, rain, clouds, or sun!!!!! It was also extremely clean and the outdoor shower was the best.

We grilled on the gas fireplace, slept in comfortable beds and my husband actually tried to catch some fish on the dock outside the door. Beautiful lake!
Cindy's cabin was right in front of the lake and it was beautiful! We went for my mother's birthday weekend trip and we absolutely loved the peace and quiet the lake provided. We particularly enjoyed the canoes and kayak on the lake. The only thing was that the house was little old and the bedrooms were close together, so I heard my father snore. Everything else was exactly as it was described. Will stay again :)

Our daughters jumped off the dock and swam for hours. We used the kayaks every day, a couple of days heading over to a large sandbar area for more swimming. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for our stay. The rooms were cozy. Overall would highly recommend!

Loved the lake house! Porch is hands down the best part and the living area was bigger than expected with enough chairs.
Great fire pit area with picnic table and general store down the road Boyle’s for wood and any forgotten food/alcohol for the trip.
Host was great to communicate with - providing all the detail you’d want for your answers when asking questions.
Would recommend to family and friends, great summer spot as all the boats heading into/out of the bay cross by the cottage.

Nice, clean, and cozy cabin in a quiet neighborhood on the water. Excellent notes from the owner explaining use of things in the house. The gas fireplace was wonderful!!

Magical vacation
The sunsets alone on this part of the lake are spectacular and made our vacation seem magical. The porch is an awesome place to watch them from. We loved it.

Cindy’s place met and exceeded our every expectation. The cottage was immaculately clean when we arrived, and the property had everything one could need for a stay on the lake. 10/10 would recomend and will try to come back ASAP!
