The condo met all our needs, however the bar across the street is very noisy. This unit is located near the elevator which is very convenient but very noisy also.

Dealing with the manager was very easy, always quick to respond. Condo was clean (would've like to have seen more up to date decorating) but there for the beach and entertainment, not to stay in the condo. I would definitely recommend!

Everything about this property, from the location, to the cleanliness, and the amenities it provided were just what we were looking for. I know several other reviews mentioned about being able to hear the elevator during the night, however with the overhead fan on we were not able to hear it. The property manager gave fast responses the day of check in and answered any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to come back and stay here in upcoming vacations to PCB!

The property was as described and clean. Would definitely stay there again. It’s in a convenient location to many things. I also liked the fact that I could go straight to our room to check in and not have to get a bunch of stuff from an offsite property manager in order to check in.

We stayed for a week (2 adults and 2 kids). Overall the condo was clean (except for floors, could have been moped better). The kitchen was missing some basic tools such as pizza cutter/pizza pan, the bathroom sink is very slow to drain. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable, we planned on having our two kids sleep on it but you can feel every spring.. it has the thinnest mattress. We saw there were blow up mattresses but no pump to blow them up with. The kids ended up sleeping with us in bed so it was a little tight. I would say this condo is best suited for two adults.

Overall, we were happy with our room. This is probably because we spent as little time there as possible, which is the point of this location. There are quite a few things that might make this unit in particular unusable for some people. The Wifi is so slow that it's nearly unusable. I speed tested it at around 0.5Mb/s. The cable TV is standard definition. There wasn't a broom so we had sand all over after 2 trips to the beach. The AC can not be set below 72, so it gets pretty hot at night.

Lovely stay
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. There is new furniture and it is very comfortable. They have a vacuum in the closet to sweep up sand. That was a plus. Reviews commented about the dishwasher not working well. If you use the cheap detergent left by the cleaning packets that is true. I bought cascade and it cleaned just fine. I think it’s more of a detergent issue than a washer issue. My one suggestion is that the condo is right off of the elevator. So it can be loud listening to the elevator going up and down. Especially at night because the bedroom is closest to the elevator. We had a box fan and ran that so it drowned it out. I suggest you do the same. The condo next door had the same complaint.

Very clean, right off the elevator. Just needs a few updates. The dishwasher doesn’t really clean. The detergent is just sitting at the bottom when the cycle is finished. Only one side of the toaster works and there are no baking sheets/pans.

We were very pleased with the location, cleanliness and hospitality of the owners. We arrived earlier than normal check-in and they were able to get us in earlier and very nice about it. The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed. We will definately say again!

We had a wonderful time! The owners were phenomenal to work with and communicated with us a cleaning company would be there to clean the sofa prior to our arrival. The best view Enjoyed our stay
The view is breathtaking. The owner responded almost instantly when we had any questions. We really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint I really have is the furniture in the livingroom could have been a little more comfortable. It was just me and my husband and though we spent most of our time on the beach and didn't use the pull out to sleep on, I could only imagine how uncomfortable it would be if you had to. We would stay here again!

Great vacation getaway
The property needs to update the furniture. The bed was comfortable but squeak when anyone moved so you where waking each other up. Same with the couch and outdoor furniture needs to be replace. Also kitchen lack a clean coffe pot and cookie sheets. We replaced the tongs because the ones available were broke

Nice Weekend Getaway
This was a new-to-us resort. All of the property amenities were very nice, and the elevators were very fast. Our condo was very nicely appointed, though I would suggest a few more pillows for the king-sized bed (for those of us that read in bed). This end of the beach is not our usual, a bit more crowded than we prefer, but great for those w/kids. Would recommend!

Great stay! Needs some updates
We had a great time during our vacation! Condo pools, beach, condo property, parking, everything was well maintained!
Our condo was a nice room, just needs some attention. Blinds are missing some panels so it makes for a bright and early 5:30am morning If you sleep in the living room. Coffee maker isn’t working so make sure you bring your own! Master bed was a roomy King size but very very squeaky when you move. Living room couch pull out bed wouldn’t be comfortable for adults. Mattress is thin and the springs were uncomfortable for our kids. But overall it was a great stay with a beautiful balcony view! The door had an extra knob to twist that I hadn’t experienced before, so when I had issues opening the door the owner was very quick to respond and help me figure it out! Wonderful quick responses from the owners, thank you for your quick communication!
