About this house rental
This is a two-level two bedroom, two bath condominium located on the west side of Aspen's downtown and just a few short blocks from Aspen's world class shopping, dining, and skiing. This standard-rated, cozy, yet functional, condominium offers a private balcony with views of both Aspen Mountain and Red Mountain. It is the perfect retreat for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or stargazing once the sun sets. The full kitchen features updated granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, an open concept with a small bar area for casual conversation and a separate dining area for up to five people. The living area has a cute, gas, Chiminea fireplace, wireless internet, flat screen TVs, iPod docking station and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a washer/dryer and two off-street parking spaces for extra convenience. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king upon request. The property was as advertised and management company easy to work with.

Responsive and excellent property management, as we had a problem with hot water and they jumped on it immediately. Price was right for the stay. The space was a bit tight downstairs in in the bedrooms and the furniture is pretty dated, but location is tough to beat.
We would stay again. Thanks to the owners and property managers.

We arrived late due to weather but the Management Company was very accommodating and left us the keys and information on check in. The building manager was very helpful with some parking issues we had. He was great in clearing sidewalks of snow and asking us if we needed anything. The location was great. We walked everywhere. The unit was clean and kitchen well stocked. Washer and dryer better than most rentals. Would definitely rent again if we return.

The apartment is very small but had enoigh space for our family of 6 (Using the upstairs pull-out couch). The property manager was super nice and responsive in solving some heating issues to our total satisfaction.

Really enjoyed seeing Aspen in the Fall. Magnificent colors and town not crowded. The townhome was perfect for us -- a married couple with two adult sons. Clean, well-furnished, and right in the heart of town.

We loved everything about this cozy condo, the abundance of outlets and power strips, windows that open, a lamp by every bedside, lots of dishware and spices, and the friendliness of the hosts. We spent a lot of time on the deck, reading and watching clouds and stars. The bedroom was deliciously cool, dark, and quiet. You could not ask for a better location - three minute walk to the downtown restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

We liked the condo, quiet and cool at night and an easy walk to the whole town. The porch is sunny in the morning and cool in the evening. We would stay here again.

Super easy to access/pick up keys with instructions. The condo was comfortable and close to restaurants around town. The mgt company was VERY easy to work with and very responsive.

Booked this place and truly had a nice experience staying. Communication with the front desk was easy and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Not only central and easy enough to walk around, but also great place for parking was right behind our condo. Perfect for the week we had in Aspen. Many thanks!

Very efficient unit. Like others mentioned … it’s small and space is tight, but it is laid out to maximize the space. Lots of hooks for ski gear, good storage, kitchen is user friendly if you plan to cook. Only wish there was somewhere to store our skis in the evenings besides the front entryway.

It’s small but had everything we needed and the location was AMAZING! We walked to the slopes, to dinner each night, and the supermarket. The management company, Roseanne, was great to work with too.

Clean apartment
We had to book this amazing place last minute due to a snow mobile accident. My wife had to have emergency surgery. The place is amazing, in downtown, and close to restaurants and shops. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating

Fantastic Location
Very small but efficient. We spoke to the property manager about a little water heater issue and they were on it. Would recommend and you can’t beat the location!

Great location!
This rental was perfect for our long weekend stay for a wedding nearby. The location cannot be beaten as it was a quick walk into town and felt safe. Picking up the keys seemed annoying before arriving, but the pickup was very seamless and was close to the airport making it convenient. The rental had nice toiletries and towels for our group. It felt like it had been cleaned recently, but the outdated decor made it seem less appealing. All in all, we would definitely recommend this rental.

Wonderful location
We had an amazing week walking everywhere in town. Location was ideal for my wife and one year old who are non-skiers. The property managers were very friendly, responsive, and accommodating even in the pandemic circumstances. They get my highest recommendation.

Stayed with college friends. Perfect spot.
Great spot to stay with friends and/or family. I stayed with my friends from college and it was great. We skied during the day and the apartment/condo was a perfect location to shower and then go out to dinner in town. After dinner the apartment/condo had enough room to come back to relax and recoup for the next day of skiing.

Perfect location
We loved the location of this unit as it has so many options to walk to including downtown, the John Denver Museum, and trails. The unit itself was clean, although fans and vents could use dusting. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. We appreciated the gas stove and dishwasher! Many of the plates, cups and extra blankets could use an extra cleaning. The twin bed mattresses weren’t very comfortable. I wish you didn’t have to go to an office on the outskirts of town to check in. Overall, a nice stay

Clean, comfortable and close to downtown Aspen
This unit is a good choice for anyone wanting to be close to town. It is small and a bit tight but has a spacious kitchen compared to similar units and two full bathrooms. We had trouble finding it after dark due to minimal lighting on the street and building.

The entire rental process went smoothly. The staff at McCarthy was in great communication throughout the process, and managed my expectations to the "T". The unit was exactly as had been represented, and Rosanne was a wonderful resource when we had questions about the unit and current local events. Kudos to McCarthy Property Management!

Great Experience
Overall great experience. Booking was easy and nice to work with. Cute building on the west side of downtown. Could use a few upgrades but great value for your dollar! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pleasant place, close to skiiing and restaurants, but problems with plumbing and fuses blowing.
My family of 4 arrived late and the check-in was clear and easy. Place was adequately sized for our family and had the kitchen and dining table we wanted. Not much on views, but in town location was convenient to skiing, and restaurants. The problem with both showers is that there is no mixing valve, so constant adjustment of the 2 levers was needed so as not to burn or freeze oneself. Very small hot water heater, yielded only 1 shower. Leaking hot water valve did not help. Got a very rude response from service, when I asked for help with hot water problem. Kitchen circuit breaker tripped several times, but we found the box. Skiing was excellent.
