J'ai eu l'honneur de passer le week-end à l'auberge car c'était l'un des moments les plus beaux et les plus heureux de mon cœur. L'une des choses que j'ai remarquées et qui m'a fait le plus plaisir a été l'accueil, et je mentionne particulièrement Mme Marwa la réceptionniste, Mr karim, Mr monir, Mr sofien, madame fatma qui a toute l'appréciation et les salutations, et à travers ces personnes à toutes les travailleurs de IberoStar Je conseille également à tous d'essayer l'auberge et de profiter des meilleurs services

Bon séjour

Chambre correct lit Confortable avec tous le nécessaire. Merci au personnel et en particulier à Riadh le monsieur de la sécurité très gentil un grand merci aussi au monsieur du spa. Un moment de détente au spa bravo et merci Repas très bien de qualité et varier aussi bien le le petit déjeuner que le dîner. Grand parking sécurisé toujours de la place très proche de l'aéroport. Front de mer belle plage bien entretenue.

Ont a pas pu profiter du balcon vue sur le parking.

Great for a family holiday. Good pool and great food.

The food was excellent and varied. The staff were all attentive and kind, with exception of the spa receptionist who was unfriendly, unhelpful and put us off booking treatments.

The lack of on-site information about attractions nearby, day trips, entertainment and activities within the hotel.

Great time.

The staff was competent, very helpful and polite. reception, cleaning team, waiters and chefs. Particularly impressed by the luggage porter who gives us all the information about the hotel commodities. We can see that a strong training has been given to the team. The food was good with a good buffet selection for all meals and was replenish regularly . Most of the food was well cooked (prawn, chicken and fish were cooked but not dry). The drinks were correct for an all inclusive. Room was a good size, all amenities were as expected of a 5* hotels. The bedding was great and the room was well sound isolated. Evening event were good. The hotel facilities are very good.

For a 5* star hotel the attention to details of the cleaning of the bed room was not up to expectation. Marks of plastering and silicon/glue left on the walls and door frames (entrance door and bathroom. Other non identified stain on the wall in the bathroom between the sink and the toilet. Make up stain left on the AC controller (which I easily removed with a wet tissue). Broken wall tile in the bathroom badly repaired with no effort of making a good job of hiding the repair. TV, Bedding, coffee machine, furniture were all great but the desk looked very cheap and was already damaged. Base on 5* star hotel standards this is petty to miss those point as it does not reflect fully the quality of the hotel. As much as the staff team was great, the managers seems to not have follow the same training than their team. When we asked the "maitre d'hotel" what was the menu at the the table service restaurant, the description of the menu was very unclear and when asked more details the answer were even less clear. We went to the buffet. The bar was very busy and the staff were doing their best to serve all the guests, as it did not bother me to go the bar myself to order our drinks I went there. when the manager saw me waiting for my drinks to be served, he called up a waiter and "told" him to take the drinks to our table in a not very professional manner. I told the waiter that I was fine and to go serve other guest. The main issue for me there is that at this very busy time (show time) the manager was at the bar having a drink?!?!

Clean and modern, exceptional value for money

Everything was very clean and modern. From the entrance it's a proud feeling knowing you got the best hotel in the area. The lobby is also beautiful. We paid roughly £300 for a week which included breakfast and dinner which is exceptional value for this place!

The room is mediocre, but they did dress it up nicely.and they didn't have much to do indoors, the entertainment was all for little kids (we had terrible weather during our trip)

comfortable stay. Chef Mahmoud at the pasta station was amazing. Yassine, our waiter always had our table ready and waiting for dinner. Rooms were spacious and clean. Entertainment was available every night. Management very accpmodating and does their best to accommodate and keep guests happy

Dinner could have had a bit more variety. Essentially the same menu each night. Perhaps incorporate themes so that it does not become boring after a 7 night stay. Check in process was extremely slow. We waited over an hour to get hour rooms even though check-information was emailed prior to arrival.
