An incredible property. One of a kind. Incredible location. Close to beach and amenities. You don't have to move your cars for beach, shops, restaurants, which is fantastic. Highly recommended for large groups or families. You won't be disappointed.

Great location for a big group but check in process was horrible. Wrong door codes, entire house left in shambles from previous reservation, no sheets/pillow cases/ linens on any beds, bathrooms disgusting, trash from the previous renters was piled out back, and owner wasn’t fully responsive. Owner had to send cleaning crew to the house and guests weren’t allowed in for several hours when flying in from several states. Pretty embarrassing experience. Owner provided a small credit and should’ve comped a nights stay given we couldn’t cook dinner with groceries we purchased or find a restaurant that could accommodate 36 last minute.

We had 21 people stay in this home during our visit and every single person had their own bed, there is a ton of living and sleeping space. It was perfect to get all of us under one roof and the location is excellent.
One important note, this home has NO LINENS and/or trash bags, paper towels, shampoo, soap, or anything like that! It is bareboned in terms of what they provide. This was a challenge as the linen rental companies in the area were expensive and could not accommodate us.
Overall, this was a great home.

My family and friends won a 1 week stay at SeaVoice at the SeeShore festival last year and decided to use the amazing property during Springbreak. Location was perfect, close to beach, boardwalk and shopping. Not only was the home clean it has everything we need to have a fun and amazing time. Owner of the property was responsive and very helpful. I highly recommend this property for your family vacation.

Second time we stayed in this home. Beautiful spot. Easily accommodated 26 adults and children. Perfect location for walking into town or just a nice walk on the boardwalk. Great house to ring in 2024!!

From it’s location in the middle of Rehoboth to the fantastic great room and kitchen to the well appointed bedrooms, the house was just perfect for our group!

We had a group of 9 adults and 11 kids and still had more than enough room. The house is huge and the location is amazing. Just steps to the beach. This is the second time we've stayed here and it seems to have been updated quite a bit since the last time.
Tim was so very kind to us as we we unable to use the house last year when we were scheduled to be there because of an illness. He let us defer until the following year, which he did not have to do.
I would absolutely recommend staying here and we are already looking into renting the place again next spring.

One suggestion is to notify prospective guests of the fact that linens (towels, sheets, etc) are not included with the property rental. This was an additional expense and hassle that we were not expecting when we decided to rent.

The property location and house were great. It was well appointed and supplied. The appliances all worked as they should. There were some very minor issues that in no way interfered with the enjoyment of the property.
This is the eighth property I have rented for vacation and it is far more luxurious than any other I have stayed.
The owners communication skills need serious improvement. His response to inquiries was either non existent or absolutely minimal.

I booked the Sea Voice for a family reunion, hosting 8 different families with all age ranges. The property was clean and as advertised. So close to everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer, only a 60 second walk to the boardwalk and Funland. Would definitely book this property again!

This home is absolutely stunning- truly right out of a magazine! The open layout allowed our large family to mix and mingle so well. We've been coming to Rehoboth for 36 years and can now happily say we've found the home we wish to return to every single year.

We loved the location with its proximity to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. The # of bedrooms(11) and baths (10.5) were perfect. The spacious1st floor open concept with a pool table was ideal. The place was clean, although the floors made our feet noticeably dirty right off the bat. The kitchen was well-equipped with double fridges, freezers, ovens and dishwashers. The 6 burner gas range needs to be adjusted because you could always smell the gas tracer when in use, and it oxidized all of the pots (turning them black). The dishes, glassware, and flatware were awesome. We couldn't find any cookie sheets, which were often necessary, and the griddles had no cords. Several of the rooms, including mine, had no dressers and a small closet, so there was nowhere to put your belongings. One bedroom was advertised as having 2 queen beds, however they were both full size beds instead, which was a problem. The large dining table was great except that it was not polyurethaned properly, so it was sticky - made it difficult to play cards. Outdoor showers were great. It was strange that the porch furniture faced in, instead of facing out.

This house was absolutely perfect for a group of 20 guys. The house was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities. There is ample refrigerator space between the two huge refrigerators in the kitchen and an additional one of the deck. The bedrooms are spacious and the number of bathrooms makes getting up and trying to make a tee time attainable. You’re a stones throw from the boardwalk with plenty of restaurants, bars, and games for the kids. Only a $10 Uber to get to the bars in Dewey. Tim was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Highly recommend staying at this house.

We had a large group in town for our annual golf trip. This beautiful home just went through a massive renovation and looks amazing! Tim was great to work with, and let us know ahead of time that we were the first group staying in the house since the renovation. This home is a few houses up from the beach, a short walk to the main strip in Rehoboth, and can easily fit the amount of people listed on the description. Would highly recommend this home if you have a large group.

We have a very large group. Friends since grade school and high school. 33rd year to the Delaware shore. This house accommodated us perfectly . All the bathrooms is a great feature of this house. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Location can’t be beat. Very short walk to beach. All in all, a great vacation place!

We enjoyed our week at Sea Voice very much. There were 19 of us (all family) celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary. The house is wonderful and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach and loved that we were so close to a lifeguard on duty.
