Our villa, is located within the exclusive Bahia Beach Resort & Golf Club, home of the St. Regis Hotel. Situated on 483 gated lush acres of a former coconut plantation, the Bahia Beach Resort offers an unparalleled experience allowing guests to escape to a luxurious, relaxing private resort with amazing amenities.
As you drive through the gates at the entrance to the resort, you will immediately be transported to a tropical paradise located near El Yunque (the only rainforest in the U.S. Forest System) and situated on two miles of pristine, sandy and secluded ocean beach. Relaxation awaits you whether you choose to play the challenging Robert Trent Jones, Jr. golf course located at the resort, enjoy the exclusive Spa or an exquisite dinner the restaurants at the Beach Club. You could also choose to take a tennis lesson or utilize the gym featuring cardio equipment, weights, a spinning studio and pilates equipment.
A very private pool awaits you just steps away from your doorstep, featuring cabana beds and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun as well as a pool table and grill to accommodate an impromptu barbecue; this pool experience is not to be missed.

All the comforts of home await you at our immaculate villa with high-end furnishings, a gourmet fully-equipped kitchen and amazing outdoor patio space. The villa features 3 bedrooms (Master Suite, Children's Suite and 3rd bedroom with a queen bed) and three full bathrooms.
In the Master Suite, you will find a king size bed, TV and gorgeous views to the outside as well as access to the patio. The en suite bathroom features double sinks, a spacious stand-up shower for two, a large jacuzzi tub and a separate room with toilet and bidet.
In the Children's Suite, you will find double bunk beds featuring two double beds and two twin beds, beautifully outfitted with lush duvet covers and an en suite full bathroom.
The 3rd room features an en suite full bathroom, queen-size bed.

You will NOT find a better place to stay on this part of the island. The check in process was flawless and the first thing we noticed when we walked in was the CLEANLINESS of our villa! The space was more than adequate for our party of 8 and our kids thought that they hit the lottery! The rooms were spacious, including the well decorated common areas. The back deck had ample furniture and a BBQ grill for hanging out. The master bedroom has a HUGE bathroom and its own door to the back deck. The resort is just perfect. You would never even have to leave St Regis and would have more than enough to do and see. The beautiful landscaping, the well appointed walking paths, the IGUANAS, the Boathouse and huge inflatable obstacle course on the water was just steps from our door. The pools and the beach are so conveniently close and open 24/7. The staff all around the resort is more than ready to help with whatever you need. DO NOT be afraid to ask ANYTHING. They are literally magicians. Antonio was available to answer questions via text at a moments notice (not that we needed anything more than food recommendations from him!). If you are looking for an amazingly, effortless PARADISE...this is IT! Book now! You won't be disappointed! Can't wait to go back again! PS--If you get a chance to meet Gina, the housekeeper, she is LITERALLY the sweetest person on Earth! Please chat with her! Whatever she's paid, can't be nearly enough!!

Our stay at Bahia Beach Resort was amazing! The villa was lovely, spacious, clean and stocked with anything we could have needed. The patio looked out onto the golf course and was very peaceful and private. It was nice having a kitchen to eat our breakfasts at the villa before heading out.
The resort was gorgeous! It was not crowded at all during our stay. We loved the Beach Club pool and bar! We were here with our three kids (ages 16-20)-- there was plenty for them to do and they loved taking the golf cart to go explore.
I would highly recommend staying at this villa and at the Bahia Beach Resort.

Beautiful location and condo. The host made sure we had access to everything that is offered at the resort by getting us signed up for passes before we arrived. I think this added huge value to our stay. There’s golf but also swimming pools a boat house with equipment, bikes, tennis courts and more. Thank you Antonio!!

One of the easiest VRBOs we’ve ever done!
Communication was excellent, check in process was so simple, building is in a great location, ground floor. Our host was super quick to answer any questions we had and offered lots of good information.

Great location on a beautiful property and enjoyed having access to hotel amenities as it was not too busy. Villa was great and had a nice layout as each bedroom had their own bathroom. It was also very quiet. The condo complex also had its own pool which was very convenient. Antonio was excellent as he was very prompt to reply to any questions we had.

Me and my family of five decided to get away from the Midwest winters and stay at this fantastic villa. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Even though we we were walking distance from St. Regis' Boathouse, Beach Club pool & bar, Cocoteros (halfway house) and the golf course, we also had access to a new golf cart. The Villa was also quietly tucked away in a private neighborhood, which made it seem like we were miles from anything. We loved having morning café con leche and evening cocktails on the back patio while watching golfers tee off on the 9th hole!
My only MINOR grumble is the dishwasher needs attention / replacement - luckily, we weren't staying long enough for it to be a major nuisance! Overall, our stay was easily a 5/5 stars all around

We had a fantastic stay at Antonio's condo. It was so well stocked and appointed with comfortable furniture, great linens and every detail taken care of. The check in process was so easy with quick and clear communication. This was our third stay at the residences at Bahia Beach and we LOVE it there. The beach club, the hotel pool, the boathouse with inflatables all provide a great variety of entertainment. Love how Antonio includes the cost of resort fees as some Bahia Beach rentals do not.
We stayed with two families and we ideally like having two master suites and one room for the kids. The kids room with two twin over full bunks was perfect for four of our pre-teens. The second bedroom with a queen bed has pocket doors to the main room and a separate entrance with a bathroom one step away. The master suite with king room was gorgeous.
The golf cart was brand new and had great pick up. Great to bop around the property and the hotel has bikes that we used as well.
One note for new visitors to Bahia that has nothing to do with Antonio's gorgeous condo or hospitality is the lack of on-property restaurants. There are only four eating options: Paros, an overpriced mediocre Greek fine dining restaurant upstairs at the hotel, the Beach Club restaurant which is upscale casual with good food, the lobby bar and seagrapes by the pool which closes at 8 and is best for lunch and breakfast. This vacation works for us because we love to cook but beware of restaurant fatigue.

Antonio is theeeee best host!! Our family of 8 stayed in his unit and it was everything the description and pictures conveyed. The kids and adults enjoyed the amenities of the resort. The unit had golf equipment and boogie boards we used. The kitchen was equipped with everything, even seasonings! I would recommend a personal chef especially with kids the food on the resort can be a little pricey. The golf cart was clutch!!! We were able to ride bikes as well so nobody was left behind. We had an issue with the Wifi, for a split second, but Antonio Facetime and made sure everything was working correctly. We truly enjoyed our stay and when we do come back we will definitely book this unit again.

The property was just like the pictures. It was nice to have things like dishwashing liquid, brooms, tissues, paper towels - that kind of stuff. We brought laundry detergent, so I'm not sure if that is typically provided? The very best part of the property was the timeliness in Antonio's responses and the Beach Club concierge. Antonio responded so quickly and the concierge was accommodating with day passes for two of our family members without email. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful stay at Antonio’s villa. It was exactly as nice as the pictures, we appreciated the extra space and the kids toys were a bonus! Very comfortable and spacious. Antonio was very responsive to issues and questions during the stay. Having the golf cart was so convenient, but all the amenities are pretty walkable too. The only downside we encountered was more related to the resort - dining options were extremely limited and the St Regis restaurant would not accommodate us during our stay. That was a bummer!
Otherwise, Bahia beach and St Regis grounds are unparalleled and there are a million things to keep all ages entertained!

Antonio was a terrific host, excellent communications and very accommodating of our needs. The unit is exactly as described. It's located right near the boathouse, which our kids loved and used frequently.
The Beach Club pool is really nice, with excellent poolside food/drink service. It's really well located for visiting El Yunque, Lunquillo, Fajardo, etc.
The only cautionary note is that you shouldn't confuse the Beach Club with the St. Regis Bahia Resort. They're in the same area, but having access to the Beach Club doesn't really bring access to the St. Regis. The St. Regis resort is very aware of the difference between guests/members of the St. Regis and those guests of the Beach Club. They won't allow you to eat at the St. Regis restaurants, park the golf cart near the main hotel, use the golf course changing area, etc.
It's still quite possible to have an excellent vacation at Antonio's wonderful place...but just be aware that you'll have limited access to the St. Regis.

We felt very at home in this VRBO! We were grandparents , parents and an almost two year old. We found everything to make this place a home! Having the golf cart was awesome . Only a five minute walk to the beach if we left the golf cart home. The resort is super nice and the Beach Club pool is beautiful . Golf course is scenic , well kept and challenging. Boat house has fun activities. Antonio is s great host who provided all the info we needed and lots of child friendly toys, pack nplay, etc. Lots of towels , kitchen well equipped, and all the necessities. Patio very comfortable overlooking the golf course. We highly recommend this place!!!

All the amenities of the resort, plus the comforts of home with a complete kitchen and laundry. Stayed there with friends and all our kids (5 in total, all 5 and under). Worked out great, everyone had a blast. It was the off season and practically had the resort to ourselves.

The property was great. The concierge was helpful with booking transport and tours. We were able to use the resort facilities which was wonderful but the hotel restaurants would not serve us if we stated we were condo rental guests.

Exceeded Expectations
We enjoyed our stay at the house and found everything to be as we expected. The house is beautiful and it was easy to get to the beach and pool with the golf cart. Our only suggestion is that, with such a large house that accommodates large groups , a bigger golf cart would be helpful.

wonderful stay
The resort is amazing, pool, beach, golf, spa, restaurants etc. It's also very well located near the Yunque and Old San Juan is very close as well. The condo is well taken care of and the grounds are immaculate. The only hiccup was the pack n play wasn't there at first, but Antonio immediately responded and got one brought there right away! I would highly recommend staying here for any family, and I hope we come back again.
