We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at Jeff's beachside condo. It was spacious, located at the extreme rear of the complex closest to the beach boardwalk, and had all the basic supplies to make it feel like home. Jeff responded promptly to all our questions and requests. There were a few issues that kept the stay from being perfect. * The air conditioning unit had a pretty substantial leak, flooding the floor nearby. We had to sop up the water with towels. Jeff said that the issue had occurred before and that he thought it was taken care of, and said he would take care of it promptly. * We had all sorts of intermittent Internet outages. We had brought our home Roku stick with us and it kept glitching out and losing connection, as well as on our phones. We asked Jeff about this and he said the issue had not occurred previously. He suggested unplugging and plugging the router back in, which we did several times, but it still kept going out almost every day. * There were a lot of dead cockroaches on the floor. It's better than live ones, and is probably due to recent pest control treatment. It bothered my wife quite a bit, though. Despite these issues, I would still say that the stay was very pleasant and we are happy we booked Jeff's condo.

This is our 2nd stay here and we loved it. The condo is comfortable, clean and spacious. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. We loved the location - a close drive to the pier, historic district and the lighthouse. The host communicated well. We had a wonderful vacation and we’ll be back.

It was a very nice condo, ground floor, with a view of the beach over the dunes. It was quiet and easy to access everything. We visited 2 of the pools, both were clean and in good shape. I only rate things as excellent, or 5 stars, if something was just over and above fantastic.

As usual, we had a great week in this unit! Kitchen fully stocked, nice king sized bed in the master, comfy living room furniture, ground floor patio facing a conservation area and the ocean. 15 minutes to Old Town St. Augustine and another 10 minutes to the Outlet Mall, great restaurants within walking distance of the unit. We really appreciate this unit and dealing with Jeff, the owner. 🏖👍

Relaxing beach house with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Easy access to the beach where you can walk for miles. Host was very responsive. If we are back in the St. Augustine area again, we would definitely stay here.

Cute condo. Great beach access. Not too far from historic downtown, about a 15 min drive w/o traffic, about 25 min with traffic. It was cold in FL so appreciated the extra blankets. There were also plenty of towels. Well stocked with pots and pans. Appliances worked great other than coffee maker, could not get it to work. TV tricky to figure out initially b/c there were 3 remote controls. Was not stocked well with TP so had to buy some. Owner accommodating with check in time.

This location was perfect for allowing access to St Augustine while being far enough South that the beach was not super crowded. We loved the layout of the place which had enough separation if you were to have guests in the second bedroom. The Wi-Fi was solid allowing us to get some work done when needed. The beautiful sounds of the ocean and the picturesque views were amazing. We even had the fortune of spotting a few sea turtles during our walks to the beach. We loved being so close to the beach access and Jeff was a great host. Thank you we hope to visit your place again soon

We LOVE this property! It is so well stocked and the owner is always available for questions,etc. Beachfront with a conservation area, this place is an outdoor enthusiast heaven. And 15 minutes drive to Old Town St. Augustine and 10 more minutes to the St. Augustine Outlet Mall (high end retail outlets).

Great location. Even though it was on the first floor facing sand dunes we could see the ocean. We enjoyed watching turtles eating right outside our condo. Hoping to go back next summer.

This condo is in a great community in St. Augustine Beach. The manager was easy to contact and getting access to the property was very easy too. The primary bathroom shower had a defect that sprayed a mist of water into the bathroom which caused a musty smell in the house and linens. Once that is fixed and area rugs cleaned, this issue should be resolved and then I would happily stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay here very much. There was only two of us so we had plenty of room. Easy access to both pool and beach and had two key cards which was nice. Kitchen was well supplied with almost anything you would need.

This was a beautiful condo and had everything you might need to make a beach trip wonderful even beach toys for the kids! We enjoyed the beautiful view of the protected nature area and further out the ocean itself. We got to see multiple tortoises living in the nature area right outside our door! We would love to come back again some day!

Very clean and updated condo. Stocked with lots of basic supplies you might need. We spent most of our time on the spacious patio watching the dunes and water. We loved our stay at this condo!

It was everything described, and more. All the other reviews we read were accurate. The condo was great, the most well stocked that we have ever seen (we rent through VRBO ALOT!). The furniture was new, patio pavers new, and king mattress new and of very high quality. The highlight for us were the wild gopher tortoises in the Conservation Area just off of the patio area. They did their walkabout every afternoon, grazing on grass!

The property was perfect. So many amenities such as spices, cleaning supplies, oils and lots of beautiful dishes and serving pieces. Location is great with easy access to the beach and the old town. Parking is right in front of the unit. It was better than the pictures.

The whole process from booking, checking in and arriving went so smoothly. The Condo was very nice and roomy. It was a 2 min walk down to the beach and that was great! Though the AD said that we would be beach front, which we were, you didn't get much of the beach view, we got the view of sand dunes and brush. But that didn't get in the way of an amazing Sun Rise over the horizon. The condo was in the perfect spot with all the local stores literally right down the road and St.Augustine only a 20 minutes or so drive. Neighbors were all very friendly. The only thing I would suggest is that the place be a little updated. For example some of our blinds were taped up in some areas and one kept falling down until we found some tape to fix it ourselves. The decor was to be expected as it was all a beach setting since we were on the beach, however, I'd rethink having so much glass decor for the families that have young kids. Overall, we all really enjoyed ourselves and loved the place, location and all the memories we made while we visited. Thank You Jeff for opening up your condo to us!! --B.W.
