From check in to check out, everything was fabulous! The attention to detail was everything! From cable tv, soft toilet paper, superb linens and comfortable beds and sofas, this was just the beginning of our wonderful experience. The host went out of her way to provide snacks and drinks, full coffee bar and discounts to restaurants! If you do not know the Galveston area, this is THE BEST LOCATION you can get! It’s in the heart of the festivals, restaurants, shopping and you can hear and see the cruise ships come and go! I can not wait to stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful place and location is walking distance to Strand and several eating places. So shop, eat and get dessert just blocks away. Highly recommend but you will get your exercise in, going up & down the stairs, but so worth it. Owners are so nice too, so that is big +!!

Joanna and Bryan were wonderful hosts for this lovely flat. It is conveniently located just off the Strand, near restaurants, shops and activities. Bryan met us at check in and helped us carry our bags up the stairs to the flat and at checkout to take them back down - much appreciated! Yes, there are 3 sets of stairs. It was good for us, but may not be for everyone. There was a community event on Saturday, but we didn’t hear any of the noise. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning cool enough, the flat spacious - all was great!

This was a very clean and comfortable accommodations for a girls weekend out. The location was FANTASTIC! You can walk out the front door and be on the Strand in less than a block or jump on the trolly and explore the island for $1.00. The owners are wonderful people that greet you at the door to make sure you have everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

Loved this property & location to the Strand Festival. Courteous and thoughtful owners live on site in the building and were available for questions. The only set back was no elevator. The stairs were a bit rough on my OLD knees. Other than that, we had a GREAT time & enjoyed the property!!

Joanna and Brian are GREAT hosts. The location is the best, hosts give great suggestions on places for dinner and drinks. Pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely be returning. Only downside to it is that it’s on the 3rd floor and for a person not in shape it’s not easy if you come and go a lot from the property.

This is one of the best place’s to stay on Galveston Island. The location is awesome and the owners Joanna & Bryan Yates are awesome, everything at this property is first class, you have everything you need for a home away from home stay. I will recommend it to family and friends.

We loved staying at this fun flat in the downtown Strand area. Owners were wonderful and we had a carefree time meeting the locals as we barhopped, enjoyed live music, saw cruise ships come & go (loved hearing the horns), checked out the beach scene, and ate at great restaurants…We will def be back!

This review is a little long overdue as we stayed at this property a couple weeks ago. I must say that this property is truly as nice as it looks in the photos if not a lot nicer. The location is prime right off the strand next to bars restaurants and main attractions. Literally could not ask for better location. As for the property itself, never in my life what I think that I would walk into a property that was so clean, organized and well maintained. The owners are truly great people greeted us with a smile and were very attentive and detail-oriented. I give this a perfect 10 out of 10 I would give it much higher if the scale was higher. Highly recommended if you skip over this property to stay at you might be making a mistake. We are already discussing our next visit.

Upon check in we were meet by owners who helped carry our luggage up to the Condo and then showed us around the place. Some of the nicest people I have ever meet. The place was awesome. It was comfortable and clean had everything you needed and has the best location to stay at. We like being close to the Strand so this place was perfect. This will be our number one place to stay every time we come to Galveston and we will definitely recommend it to family and friends…. I give it a AAA+ rating it also has complimentary parking and we had a complimentary bottle of wine, this place makes you feel right at home. Thank you again to the owners Joanna and Bryan Yates for allowing us to have a awesome time at your spectacular property.👍🏻🙏🏻❤️

The owner’s pride in this property is obvious in their attention to detail throughout! The flat was better than described. Loved the character of the building. Convenient to shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Parking provided which is huge in downtown Galveston. We were welcomed personally by the owners, enjoyed learning the history of the building and extremely appreciated the yummy snacks and plenty of cold water….a necessity in Galveston in the summer! We would love to return to this property soon.

The location, the hosts and the home was amazing! Nice to park when you arrive and be able to walk to dining and shopping for the weekend. They even include a secure parking space that is covered. The bottle of champagne was a nice touch also. Can't wait to stay again!
