Ottima posizione

Ottima la posizione rispetto alla Reggia e il centro di Caserta è raggiungibile facilmente a piedi dalla struttura.

Buona la colazione inclusa servita in camera, ma peccato per il poco spazio a disposizione: era presente un piccolo tavolo e una sola sedia per sedervisi.

Friendly host

The area, the lock of my room broke and couldn’t get in at night, the house was under construction and not a very nice area, there was no toilet paper in bathroom, luckily I had my own tissues. Bed wasn’t overly comfortable.

Nice, but...

+ good price + very clean and good smell + nice bed + nice room and lovely decorated + very good breakfast, but...

... - breakfast was served only once, on the second day I left at 7:30 and did not get one not even something to go, although I asked for it - some guests can be loud and barking dogs - toilet very loud - fridge would be great - only one shall garbage bin

Superb

Simple but effective breakfast for free, because I had to cath a train he served it at 7.40 in stead of 8.00. Good wifi, bed. 18 minute walk from trainstation.

Great location, big room, comfortable bed

Way over the top decor !...a sauna and jacuzzi in your room!...it's an eyesore!...as is the scaffolding outside the room!

Excellent apartment. Very good value for money. Clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious.

HOST: He was excellent. He was very helpful with everything that I asked and gave me good suggestions. BREAKFAST: It was very good. It was delivered to the room and had everything that I needed (milk, coffee, toasts, croissant, jam, nutella, orange juice). BATHROOM: Excellent. It was clean and functional. Good water pressure and water temperature. ROOM: Excellent. Comfortable bed, comfortable adjustable temperature, nice TV, big wardrobe. It was clean and tidy.

CHECK-IN: I had to wait a little bit to check in, around 20 minutes. Not a big problem anyway. LOCATION: The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, but it's not very near the train station. It's on the opposite side of the city centre. Again, not a problem for me, but take into account that it will take you around 25-30 minutes to walk to the train station.

Very friendly host and Kleen room only stayed one night in Caserta. 15 min walk from the station.

Do not go here

arrived to a property undergoing renovation - dust everywhere. As we were travelling with a baby this was not suitable. Triple room booked nothing like photos online. Advised by host no hot water due to works being undertaken.

host has not agreed to refund - though we did not stay. Hopeful Booking.com will review this.
