Superb

Excellent breakfast. The room was very clean and bright. Guests have ample access to the kitchen, but can also help themselves to a lovely selection of snacks and drinks from their own room.

Home away from home

Caroline and Jonathan are brilliant hosts! Made me feel very welcome and the house is beautiful and spotless. Good location for sightseeing and the breakfast was healthy and varied. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Excellent value :)

if I will to be in the area again this is the place I’d stay

on arrival 2 days before starting work due to rail strikes really enjoyed my stay here the hosts Johnathan and Caroline really can’t do much more for you regarding hospitality

Like staying with friends but without the arguing.

More than the usual B & B. Caroline and Jonathan are very welcoming hosts and helped make my stay very enjoyable.

A major blow to my Grumpy Old Man credentials - nothing to complain about...

Brilliant, would definitely recommend.

1st B&B in years and superb experience. Would definitely recommend.

Not too much to complain about. Personal preference I prefer a firmer bed, but this is nit picking in the context of the overall experience.

Lovely couple, lovely stay

Don't normal like staying in someone's home, but this was the exception! Such a lovely couple, made to feel more then welcome, but weren't intrusive. Perfect stay , will be back, if in the area

Friendly hosts and excellent value for money.

My accommodation far exceeded my expectations and was exceptionally good value for money. It was well located and I was able to park outside . The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The freshly made pancakes at breakfast were amazing and there was a good selection of breakfast stuffs. Would definitely stay again. My room was clean and comfortable as was the whole establishment. I totally recommend.

Fantastic place to stay.

This is a superb B&B great room, great location, brilliant breakfast. The hosts Caroline and Jonathan went out of their way to be helpful.

Perfect for weekend away MTB in Afan

Had a lovely stay in here whilst mountain biking in Afan, Caroline and Jonathan were brilliant hosts, very welcoming and friendly. There is a secure garage so felt mountain bike was safe stored in there. Lovely breakfast all organic and homemade so kept me going in the hills. Overall could not fault my stay :-) Thanks

Exceptional value in a great location and with extremely hospitable staff..,

Exceptional value, great location barely 5 mins walk from the train station. Proprietors were very friendly and hospitable and were very happy to share their home with clients. Bedroom was very big with a comfy bed and everything you'd expect, even a high quality tea tray with home made biscuits. Wonderful breakfast provided, virtually everything was locally sourced or home made. I did not have any issues whatsoever during my stay and enjoyed it very much.

West is best! A little known gem in at the foot of the Valleys. You'll want to visit again and again

Speed of communication, Customer Service, welcome, friendliness, comfiness, breakfast, homemade baking and cooking, location, helpfulness, books, music, spirituality, relaxation, hot shower, furnishings, walking, scenery, stunning waterfalls nearby, local attractions, cycling, mountain biking, Country Parks, Swansea and The Gower nearby, a home from home.

Excellent AirB&B. Friendly, accommodating family.

Lovely room. Very friendly and accommodating family. Great vegan breakfast options and home made bread and jam. Convenient location for driving to many South Wales tourism places.

Wasn't obvious from the advert that it was an AirB&B. Not a major problem, it's just nice to know what to expect.

Would stay again... happily.

Super clean and nice room, very friendly owners, it felt like you were staying with family or friends. Breakfast , simple but tasty. Good location, short walk into town.

No lock on bedroom door.

Amazing value, such a comfy bed, and would stay again.

Lovely friendly hosts, and I made friends with their lovely cat 😸

Only thing I would like for next time is a lock on the bedroom door. Especially when travelling alone it's nice to have that measure.
