About this apartment rental
Our unit is located on the third floor of our building with elevator access. Our lovely condo #308 will sleep 6 with 2 newly renovated bedrooms, master bedroom has queen sized bed, second bedroom has 2 double beds. We have 2 new baths 1 located in the master bedroom, the second of the common hall, with oversized marble shower and body sprays. Large open fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, large living room and dining room. We have a open balcony to watch sunrise or have a private morning breakfast and sun bath. We have Flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room, bedrooms have amazon fire sticks. On site laundry and onsite staff for cleaning, maintenance and office support. We are located 45 minutes from Raymond James Stadium, Tampa Airport, and directly on Indian Rocks Beach.

This is a great place for a beachfront getaway. Property is exactly as described and pictured, no disappointments. You can't be closer to the ocean unless you are on a boat! Very clean unit with a lot of space inside. Great communication with owner and very nice to have responsive onsite property management. Highly recommended!

We loved the charm and laid-back vibes of the condo complex and the town! We parked the car, had instacart deliver groceries, and walked to dinner every night.
The condo had beach chairs and umbrellas - so we didn't need to bring our own! It was lovely! The hosts were great and let us add an extra day on the front end - will definitely be back!

This property was gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice. Very clean, well stocked, and comfy! Amazing view of the inlet where we saw dolphins everyday, and only a few steps to the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

The location was great. Nice beach right out back and a laid back enjoyable town just a short trip in either direction. Lots of great restaurants and things to do. Condo is nice, plenty of room for our family of 4, nicely equipped.

Wonderful condo! Nicely decorated and equipped. We discovered the microwave didn’t work, so we contacted the owner and a new microwave came the next day! The owner, Catherine, was great to work with!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for, footsteps from the beach, heated pool and walking distance to the restaurants and some shops! Also close enough to visit John's Pass and Clearwater for the pier. The condo was perfect for our family of four! Our boys said they want to go back every year!

Being a first time vrbo user I was kind of worried before arriving but this condo is obviously very well taken care of and loved. The view from the balcony is just perfect with a view of the bay. We enjoyed watching the boats go by and your private parking spot is also within view. We had a great time and love how peaceful it is in this location. Her place has everything you need and the beach is right outside your door. There are many restaurants and stores that are within walking distance. You can even catch the trolley going to Clearwater beach if you want more action. She also has great communication and answers quickly with any questions you may have.

The property was as advertised and the host was very nice and easy to work with. We had an amazing long weekend and was able to relax and just enjoy ourselves. Very conveniently located and not touristy at all. Will definitely go back for a longer stay. I could see myself buying a second home at Indian Rocks Beach 😊

Great location, cute condo
The location was good and the condo was very well-supplied and maintained. It was very close to the beach, and the pool area was nice. However, the beds were very uncomfortable and the hot water would not have been sufficient for more than two people to shower in a row.

Great spot for a quiet vacation
The condo was clean and everything was in good repair. I especially appreciate that strongly scented cleaning products were not used on the property or linens. There was ample space for my family of 4. The complex was fairly small and well maintained. The pool was warm and the beach was steps away. Beach was clean and uncrowded. If we visit our family in this area again, I would definitely rebook this place.

Very Nice Property!
The unit was clean. Loved the shower and the view! Beds could be a little more comfortable, but overall unit very well equipped with everything needed. Parking was an issue. Only one vehicle for unit and no guest parking. The spot was too small for our truck when we arrived. The manager was very rude and said nothing she could do about it. She was not going to help find a solution in any way. She was actually down right condescending and mean. Thankfully a very nice guest who overheard her offered to trade parking spots. I would definitely stay here again if management was more cooperative and helpful. All in all it was a very good vacation after check in!

Even nicer than the pictures
The condo was nicer and bigger than the photos showed. Very very clean! The beach was gorgeous. The pool was perfect! I loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats come in and out. There were so many restaurants with live music within walking distance. The owner was beyond amazing! She answered all my questions within minutes. She even shipped something back to us that we had forgotten there. I would definitely recommend this condo. I cannot wait to come back!

Quiet and relaxing
We traveled with our 2 teenage daughters. The condo was perfect! Very clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay! We even saw dolphins swimming in the ICW across the street from the balcony! Catherine was always ready to answer any questions I had prior to arriving and while we were there! Definitely book this condo!!!

Great condo for a family vacation
This was a great place for our family. The unit is furnished well and laid out nicely to fully utilize the space. The owners are so nice and were available when we needed them. This condo does not give you a beachfront view, but we enjoyed watching the boats pass on the intercoastal, from our balcony. We also spotted dolphins. No washer/dryer inside the unit, but there is a laundry room down the hall (you will need quarters). We enjoyed our stay in this condo in IRB so much, we added a couple nights to our stay. Great vacay spot!

Nice respite by the gulf
Catherine's property was very clean and comfortable. It was well appointed with everything we needed to eat, drink, and enjoy the beach. The beds and bedding were very nice. The pool is lovely and the beach sand is very fine and white. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this property and location.

Great location and nicely appointed
This is a 2Bed 1.75Bath condo. The Master has a queen bed, shower and the main area has a full tub/shower. The other bedroom has 2 full beds. The condo was clean and had most everything we needed. We did end up purchasing some things and left them for the next people. A beach chair, pail & shovel, a nice umbrella to help with the sun, we also left a small cooler and ice packs to pack drinks for the beach, etc.
The couch and large chair were very comfortable and there is a dining table and also 4 bar type chairs on the main kitchen island. We ate "most" of our meals on the island and one or two at the table. I love to cook and grill so we did a lot of that instead of eating out constantly. The fridge/freezer is plenty big enough to store all your food and snacks. The microwave was tiny but usable.
There is a ceiling fan in each bedroom which helps keep the place cool. There are 2 fans in the main living area as well. The balcony overlooks the Intercoastal waterway and you should be able to see dolphins swimming there. We loved watching the Great Blue Heron's and the Snowy Egrets when fishermen would be out on the ICW. The birds would be 3' from the fishermen looking for a snack. You see great sunrises from the balcony and the sun is gone in the afternoon so it's a great place to eat out on with the patio set and chairs. There was a breeze most nights which was nice.
The back is where the heated pool is. We went at the end of June so the ocean was warmer than the pool which I never went in. My daughter loved the pool though. I'm more of an ocean person so I loved the nice 84 degree ocean water. There is a sand bar about 100' out and is great during low tide as it's only about 3.5'-4' deep at the sand bar. We saw a school of cow-nosed rays during one of our morning walks in the outgoing tidal waters. It was pretty awesome. Another day we saw a single stingray just hanging out in the surf. We walked along the beach every day and we saw the Clearwater Marine Aquarium Turtle Patrol on numerous days mapping out new turtle nests. There are miles of beach to walk if you are so inclined and the beach is very clean.
You are only about 25 minutes from Clearwater and Pier 60 and similar time to John's Pass to the south. Lots of fun things to do at each location. Watching the dolphins at JP from the docks was great. We saw a Devil Ray jump out of the water about 6'. Great location!
We would definitely stay here again.

Cathy & Rick, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo. We loved the layout, your decorating style, the closet space and location. One of our favorite spots within walking distance was Slyce. We had some trouble with the shower in master bedroom and the thermostat kept defaulting to 73 degrees. We had a wonderful time. So much so that we want to do it again next year. Anne & Joan McGovern

The condo was roomy and nice for our family of five..You cannot ask for an nicer area. You are right on beach and very close to restaurants. Been to this location before and enjoyed as much as before... Have a few complaints though. The shower control in master bedroom was hard to work and internet was very low..As well this year there was a lot of smokers around pool and deck. Ask caretaker about having nonsmoking area and he informed us that would never happen. Overall a good vacation. Thanks for use of condo over Christmas

The condo was clean and tidy upon arrival. Very spacious in the living room and dining room. Beds were comfortable in both rooms. Plenty of extra pillows in closets. Even had a pack n play for babies in the one closet. Outside patio has a carrier for your beach stuff, made it nice so you don't have to carry everything down to beach or pool. Pool was kept clean even with a lot of people week of July 4th. Limited parking only one parking pass per unit makes it difficult to park a second vehicle, you are on your own we had to park way, way down the street. The TV remote needs to be updated, several buttons did not work on it. TV in every bedroom is nice as you settle down for the night. This room location is nice and quite at night. Kitchen fully furnished had everything to cook your meals. Overall was a wonderful stay, with the beach so close, just a few steps from the pool area and you have the sand between your toes. Check out was as easy as check in thanks to the staff on site.

Very comfortable, well maintained condo with great location
This condo was very well maintained. The beds were comfortable with a king size in master and 2 beds in second bedroom. There was also a second tv in master bedroom. The kitchen was very nice with all appliances in tip top condition. A spacious dining/living room had a nice size tv and comfortable furniture. Internet service was good. The master bathroom was a bit small but a great shower and well designed space. The second bathroom was much larger. All in all, a great place to stay. The condo staff was very pleasant and helpful. We actually had abnormally cool weather for part of our stay. However, the pool was heated and comfortable. The condo is right on the beach so it could not be more convenient. It is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and is right on Gulf Boulevard making it easy to get anywhere! The condo was very quiet even being on the busy street. Checkout was a breeze. The owners checked to insure we were having a good time and to answer a question we had. A note - the balcony is spacious with table for dining - it faces street but great view of intercoastal waterway. Nice to sit out and just relax with a cocktail or soda. We saw dolphins from there several times! All was good and we would certainly recommend this property.

Great place to vacation.
We had a moms/daughters/friends "stay" here. The condo was very comfortable & cute, & had everything we needed for cooking & relaxing. The owner was totally accommodating for our late check-in, & the office staff was helpful in answering questions about the area. Indian Rocks Beach is a great location; when it was too windy to walk on the beach, we were able to just walk on Gulf Blvd. We were not on the Gulf side, but still saw dolphins & lots of boats in the Intercoastal waterway. We would definitely choose this location again.

We loved it!
We had never visited Indian Rock Beach and fell in love with it. The condo was very clean and beautiful. It was equipped with everything we needed. The owner of our condo was very accommodating and helpful while planning our stay. The office personnel were pleasant and helpful. We met a lot of the other owners who were staying there and they were very nice and made us feel welcome. We loved the fact that the pool was next to the beach so we could enjoy both. We found amazing restaurants within a few minutes of the condo. This place had everything we were looking for. We had a fabulous time and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway
Overall we loved this vacation! The condo was beautiful, clean, came equipped with everything we needed and right on the water! It was so convenient to walk downstairs and be right on the ocean! The only thing we did not realize was that this particular condo was on the bay view side, which ended up working out perfectly since we had a one year old. If you bring small children, I do not recommend staying ocean side it is a little loud late at night with music and people socializing. The owners of this condo were amazing and worked with us really well and always answered any questions we had! We will most definitely be back. Thank y'all so much for such a wonderful summer vacation!
The only con of this property is the front desk ladies were not very polite when we asked for directions to the Walmart.

Nice Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay at Fifty Gulfside. Parts of condo were updated, could use a new mattress on queen bed, and building is old, but we went for the beach and activities in the area, not hanging out inside. Location was great, beach was beautiful and very quiet. We were walking distance to several restaurants and a small water park.
Was unaware of "office hours" for check in and arrived after they were closed. Fortunately there was an after hours calling line however the woman who answered was very put off in needing to help me and not super helpful or friendly about it. The office staff also lacked any sort of customer service when we turned in paper work next day. Not that it would deter us from staying, but if I owned the property I would want to know since I'm paying for those services.
