This place is amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. Our family had a great stay, its right at the beach and there are plenty of activities to do! I would definitely stay again! We have been staying at Villa La Estancia for about 15 years. The units there are wonderful and we’ve always enjoyed it. However, we’ve done a few friend trips the last couple years and have needed a three bedroom and have stayed in a couple different ones. This was the most beautiful, unbelievable one that we stayed in. The condition of the room, the layout, the outdoor deck and view, and the furniture through the entire unit made it the most incredible room we’ve ever stayed in there! Can’t wait to book it again!

This condo is all you could ask for. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and amazing views! We were there with my 80 year old parents, my 2 grown kids, and ourselves, and we had plenty of room to relax inside and out on the wraparound patio. We've stayed in other units at the same place, and they're nice, but this one far exceeds them!

Second time now in this residence and property. We love it! Best view hands down, the property manager, Dionicio, was very personable and took very good care of our every need. If your looking for a place to stay that requires little to no effort, this is the place. You can cook/grill at this villa, order room service, eat at restaurant on property, or take a 5 minute cab ride to a handful of good eats. The amenities were wonderful. We will be back!

The last few years have been challenging to say the least. My family and I had to put off our family vacations due to all the world issues. We booked this property and crossed our fingers we would be able to make it. We have been to Cabo many times at many places from stellar to great hotels, homes, and resorts. This place was top notch. The pictures on VRBO do not give this house the credit it deserves. Every room was excellent. The view second to none of Medano beach and the Arch of Cabo. Our host was great, easy to work with, and was available for us any time we needed his assistance. The resort fit our family needs. WE got the best of both worlds. We could go out to the restaurants on the resort or cook in house at our place. We enjoyed all the Dorado we caught on the grill at the house. Thank you for making our vacation a very memorable one.
