3 Bedroom Home with Hot Tub! Spacious Home Near Roche Harbor! (Woodhaven)
The living room is open and bright with lots of windows and vaulted ceilings. It is comfortably furnished with a large screen television (with satellite TV service and a DVD player) for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for preparing meals and has bar seating for 2. The dining area is furnished with a large table that offers seating for 8. If you don't want to watch television or need to do some work on your trip, the sitting room offers a desk and a love seat for reading or relaxing. Enjoy the outdoor air on the paver patio with a BBQ and seating for 6.
The upstairs primary suite is furnished with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The primary bath has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) and has an adjoining powder room (sink +toilet). The third bedroom is located on the main level and is furnished with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom on the main level, at the entry to the game room.
Have fun in the game room! Furnished with a large screen television for Wii games and watching DVDs, an air hockey table, and a pool table. This room also has a queen size sleeper sofa. French doors lead you to the patio with the brand-new hot tub! (2023)

You'll love the location with a feeling of being remote but yet only a short-ish walk down to resort for anything you need. The house has every appliance and utensil you can think of. I've never seen such a well stocked and organized kitchen. The space is perfect for lounging, playing in the game room, or cooking up a feast for the evening. It is a great space.The only unusual thing is that layout with the downstairs bathroom serving as a jack and jill to the game room, but nothing of great consequence. Would definitely stay here again with the family!

Just as described in pic. Place was spotless with lots of room. Since we were out and about most of our stay we didnt enjoy the house as much as we wanted to. 😔 I am hoping we get another opportunity to come back and really make use of the house and all of its amenities. Great communication with property management and directions were simple to follow, especially when google maps kept directing me a different way. If you follow the directions from property manager its easy and simple. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was nice having the space and our teenagers really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. We also liked that the primary bedroom has a lot of space for our twin babies pack n plays and our suitcases. We had an issue with one of the cabinet doors and the management team was so courteous and had someone out to fix it within an hour. We will definitely stay here again as we travel frequently to SJI to visit family!

This is a nice property with a wonderful game room and Jacuzzi. The decorations are just so so and we had far too few towels. It does not have waterfront access, no hiking trails, and you have to leave by 10 AM, though check in is the regular 4 PM. They will not give you the actual address until very close to your stay. But, the place has its charm, it's wooded and pretty, we had a black fox visit with us, and there are a lot of birds. The Jacuzzi is outdoor under the trees and lovely and the game room has air hockey and a pool table. All in all, it's a nice place for a stay so long as you know what you're getting.

Excellent stay for the weekend. Only critique would be to make sure the tv in the living room has Netflix downloaded before hand so it is ready to be used for guests. Clean house, easy directions to the house in a quiet neighborhood.

The only issue we had was the step down into the dining area was really poorly placed and a tripping hazard. I know this is a structural issue with the house and cannot really be fixed but wanted to mention it. Several of us tripped over it or missed it stepping down and my elderly dad tripped and fell and hurt his leg. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the quiet, peaceful setting of the house. Thank you.

The house is great and the location is perfect
The only thing that spoiled the experience was a smell of septic tank that made it very unpleasant to sit in the patio. Not sure if it’s from the neighbors or belongs to the property, but something needs to be done with this. Also, it would not hurt to replace a stove - it’s pretty old and some of the burners are not working

Was a great place for 5 adults to stay. Was able to host dinner for an additional 15 family members and didn’t feel at all cramped. Great place.

Family fun destination!
We had such a wonderful time at this vacation place. First thing first, the entertainment room is well equipped with lot of games for both kids and adults. Table Hockey, table soccer, Rockband with WII, and so many other games. We enjoyed so much with kids on a raining day here. Other things to mention, the house is very clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. It is very close to Roche harbor, where we really enjoyed visiting the sculpture park, tasting the harbor cafe nice sandwiches and sunset view. Thanks for letting us having this place. Would love to come back.

This home was quite spacious and in a good location, but I don't think I would stay here again. It has a definite 70s vibe to it, and the kitchen appliances desperately need updating. For a place without a view of the water, it was a bit pricey. We did appreciate having 2 king beds, though. The bathroom in the master suite is downright dangerous, with a narrow stairway immediately upon opening the door. I thought I was going to fall down the stairs every time I stepped out of the shower. Also, the bed in the other main room collapsed on our last day there. The grill looked brand new, and we liked the outdoor space, so that was nice. If you have a number of young kids with you, the game room is a great addition. Would have liked to have a hot tub on the property.
