Sentence is this. Terrible

Not much at all

It was dirty and tired. Aircon did not work. Shower over the toilet The safe was loose and didn’t lock Breakfast was a no go for us. Not 1 person was there eating anything. We left with no refund but we were not staying any more nights there

Không thích gì cả

Dịch vụ kém, thái độ nhân viên rất kém, máy lạnh ko hoạt động, phòng hôi thối. Nhân viên ko hề hỗ trợ khách hàng. Ko có ai giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng. Hình ảng tất cả đều lừa đảo. Rất tệ!

Gần biển & đường Trần Phú. Nhân viên nhiệt tình.

Khăn tắm rất cũ, cắn răng dùng vì khg mang khăn, ở 3 đêm thì đêm cuối mới đc khăn trắng, mới . Không có khăn giấy trong phòng. Phòng tắm khg có vách ngăn, tắm sẽ ướt hết phòng. Phòng tắm & ngủ cách nhau bởi vách kiếng dán decal mờ, có thể thấy bên trong, chỉ hợp cho cặp đôi. Hotel nên thêm màn vải bên ngoài để kéo lại khi cần. Đồ ăn sáng ít, xuống tầm 8:30 là hết đồ ăn, khg tiếp thêm thức ăn. Thanh toán bằng thẻ tín dụng sẽ bị tính thêm 3%

Вид шикарный. Балкон, окна - очень здорово сделано. Есть небольшой тренажерный зал. Персонал отзывчивый.

Ужасная кровать. Маленькая, твердая, слишком высокие подушки. Стены и дверь в ванную комнату стеклянные, в центре блюр, но в целом все видно и понятно. Вода в душе льётся на пол без каких либо перегородок. Уборка плохая, везде черные волосы. Кондиционер издавал страшные и громкие звуки, спать с ним невозможно. Завтрак тоже не очень. За эту цену есть варианты намного комфортней.

Một nhân viên rất thái độ

Về vị trí: KS rất gần biển. Rất tiện để ra các quán ăn và vui chơi như : Nhà Hàng Thanh Sương, Bến tàu Vinwonder... Về nhân viên: ngoài nhân viên lễ tân lúc 6h sáng ngày 30/7 (hôm mình nhận phòng) ra thì các bạn còn lại rất ok nha.

- Sáng 6h-7h ngày 30/7 mình đến nhận phòng thì gặp ngay 1 bạn nam lễ tân tiếp mình và nói rằng phòng mình đặt hiện không có trong các ngày mình lưu trú. Mình có hỏi lại nhiều lần tại sao lại không có. Trong khi lúc chọn loại phòng trên booking thì mình có chọn loại phòng 1 giường lớn, rồi trước ngày tới mình cũng có gọi hỏi xác nhận. Xong nay đến lại không có phòng. Sau những câu hỏi của mình thì bạn nam lễ tân đó nói ra 1 câu làm mình khá bất ngờ: "bây giờ anh muốn đặt phòng này thì a chịu phí thêm cho em 500k/ 1 đêm thì e sẽ có phòng cho a". Mình kiểu ??? Ủa vậy book trên Booking để làm gì? Nếu muốn tiền thì nói từ đầu đi chứ vòng vo ko có phòng để làm gì rồi kêu thêm tiền?? Bạn đó làm mình cứ tưởng KS là của bạn đó luôn rồi ấy. Mình muốn gặp a quản lý KS cũng nói dối: "anh liên lạc được". Chán với thái độ của anh này. Mong KS xem xét lại việc này. - Ghế ngồi ngay cửa kính không có tấm lót của đệm.

Đia điểm thuận lợi, cực gần biển, sáng đi bộ băng qua đường tắm biển được nè. Ngoài ra, còn có nhiều quán ăn ngon gần khách sạn (quán bún đậu mắm tôm kế KS, phở xéo xéo đối diện KS ăn ngon, quán kem, trà sữa ngay đó, kế KS là đồn công an nên đảm bảo an ninh). Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, điểm đánh gia cao nhất là view siêu đẹp, có thể ngắm bình minh trên biển, và hòn Tre (Vinpearl) từ KS. Có hồ bơi, gym, bãi giữ xe máy không tính phí.

Giường hơi kêu 1 xí mỗi khi trở người (người nặng trên 70kg).

Location was fine

wifi sucks badly and refrigerator was not working, pool water was too cold and even at night it was not warm. I would recommend look for another options

อาหารเช้าดีกว่าที่คิด แต่ตัวเลือกน้อยไปนิดนึง ทำเลดี ใกล้ชายหาดร้านอาหารเยอะมากๆ ทั้งร้าน local food และร้าน seafood พนักงานบริการดีมาก การพูดคุยดีน่ารัก

แอร์มีปัญหา ไม่สามารถแก้ไขอะไรได้ พนักงานเอาพัดลมมาให้ แต่เก่าแลฝุ่นเขรอะมาก วันต่อมามีการติดั้งพัดลมติดผนังให้แต่ก็ไม่เขาใจทำไมไม่แ้งเปลี่ยนห้องให้

Recommend if want to be removed from tourists & close to beach.

Nice comfortable. Staff polite & non intrusive. Respected my wish to not have my room serviced as only there 3 days. Had a small private balcony, which was nice to get some air, sew surrounds. Was a bit far from city centre, restaurants & the few key sites but was aware of this & kept you from the busyness & all the tourists and travelling buses of largely wealthy Asian tourists. And meant I got to walk a lot. 400m from the beach. However, I'm not a beach person but did make you feel less locked in. Room sufficient, shower fine but bit close to toilet so had to dry it off lol. Overall, I'd recommend if you want a bit of space grom the hussle of what is basically a tourist city..

Curtains wouldn't fully shut so woken by the sun as I don't sleep well. Was a bit far from the city centre, but also a positive as meant you were out of the area of majority of tourist hotels & tourists. But also meant long walks for food & key sights in the city (very little).

It had a lovely view and is very close to the beach! It is down the quieter end of Nha Trang which suited me very well !

I was too afraid to use the pool on the top floor and the sun lounges were difficult to get to as you had to manoeuvre around the side of the pool holding the glass railing to get to them. I ended up using the beach instead which was close by and beautiful.

Lovely views and comfy bed! There’s a lot to eat and see nearby, yet the hotel is away from the chaos. Loved it.

Pleasant

Breakfast was a little poor prepared and day after a little better arranged. But they served very kindly. Thanks for the service of personals. No welcome fruits, no welcome drinks. We feel, not welcomed. Last day we did not sleep and checked out at 20 O'clock. Paid full charge, no sandwich or snacks etc instead of breakfast. Maybe too much expects!
