Perfekte Unterkunft mit einzigartigem grünen Aussenbereich

Super Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis! Sehr sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sie konnten uns auch viele Tipps für Ausflüge geben. Gute Lage für Ausflugsziele und Wanderungen. NP Black River in der Nähe. Grösseres Supermarkt “Winners“ in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wer das Unkomplizierte mit einer eher einfacheren Unterkunft mag, ist hier genau am richtigen Ort. Viele verschiedene Pflanzen, Bäume die Schatten spenden und niedliche grüne Geckos kann man bestaunen. Wunderbar gemütliche Terrasse und wir hörten und sahen jeden Tag bis zu 8 verschiedene Vogelarten inkl. grüne Papageien 🦜. Herrliches Vogelgezwitscher 😀. Die Strasse war zu hören, aber für uns keineswegs störend. Wir hatten auch immer Warmwasser im Bad sowie in der Küche. Wir hatten einen super Gas-Grill und mussten nur Beilagen sowie kleinere Menüs in der etwas engen Küche kochen. Zum Pool Richtung Meer 25 Meter und zum Strand ca. 100 Meter. Zum baden oder zum schnorcheln empfiehlt sich aber in Richtung Le Morne ein Strand ca. 1km weit von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Strand Pointe aux Roches ist gleich beim nächsten Kreisverkehr Richtung Le Morne, ca. 2.5 Kilometer entfernt. Public Beach dann der nächste Badestrand ca 4 Kilometer von der Unterkunft entfernt. Ich würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder mieten.

Great value for money!!!

Excellent location, far from the crowds, close to the main attractions of the island (if you’ll travel all island as we did, you’ll understand why is the best place to stay). Direct access to the ocean where you can see starfish, sea urchins, corrals, shells, baby octopuses and many types of fish. Excellent for kids - the location comes with two cute giant tortoises you can feed in the mornings. Beautiful luxuriant garden and free access to the pool. Hélène and Adrian are great hosts, ready to help and advice you and even invite you to their parties. Hélène is also a painter and you may admire her work in the rooms. Don’t forget to bring your snorkeling gear and rubber water shoes (good to have it anywhere on the island)

Very good

The house, while quite basic, has everything you may need. It is situated in a beautiful garden, full of tropical plants. The owner, who lives nearby, is very nice and helpful.

The location marked on the Booking.com map is incorrect. The house is in fact about 1.7 km east, next to "The Last Dodo Backpackers" (Google Maps has it right, you just need to look it up by name). The beach next to Case Cassia is not suitable for swimming - the lagoon is quite shallow, full of sea grass and urchins. To swim or play safely you need to walk or drive a bit. On arrival, we had to catch and remove 3 lizards running around the house. While it was a fun experience for us, i can imagine some people may freak out about having an extra companion under the bed.

A heartfelt Mauritian welcome

Lovely stay and felt very welcome at Case C. Our host supplied us with filtered drinking water and excellent communication. joyfully atmosphere. Ate from restaurants nearby & little village not far bus stop not far. Great swim snorkeled walked to the Riamble Vortex main reason for staying at Casa C so everything else was a bonus.

The very relaxing vibe, we felt comfortable & at home and loved hearing the ocean at night and all day. Very joyful hosts extended who checked on us everyday.

Perfect for a quiet few days on the beach

Great place, own private bungalow within the grounds that included swimming pool and direct beach access. Perfect hosts who recommended Comlone restaurant, a short walk away and very good food. Very friendly large dog and 2 large tortoises, along with various bird wildlife, plants/flowers and painted driftwood, perfect for a quite few days on the beach.

Great place, warm welcome from very kind hosts. Additional recommendation of a car rental. All attractions are in the nearby distance reachable by car. The place it self has a clean swimming pool and wonderful beach. And its own turtles ;))

Verry good. with nice and peacefull location.

All was wonderfull, nice garden , free tortoise feeding, big and friendly dog. The host was verry fiendly and helpfull. The house has everything that you need.

The shower was broken, and in one of the rooms it was a little dampth.

Exceptional

Amazing, friendly and cultured hosts!!! Everything we needed was arranged for us. The hostess created a beautiful garden with direct access to the beautiful beach - almost without peple! Swimming and snorkeling within walking distance. Accommodation is simple and pleasant. Cars sometimes pass through the nearby road, but there is silence at night. In the area are the most interesting places of the island. The place is ideal for guests who want to get to know the real Mauritius, not just the tourist resorts.We were very satisfied!

This is nice property with small private garden. You can use barbecue and cozy balcony. Beach with coral reef situated 50m away. Nice pool is shared with host. Only what you need to amazing holiday is car.

Superb

Location was really nice for this part of the island, we especially like the hosts, swimming pool and access to a big beach which was empty a lot of the time.

The cottage was close to the road, around 12 meters.

Huge disappointment

Not much. We shortened our stay from 5 to 3 nights just to finish our vacation at the place more welcoming and comfortable and to be able to forget this disappointment. The hostess did not propose to give our money back, in fact I never asked feeling that this would be hopeless, since she made clear that any disappointment was our fault - other people were happy (somehow??)

The place was so much below our expectations based on the previous very good reviews. We did not feel the welcomed guests, rather just tenants who paid the rent and that's it. It was a huge contrast in comparison to our other stays. The very beginning was not smooth, we could not find the place relying on the Booking address and the hostess put no efforts to help us. Again, it was our fault because others did easily. Unfortunately, the property disappointed further - close to the big road, tucked away behind the owners house with smallish garden in front. Beach is not suitable to swim, one has to go quite far or take a car. The cottage itself of very poor quality - it gives the impression that all objects are of second hand. That could be acceptable if the price would be half of that we paid (76.5eur/night). It was our forth stay on the trip to Mauritius and definitely the worst, while we stayed at compatible establishments, not in luxury hotels. So, do not ruin your vacation there, there are plenty of better places for that price.

Nice place directly at the beach. Friendly host.

Beds were not very comfortable. Little bit dificult to find as the coordinates in booking app were not correct. Possible to get more comfortable accomodation for the same price.
