Appartamento ideale per visitare Lubiana e dintorni.

Tutto perfetto, piccolo ma con tutto l'occorrente, ideale per qualche giorno e comodo per visitare Lubiana e dintorni. Market, bar vicini. Comodo posto auto. Silenzioso. Istruzioni per il self check-in chiarissime :-) e molto comodo! Unica pecca la doccia che perde un pò di acqua dal piatto e si allaga un pò il bagno (consiglio manutenzione). Tutto il resto ottimo! Grazie per questa bellissima esperienza! La Slovenia ci è piaciuta molto!

Nice appartment with annoying details

Great location and possibilities(bar, shopping, downtown), electronic code instead of keys, design of the apartment, comfy bed. It was enough for a couple with a 2 years old.

Continous water in the bathroom floor (something flows), little lamp in the kitchen doesn't work (after put the kid to sleep,we couldn't use big lightning in the kitchen because no door to the bedroom), some plugs are dislocated, dripping fridge.

The room is clean and as shown in the pics. Situated in a very secure residential area. Has all bars and restaurants at 15mins walk. Good location. good for a couple. Check in was easy. Took 15euros by taxi from the busor train station

Good

The biggest advantage of the accommodation is the location. Accommodation with the possibility of parking and at the same time accessibility to the wonderful center of Ljubljana by walk is usually more expensive. The accommodation is suitable especially for short-term stays, in my opinion. Opening the apartment and yard for parking with a code was fine for me. However, it can be a problem for travelers with poor orientation. I recommend that the owner attach instructional pictures or a video.

The space of the apartment is arranged impractically. A large part is made up of a corridor, and the bedroom itself and the kitchen are small. The small kitchen includes a hob with 4 hotplates (2 would be enough), but then there is no place to actually prepare the food. Both the pan and the pots are in very poor condition.

Definitely not my best experience

location suits very good for me, it’s not in the historical centre, but very close comparing to another property in LJ the interior here is just miracle of design

I don’t know what’s going on in Ljubljana in general)) they have here literally the worst ratio of price and quality! u better don’t expect nothing like disposable slippers or personal care kit in hotels or something like tea/coffee/water in apartments. ok, probably it’s not mandatory requirement but you know, it becomes habitual thanx to another places. please, take the info about mosquito’s marks more seriously- it’s literally everywhere!!! the apartment is below ground level, so it’s damp, huge quantity of mosquitoes and pretty dark inside. the shower neeeeeeds renovation, that’s why you wouldn’t find it’s photos)) the worst part of my stay was “meeting” with the staff (I believe she was a worker, but she didn’t introduce herself) when she broke into my apartment around 11am and started to angrily ask me why I’m still here (it sounded like Check-out, check out!) I told her unfortunately I have my booking till tomorrow, she wasn’t happy with this answer, so she just left the apartment and left all the lights everywhere on)) I was so angry as I was still in bed as I studied all night before and definitely wasn’t ready for any visitors. so honestly the rest of this wonderful stay I felt very insecure

Cleanliness could have been better (there was a worm floating in the toilet) and hair in some places, lack of a few "nice touch" things like coffee for the coffee machine etc.

great location for a short break

the bed was very comfy and the location was fantastic, it was a lovely walk along the river to the city centre! the kitchen almost seemed brand new and it was lovely decor in there and the living room. the neighbours upstairs seemed nice and friendly and always greeted me.

the bathroom had a tonne of these tiny flies that just never left, and only two windows had fly screens on but all the windows were slightly open when I arrived and the flat had quite a few flies buzzing around that drove me crazy trying to get them out! the water also never drained away after a shower and with a shower curtain not door, that seems like something that could be looked at.

Except for location overall disappointing

Very nice location. Ouside of the city center but within strolling distance to it. Parking for one car. In the vacinity of the botanical garden of Ljubljana. Comfortable bed.

Communication before arriving was slow and incomplete. No hot water in the bathroom. No keys. Poorly equiped kitchen. Very little privacy. Nosy owner who gives orders.

Comfortable apartment with safe and free parking

The unit has a great location, in a quiet street, within walking distance from the city center. The space is comfortable and functional. The kitchen and dining room are great, the equipment is very well. We are very satisfied.

We had minor problems with water leaking in the bathroom. The instructions for connecting to the wifi in the apartment were wrong and it took us a lot of time and nerves to solve that.

Nice and cosy apartment for very independant traveller

Apartment is new, nicely decorated, well located - walking distance to the city center. The parking is arranged at the house across the street - make sure to read the instructions well :)

I like to have a contact phone number with the hosts. This whole "instructions over a text message in booking" is not my style. I don't mind checking myself in and getting the key from the lock box, but not being able to call the hosts in the case you need them is a big minus for me. The room is also pretty small, since there is a double bed, a couch and a single bed in it. I would recommend to host to take the single bed out and use the couch for sleeping if 3 people want to rent the place, that way providing more space in the room in general.

Location was realny nice - close to the old town,. Unfortunately next to busy road.

First of all, the check in process was problematic. There was nobody on sight, and the instructions that have been provided for us ware misleading. The apartment itself had nice furniture, but the space could used some renovation. The room was dirty and in need of deep cleaning. The sheets were clean, but everything else felt really dusty. The bathroom was not an exception. Another problem was ventilation, with was terrible. To get any fresh air in, with was a necessity because of the dust, we had to with fully open window. That impacted our privacy as the apartment is located on the ground floor. We didn’t like it and don’t recommend staying here.

So the apartment was okay, just like in the pictures, except for the bathroom, it was so dirty, and most of all full with mold... disgusting really... the rest of the apartment was cleaner, but not enough clean...
