Older home, but clean and well stocked. No A/C, but nights were cool. Windows in downstairs bedroom wouldn’t open, so had to use noisy fan on a table.

We had a nice time at this cabin! It was comfortable and as listed plus close enough to any amenity we wanted and the Rocky Mountain National Park (via car). We got to see an elk in the yard once during our stay as well. The only downside with our stay was the neighbor's dog. It was left outside every night and would bark throughout the night (between 10pm and 7am every day) - waking us up. As there isn't air conditioning sleeping with the windows open was necessary in June/July but it made the dog barking that much more impactful. The hosts did try to address this but there is only so much they can do with something like this that is outside of their control and sadly it wasn't successful. Regardless we appreciated them having us and their attempts to help with the barking.

Our entire trip was fantastic, and because this cabin, we had a great place for our vacation. Because of this location, we had plenty of options available to us in regards to comfort and convenience, and our hosts were very generous and incredibly helpful with tips/food/activities in the Estes Park area. You'll love staying here if you decide to visit Rocky Mountain National Park, and I would book it again if the opportunity came up!

Nice, comfortable house just a short drive to downtown Estes Park. We enjoyed the wildlife ( elk, and mule deer) we saw frequently in the neighborhood. We were a little disappointed the city of Estes Park does not allow renters burning of outdoor fireplaces but it didn’t hamper our stay. I would recommend this home while staying in Estes Park.

Property is better than it was listed online. This cute mountain house have lots of space to spread out. 2B/1B upstairs with dinning and living room on the main entrance. Down stairs, I would say that is an entire another house with so much space there, including 1B/1B, it have a very spacious and accommodating living area, laundry and kitchen area, etc. The deck is very large and it offers beautiful views to the mountains. In the deck, while sitting in the morning we got visited by fearless deers. House location is super convenient its 5 minutes drive from downtown Estes Park. We definitely would love to return.

When we arrived at the house, we realized the cleaning people had not yet been there (it was 4pm). We reached out to owners, who got the cleaners out there immediately. Although we were displaced for a couple of hours, we enjoyed just being at the house sitting on the deck. The house is adorable, and I really liked the two living areas separated by the kitchen. It gave us all the space we needed. The beds were super comfortable too. Our favorite was our first morning, making breakfast and having an 8-point buck come right up to the door to say hello (or maybe to ask for bacon). I would definitely stay here again, and if the owners ever decide to sell, I would buy this property!!

My adult children and I enjoyed hiking at Rocky Mountain National Park all day and coming back to this clean, comfortable, quiet home. The mountain view was lovely as were the elk and deer who came ro graze nearby. Some of us liked to stay up late, while others got up early. They way the house is arranged, we didn't keep each other awake. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking items. The deck is perfect for eating and relaxing outside.

The property is exactly as described. It’s a cozy space and the 3 of us had ample of space. The location is fantastic and was pretty central for both the trips to RMNP and Estes Park downtown (which is an adorable town). The property owners / managers were great to communicate with. Thank you for great visit and will definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Overall the place was great. Kinda of disappointed that there was no toilet paper, trash bags, and dish detergent. All things had to be bought on our own. But otherwise, pretty large place, with wonderful views, and the porch was outstanding.

This innovatively designed and deceptively large property was far more room than we needed for the party of five (5) that stayed. Excellent location in relation to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Incredible Wildlife viewing every night of our stay from deer outside our bedroom window, to a herd of at least 40-50 Elk that made their way through the front yard during a snowstorm, absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend this property for those wishing to stay close to Estes and want a relaxing retreat after a long day of hiking.

Excellent location and deck area. Parking good. Kitchen and upper bedrooms and lower bath are small but adequate. Plentiful wildlife within walking distance this time of year- We saw numerous elk, deer and wild Turkeys - some from our deck. overall it was a very nice trip

The house was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable. Kitchen was small with not much counter space but provided everything we needed for cooking.. convenient location to downtown Estes and the park entrance. . We enjoyed the deck and visits from the dog next door .

Perfect for our family

This location was perfect. Everything was clean and orderly. The hosts were very friendly and pleasant to talk to if needed. Has a huge deck where we spent all our home time on when we weren’t sleeping. Had a caribou walk up through the yard two mornings in a row while having coffee. That was the cherry on top. Would definitely rent here again in the future. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our basecamp. It was lovely.

This house is perfect for an extended stay for six people. Huge wraparound deck and second living room on lower level provide lots of additional room. Great location.

Was a very wonderful house with great amenities and not too far from downtown. Unfortunately there was some confusion about our arrival with the cleaning crew, sheets and towels were on the laundry room floor and not cleaned when we arrived. We went with the flow though and enjoyed are stay.

The trip we had to this property was amazing. The house was just as advertised. It had everything we needed and was very clean and cozy. Communication with the owners was prompt. They had a light issue in the kitchen and we were notified before our stay and a proper fix was made by the time we arrived. If you are looking for a great view, this house has it as the deck is a prime spot to relax and view the mountains and the wildlife. Wireless internet was fast and allowed for my other half to do some work from the home. I highly recommend this property.

The house and the owners greatly exceeded our expectations. Beds and couches very comfortable. Technology all worked well. owners very responsive to every question and made every effort to provide solutions to a few things that came up, outside of their control. At one point even got local power company out to take care of an issue. We liked the split level structure and while this was in a neighborhood, it felt secluded enough to seem like we were away from it all — while being just a few minutes drive away from town. RMNP entrances easily accessible. Bought plenty of firewood at Safeway and used it in wonderful outdoor fireplace. Awesome view of starry skies on clear nights. Nice sunrise and sunset vistas.
