Tolles Hotel

Wie in allen Hyatt Hotels, die wir auf unserer Reise besucht haben, war das Frühstück hier hervorragend. Omlett wurde frisch zubereitet und es stand eine Auswahl an frischem Obst zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer/Appartment war großzügig geschnitten mit einer Küchenzeile und Block, einem Sofa und einem Kingsize-Bett. Insgesamt war es sehr sauber im Hotel. Vor dem Hotel standen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung, auch die Tiefgarage konnte man kostenlos nutzen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Leider war der Verkehrslärm etwas laut

Staycation

Clean and a nice layout of the room. The couch in the room was big and comfy. We stayed on the 5th floor and enjoyed the view. Breakfast was great and staff kept replenishing items. They were extremely attentive. I think it's awesome that they are a LEED property.

They welcomed us warmly, and through out the stay, all the stuff were nice and well trained.

Really clean and spacious. Easy access from San Jose Airport.

It’s right by the freeway and I could here the traffic all the time. Also, that was the only view they have.

Great Value in Silicon Valley.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and free breakfast. The walls were well insulted and I didn’t hear too much noise from the hallway.

This hotel, by far, has some of the nicest, most welcoming and accommodating staff that we’ve ever experienced in our multiple stays in Cupertino. This was the first time any hotel ever accommodated my request for a room on the highest floor available (we usually don’t want to run the risk of having unruly upstairs neighbors as this happened to us at another hotel). Breakfast was delicious. We wish the breakfast hours could be extended. Hotel is conveniently located in a private area and is a short drive to many restaurants and stores in Cupertino. Shower comes with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel(body wash). Kitchen comes with a full size fridge, utensils, pots and pans, sink and electric stove. We loved the marble island that doubles as a dining area!

Needs windows. The room can feel stuffy after staying for a while. Cable channels are somewhat limited. TV can be improved if Netflix and YouTube apps were already embedded. We spotted just a few minor things that could use some maintenance or repair. Light fixture above sink was dangling, carpets look a little worn out, and shower drain clogged once but eventually started working well again.

Pleasant

The property was nice from the outside and the lobby was clean.

The breakfast selection was horrible, my heater in my room wouldn’t come on so that was a negative, and there was dishes in the sink in my room.

Great location and breakfast. Sadly a dog was barking that put a downer on the trip.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable. The BIGGEST problem was a dog was barking for hours in the room across from us. I called the front desk and they said they couldn't get a hold the owners.

Amazing and enjoyable, I will definitely return.

The pleasant atmosphere made me feel like I was at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to try out.

The elevators were hit and miss. One elevator would lock and require a key card tap before it would move, while the other didn’t require a key card.
