Gran localización

La ubicación es ideal. El apartamento tiene un balcón compartido con los otros dos apartamentos que mira a la estatua del cristo rei y al mar. A solo 10 min en coche o teleférico (30 min andando por la carretera) de la playa y bien conectado con Funchal por autobús. Cerca del aeropuerto y de bares y supermercados. La cama era cómoda y con cocina funcional. ¡Gracias por alojarnos!

A pesar de la localización y las vistas, el apartamento no estaba muy bien cuidado. La cortina de la puerta principal no subía y bajaba con facilidad y una de las sillas de plástico estaba rota. Por suerte había una tercera que pudimos usar puesto que solo éramos dos. También en la ducha faltaban 2 embellecedores, y el sifón no estaba bien fijado al plato. Diríamos que el apartamento fue funcional, puesto que estás pequeñas cosas no son grandes limitaciones, sin embargo se podrían arreglar fácilmente para ofrecer una estancia ideal.

Nice and comfortable studios, though not much privacy if there are other guests

Very comfortable studio, with all the appliances you might need, and some sunbeds in the front.

- You couldn't hang the shower on the wall, so you had to hold it in your hand; - If there are other guests, they walk past your studio door, which doesn't give a feeling of privacy; - Also, the curtain could only be let down when the door was closed, so no privacy when you had the door open, and you couldn't sleep with the door open.

Not for people sensitive to fragrances and allergy sufferers

The suite had a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped. The owners were very nice and did not make any problems in case of early cancellation.

Unfortunately the apartment has only one entrance (glazed door) and no window. At night, with the door to the apartment closed, it was very stuffy. No privacy - there are 3 apartments on one floor with a common terrace and you can see what is going on inside each apartment. The apartment smelled of damp and sewage. In the bathroom there was mold on the walls near the shower. We spent only one night in the apartment, we had to cancel the rest of our stay. I do not recommend it for people sensitive to unpleasant odors and allergies. P.S. Very steep stairs lead up to the apartment. Inconvenient for small children and the elderly.

disappointing mattress killed the relaxing holiday

perfect location and great views from the garden. it was extremely clean and tidy

studio too small and dark for a long stay (10days) no microwave, no toaster no toiletries and towels old and worn off terrible mattress, back was aching since the first day No windows, poor ventilation very steep and long staircases to get into the studio no allocated car park space

Really great view, but that's basically all what is great.

Could be quite noisy - you can hear neighbors talking or host having a party through the walls. Some nights there were strange slamming/knocking noises, maybe due to wind or rain. In the morning, neighbor's dogs are also not really calm. Smell from the sewer. Spent there 6 nights, no cleaning or linen change provided.

Great view from balcony with outside seating. Kitchen well equipped.

The room doesn't have a window, only main glass doors, so you need to have the door open to have some fresh air. When other guests are passing by, you have no privacy at all, as they can see straight to your bed. And you can't even close the shades when the doors are open.

Beautiful place, unfortunately bad experience with owner

House and location very nice! Stunning views. Beautiful snorkeling at the beach. I would give way better review, but the owner owed me money,(we had to book another booking for one night, because there were spontaneous construction) ignored me for 2 weeks until I reached to booking, who talked to the owner.

Owner owed me money (very little amount, because of spontaneous construction) and ignored my messages for a while until I talked to booking.I was so kind telling him a transaction would be fine, so he wouldn't have to drive all the way to where I was. It was a shame considering he seemed to be very wealthy (2 Porsches lol) and was ignoring me on purpose maybe trying not to pay me, idk...

Comfortable bed, nice view of the statue, quite calm..

First, there is NO SIGN on the house, so you dont know, that you are on the right place. Looks like private house. We had to call to host. When We arrived at 5 p.m our room was not ready. There was some people, they spoke only portugal. In the room stings of mold, and mold is also in the bathroom :( 2 days we had trouble with warm water. We were there for 7 days and we had to ask for everything (soap, towel) then they stopped responding us (?!?) so We had to buy toilet paper and etc…And at last.. count on you not having privacy, and outside are 2 table for 3 rooms, so you cant sit down whenever you want.

I would not stay here again.

The shared 'terrace' is only a corridor that connects 3 separate rooms. There is only one table and 2 small benches for all these 3 rooms and during our stay , although in the middle of the pandemic, there was a group of more than 10 teens having a party in this space. They were not guests in the studios. There is no privacy as the door is glass, if you need air you have to open the door as there are no windows. This is not a one bedroom apartment in any case. There are a lot of insects in the room (otherwise clean, but in the evening they come out of every corner). The pictures are real, but incredibly misleading.

Nice view from terrace.

Fully overrated. If the owner have to do bigger renovation works inside or around the apartments then should not rent them for that time. My opinion is, that would be fair to the costumers. Our apartment was freshly painted on the day of arrival. Strong smell of paint inside for two days. Lot of humidity inside. We had very disturbing and noisy works around the apartment. Lack of fresh air inside the apartment. No windows. Small ants and some kind of worms are coming inside the apartment from the grass in front. The apartments are located under the pool and upper terrace – noise from water pumps and noise if there is party on terrace. Parking is directly on the road. Nice terrace but you share it with other apartments. Dog barking (Six dogs at neighbour house). No wi-fi on last day.

Exceptional

I highly reccommand this accomodation. Nice, spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nicely furnished, we felt like at home. Fully equipped kitchen. Large balcony with a beautiful ocean view. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Just a little confusion with an address of the apartment, but after all everything worked out well. The location was perfect.

We liked Madeira, we will definitely be back.

Ants were a very big problem, they were in the bedroom, bathrooms and kitchen. no cosmetics, dirty balcony with damaged furniture. Large apartment, which gave comfort, unfortunately, opinions about the amazing location and false address of the object, over 1 hour. waiting for a host in a fake place that was supposed to be the address of the object in the booking was embarrassing.

I would definitely stay again at Infinito Azul!

Excellent hosts that took care of everything! The apartment was fully-equipped with everything you would need - even if you were to stay longer. I had an amazing stay and felt very comfortable. A supermarket and many very nice restaurants are at walking distance.

There is really nothing I could complain about. Just bear the steps in mind. It might be bothersome to those with restricted health conditions, disabilities etc.
