As you enter this home you will realize you have found your perfect majestic getaway! With the backyard views of the lush fairway of the top rated Troon Golf Club of Estrella. This home has stunning mountain views from every possible direction.
This is a upscale home with an private elegant resort style back yard. Enjoy swimming year long in the inviting heated pool with a hot tub that over flows into the pool. The entire backyard has travertine pavers with an outdoor BBQ area. The BBQ is a huge stainless steel top of the line (Bull) gas grill. The BBQ island also seats 4. Pool can be heated to a constant 86 degrees all day long.
We also have a 30 foot by 5 foot wide awning and a pull down sun shade on the back patio! What a Great location this home has! This home is situated in a perfect location. It is only a 35 minute drive from (PHX) Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Spring training for the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Indians are only 10 minutes away! Perfect location for any sports fan! A short drive to watch the MLB Diamondbacks, NFL Arizona Cardinals, NHL Coyotes, NBA Phoenix Suns, NASCAR fans will love the short 10 minute drive to the Phoenix International Raceway. Amazing golf in your back yard! Some of the worlds best golf courses within a very short drive. Take in one of the MLB Cactus League games around the Phoenix Area also. Incredible Shopping and Dining options within a short drive. Also a perfect home base for all your day trips. We spent months looking for the perfect location for a vacation home. No where in the Phoenix area compared with Estrella Mountain Ranch. Your away from all the hustle and bustle from the city and it is incredible how quiet and peaceful it is at the home. If you enjoy stargazing than this is a perfect location for you. You will not believe how many stars pop out on a nice clear night! At night sit in the hot tub, turn out the lights and look up to the heavens! You will see plenty of shooting stars!
This house has the perfect layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with 10ft and 11 ft ceilings. You will look forward to a comfortable nights sleep on any of the Tempur Pedic mattresses. From the master you will love waking up to the mountain views and blue skies (almost) every morning. Master also has a huge walk in tile shower with rain head and wall shower head. Walk in closet is incredibly large.
The other 3 bedrooms consist of two queen bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One of the queen bedrooms is a guest suite that has it's own private bathroom with tile shower. The master and two queens all have wall mounted tv's with direct tv.
The kitchen is pretty incredible and very gourmet with every thing you need to prepare an incredible feast. Has all stainless steel top end ge appliances with gas cooktop.
House is very allergy free! Have Tempur Pedic Mattresses, Just installed a UV light on the Furnace/HVAC system that kills 99.9 percent of any allergens. No pets have ever been inside the house.
We have high speed internet wifi and cable.
The entire area is set up for outdoor activities. You will not find a better place to walk, run, hike, bike, golf or just relax. The community was set up with scenic walking, biking paths and miles of hiking trails with beautiful views.
For Larger groups needing more than 4 bedrooms, We can coordinate with the owner of a comparable luxury home a few houses up to accommodate your group.
There is a fee to heat the pool and spa.

This house is perfect! The host was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond.
We traveled with three elderly people and our two adult sons. There are a lot of logistics I need to cover when we travel together and this house had everything we needed. We had a wonderful weekend and graduation celebration.

WOW! Fantastic place, especially Love the hot tub and heated pool after a 7 mile hike in Sedona.
Fully stocked, think-of-everything kitchen. we were impressed had a potato masher which we used.
Tom and Heather were very helpful and accommodating, checking on us to see if we needed anything and also instructed us on the nearest Pickleball place.
Highly recommend this spacious comfortable quiet peaceful relaxing home.
Will return for my brother’s next child’s wedding

This house was beautiful, clean and decorated adorably. It had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were perfect and used daily. The location was convenient to area attractions, very walkable with grocery stores nearby. The owners checked in with us several times during our stay. We will definitely book this house again in the future.

What a great stay! The house is gorgeous and comfortable. Communication from the owner was nothing but outstanding. With its awesome pool, amazing kitchen, and multiple entertainment spaces, the house became the linchpin to an exceptional family reunion. Highly recommend staying here!

The house is up to date, clean, beds are comfortable and the house is cozy.
My kids had a blast swimming in the pool all day. We rode the bikes provided throughout the neighborhood.
I definitely recommend this home for a nice relaxing getaway.

Living room furniture was very comfortable,not that we spent anytime on it.
Outdoor covered area and furniture was a very popular spot.
Loved the pool and hot tub and barbecue area.
If I was looking to stay in this area again I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house in a new subdivision of Goodyear. Owners were in touch frequently to make sure everything was fine. House was very well equipped with everything you’d need. Beautiful pool and hot tub overlooking the golf course in a gated community.

Property was easy to find. Access to house was easy and owner was on phone with us to do a walk-a-round. (we called them because we arrived early to see if Ok to go in). Tom and Heather are very attentive and easy to work with if anything is needed. Accommodations were great, glad we had the heat turned on for the hot tub and pool. Kitchen is great and large everything you need is there if you want to cook. Bedrooms were large and all but one had TV's. Good channel selection. House has some dead spots with wifi, so an extender may help that issue. Becareful of the hot tub light, it gets very hot. Overall, this was a 5 Star rental, loved the location and would rent this place again when back in AZ.

The home was luxurious and met every need and more! Perfect home for a family, golfing buddies, three couples, and basically anyone who wants to have a good time. The home is in a gated quiet family neighborhood so young people wanting to party would not find this a desirable location. The location was a little far from the things we wanted to do but that would be the only small complaint. The homeowners are amazing, very attentive and personable. I would love to go back and stay again.

The house felt very comfortable and spacious. The backyard feels very private (the two neighboring houses are just 1 story, nobody looking down on you). You hear the golfers going by, but hardly see them as there are bushes in between the house and the fairway. We found the temperature ideal for being by the pool and hot tub in late November. Owner is very friendly, helpful and easy to reach.

The hosts provided all information needed several days before our arrival. Any questions we had were answered right away. They could not have been better hosts. The house was set up beautifully...pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and would enjoy going back.

This house was everything we wanted and more. The property was clean, easy check-in and check-out and the communication with Tom was quick.
The kitchen is very well stocked and has every appliance you could imagine.
The four bedrooms and three bathrooms worked out great for our group of 4 ladies.
There were plenty of pool floats for all of us as we spent a lot of time in the pool just relaxing.

Second Stay
This was are second stay and it was great, five star. The house location and pool were perfect. We did have problem with refrigerator but the owner took care the problem in a timely manor and compensated us for the inconvenience (thanks again Tom). Highly recommend this house. We will be back there again.

The central living room and kitchen were great for getting together in the evening. The beds were comfortable. The pool are outstanding, and nicely heated for the cooler days. The owners were in constant communication with us, and genuinely cared about us enjoying our stay in their home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was nice to have a grocery store very close.

Fabulous Relaxing vacation
Great place to relax. Pool, hot tub, and patio were perfect for morning to night enjoyment. We were on the patio every morning for coffee and planning the day, and spent almost every evening in the pool or hot tub stargazing. Tom was wonderful to work with, even called me on our first day to make sure we got in ok and had no issues. The house was clean, and had of everything we needed for a fabulous vacation! Will definitely go back to this awesome house.

My family stayed here for 10 days escaping the cold rainy season in Washington. This is one of my favorite vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Estrella is a beautiful community. The house was great. My husband and I really liked the master suite. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool. Everything was great!

Favorite part of the trip was this house!
We did a road trip of Arizona and Utah and ended at this home for a 3 nights. My kids (3 ages 7-13) loved this house for many reasons; they were able to spread out, relax in own area, swim all day long, and relax at a spring training game nearby. The pool/hot tub combo is a must for the kids in case it’s chilly one day. Wouldn’t change a thing and will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful and very clean home in a wonderful location! Lots of paths to walk, friendly neighborhood, gorgeous home with absolutely everything you could need, and perfect yard with awesome hot tub, heated pool, grill and seating!! All of the rooms are spacious with TVs, and the kitchen/dining area also had room for the whole family. Tom was extremely nice, and this home is at the top of our list!!

We really enjoyed our time as a family here. The neighborhood and home were amazingly clean and beautiful with excellent amenities. The location is well-suited for visiting a number of popular spots as well as for day trips to nearby attractions.

This is a beautiful and very clean home in a wonderful location! Lots of paths to walk, friendly neighborhood, gorgeous home with absolutely everything you could need, and perfect yard with awesome hot tub, heated pool, grill and seating!! All of the rooms are spacious with TVs, and the kitchen/dining area also had room for the whole family. Tom was extremely nice, and this home is at the top of our list!!

Great house in an excellent location. Not many restaurants close but the kitchen & grill were easy to use for meals in. Comfy beds. The hot tub was nice. Pool could have been a little warmer.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean, well maintained, and the owners have it well stocked for guests, including extra towels, linens, and many other amenities. The mattresses were so comfortable and we had plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 adult children). We really enjoyed evenings outside in the pool and hot tub. Very pretty view. Tom and Heather were very responsive with any questions and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. The little community of Estrella is really convenient (groceries and coffee) and we enjoyed walking around the lake. We chose this location because of Spring Training, and though we didn’t get to go to games because of the block, we still loved our stay and look forward to coming back again!
