Billed as Romance in the Ravine – this chalet is popular year-round, with honeymooners and with those of us who love nature. Take in the stunning-and-still hemlock ravine views from the deck lounge chairs, the hot tub, your screened outdoor dining, or from the vaulted, glass-walled living area with stone fireplace. The loft bedroom features a king-sized bed with a luxurious, relaxing sauna on the same floor! . Full kitchen (full-sized range, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker (some coffee provided), cookware, tableware), gas fireplace, hi-def satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, and charcoal grill. INCLUDED All of the Chalets include: a scenic setting; outdoor hot-tub; fireplace and grill; kitchen with cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils and tableware; satellite tv with dvd player; bed, bath and kitchen linens with Bath & Body Works soap and a supply of dish soap; toilet paper; access to the guest pool; central air conditioning and heat. SITE The Ravine – Hocking Hills is located off of State Route 664, on the Chalets’ 120-acre campus – just up the hill from the guest pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) and Chalets’ front desk. We really enjoyed The Ravine cabin! It was very clean and well cared for. We loved the hot tub and sitting on the deck. The location couldn’t have been any better…close to Old Man’s Cave, Ash Cave and Cedar Falls. We will definitely be back’

It was exactly as advertised and then some! There is a very close and convenient store with everything you might have forgotten, and having the feeling of privacy in the woods in the hot tub was amazing. Enjoyed our stay so much!

The Ravine property is perfectly and privately situated among tall, majestic trees. The decks and two screened porches (one on each floor) offer private access to the outside. The living and sleeping areas are comfortable and cozy. The hot tub and sauna are well cared for and in perfect running order. If you like to cook I suggest you take your own knives, a baking sheet and a large saute or frying pan (they have 2 small saute pans). If you need a garlic press or lemon zester or any kitchen supplies other than mixing spoons or spatula - take those too. My husband and I had a wonderful, quiet break, we enjoyed hiking in the area - many outstanding hikes are a short drive.

We have stayed once before and liked it so much we came back. Very secluded in all seasons because it is surrounded by large pine tress. Easy to get to and out of. It has a sauna which worked very efficiently on a 23 degree day

This property was perfect and just as described. We spent a lot of time in the evenings enjoying the hot tub and playing cards on the screened in porch. We never used the sauna but it looked inviting. Plenty of towels and even nice robes to use. There are some fun adult games in the closet but don’t forget some of these items: lighter, charcoal for grill, paper towel, aluminum foil, cards Etc. the cabin had plenty of the basics; pans, bowls etc for cooking. When you come in the main drive the Ravine is not on the sign but take the road to the right and you can’t miss it! Great private little place, close to several of the main hiking spots and a convenient store not far away for the items you forget. Would highly recommend staying here :)

The property was exactly like the pictures on line! Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Close to many hiking areas, too! The front desk staff were extremely helpful and very nice. I know we will be back, and would like to try a different place, but liked the Ravine so much, we may just stay there again!!!!

My husband and I loved staying at the Ravine. It was the perfect size for the two of us and had everything we wanted. The location was beautiful with all of the hemlocks around us. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and sauna. We loved sitting on the covered porch ,enjoying cocktails or morning coffee.The Hocking Hills area is just gorgeous ,we loved walking around Ash Cave, Conkle’s hollow and old man cave. It’s just gorgeous down here!
