My cancellation policy is as follows:
I will provide a full refund assuming you provide me with at least 30 days notice prior to your arrival date. Refunds for cancellations within 30 days notice will be provided if I re-book the suite at the same rate and duration of the stay. Please consider travel insurance which includes COVID and hurricane cancellation as there are no refunds for those events
Keywords: Junior Suite located in the Sorrento Tower, elegantly furnished with 660 square feet, with 2 queen beds, convenient sitting area with desk and double sofa bed, 45 inch high definition TV, iHome radio and Kitchenette with mini refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Marble and Granite bathroom with oversized jet whirlpool tub and separate glass enclosed shower and TV in bathroom.

110 square foot balcony overlooking Fontainebleau owners pool and ocean. No Smoking. Glass-enclosed state of the art gym, 40,000 square foot two-level Lapis Spa with world famous treatments. On-site several beautiful restaurants: Steakhouse, 24 hour high end dining, poolside cafe, coffee shop, live nightclub, Blade Sushi Bar and Ultra-Lounge. Multiple pools, beach with chairs and umbrella, designer clothing boutique, spa shop, smoke shop and pool shop.

In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request.
Cleaning will be $155 for departure cleaning and at your option $80 per interim cleaning. Payments made via credit card or vrbo will incur a 4% fee. There is a one time fee imposed by the hotel at checkout of $18.84.

We have stayed at the Fontainbleau many times but this was the first time staying in an condo on the back side of Sorrento tower. We loved it. Still a great view of the ocean, spacious room, and with all the perks of the Fontainbleau, but without the cost of staying on the main side of the tower. We will definately stay here again.

My best friend and I thought this place was perfect for our girls trip! General Review/Notes: Initial arrival/parking was confusing and we ended up parking at the general resort parking but the valet worker at the residence entrance was super in helping us correct that later. The spa passes were such a great perk. Make sure the two guests who will be using the passes are registered on the reservation. Once both are registered using the spa facilities is super easy and we definitely recommend checking them out. Christopher was also super responsive to all my questions and very helpful. The room: perfect for what we needed and exactly as pictured. The view of the ocean was great and generally the tower itself was quiet. Included toiletries and plates/bowls/silverware/etc. The facilities: absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so friendly! The pool area was so nice and we spent 2 days there. The beach service was great as well and we spent a day there. We ate at a few places on-site which were delicious and service was great! Can't recommend this place enough and I'll definitely be booking with Christopher again if I make my way back to Miami!

We had a wonderful stay. Property exactly as described. Great view overlooking 5th floor pool and ocean. Quiet. Clean. Spacious. More than enough room for our group of 4 friends. Many amenities. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to get to the spa. We did use the bikes and biked the boardwalk in its entirety, which was a leisurely ride just under 15 miles in total. Lots of great restaurant choices on property. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the renter or the room is check in. We checked in and our tower had no person at the desk so we were directed to another tower. She was less than accommodating. Checked us in. Offered no instruction re: property. Just handed us a map. We asked about bracelets and key cards for property use. She gave us 4 keys that did not work once out on boardwalk/beach. The property manager was very responsive when I texted him. Once we went to the owners floor in the Tresór Tower we were able to get a bit more assistance. We were able to get to the room early (2 hours). Don’t let the front desk issue deter you! I wish the Fountainebleau was able to meet up to its hype. We were there during the week and it was quiet, which was lovely but very difficult to find any help. Service providers in any capacity seemed hard to find. Sadly, that’s less a specific place and more the norm everywhere. The bell hops were very attentive, easy to find, and accommodating and helpful. Would definitely choose this option again!

The room was great and a really good price and deal for the Fontaine Bleau! Having the valet, resort fee and spa extras included made the experience that much better. The check in process was the only thing that wasn’t ideal as it was a bit confusing. More information would’ve been helpful since some of the staff seemed to be a bit confused about what was going on and didn’t provide a lot of information to us about our stay so it took awhile to figure it all out. We would definitely stay here again!

We decided to make a quick winter getaway and found this property available. Chris was incredibly quick to respond, and he assured me we were in good hands. The accommodation was clean and spacious. Located in one of the owners towers made you feel like you were close enough to all of the action, if you wanted it, but also afforded a separate and more private experience. If you are craving vitamin D, this is a fantastic option in Mid Miami Beach!

Check in was very easy. The overall property was amazing and met all of our needs. However, upon entering the room, we did notice the room was not cleaned properly. The carpet was not vacuumed and the bathroom floor was dirty. In addition, the remote did not work. I reached out to the owner who immediately sent house keeping up to clean the room and maintenance to fixed the remote. From this point on, our stay was amazing. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the balcony view overlooked a private pool. The spa vouchers were an added touch.

I'll preface this by saying I had never made reservations through any medium other than a hotel directly before this trip and I was a bit nervous about the process. All of that was put at ease immediately. Chris was communicative throughout the entire booking and check-in process. The property was absolutely perfect - exactly as described in the listing. The Fontainebleau is a fantastic resort and we were able to enjoy every bit of it during our time here. Highly recommend working with Chris through this property!

We had a great experience! There was one problem with the bathroom door closing that the owner had fixed promptly and the ice machine in the fridge didn’t work but I was in contact with the owner who lmk that the front desk would bring bags of ice. We had no other problems and enjoyed our stay. I would def recommend and stay again.
