About this house rental

Enjoy a beautiful waterfront townhouse with 3 levels and lovely views of Lake Keowee. Located in the upscale gated community of Stoneledge, just 12 miles from Clemson University and minutes away from Seneca it is the perfect location for a college game, family vacation, or weekend getaway retreat. Lake Keowee is regarded as one of the premiere lakes in SC surrounded by mountains and covering 18,500 acres with over 300 miles of shoreline.

Enjoy the amenities at Stoneledge with a pool, tennis court, club house, exercise room, and children's playground. There is a boat dock and walking trails within minutes of the town home. (Note: All boat slips are private and are not available for rental use. For boat or jet ski storage, there is a gated boat area on the property for your convenience as well as a dock available for day use within site of the town home. Boats cannot be left on the water overnight per Duke power and HOA regulations.) Grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, hospitals, churches and movies are conveniently located just minutes away. Many mountain towns such as the Highlands and Cashier's in NC are just a short drive away. Greenville, SC is a 50 minute drive. Crooked Creek RV Park is within a mile of Stoneledge and offers a boat launch, rental slips, gas, pizza, supplies, and ice cream. The Keowee Marina, Tiki Hut, and Lighthouse restaurant and cabana are a short boat ride or drive away.

This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath professionally decorated home can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. The home features granite, Corian and marble counter tops, high ceilings, WiFi throughout, LCD smart televisions, sound system, and walk in closets. The terrace level has a kitchen, dining room, family room, half bath, screened in porch and open porch with a new Weber gas grill. The master suite has a king size bed with a private bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub, separate walk in shower, and over sized vanity with double sinks. An additional bedroom with full bath are located on the 3rd floor adjacent to the master bedroom. All have picturesque views of Lake Keowee.

The lanai level features a full bed and bunk beds, Large LCD television, full bath, sound system, pool table, and washer and dryer room. There is a private sitting area to relax and enjoy the lake views. There is even a second gas grill convenient for grilling hot dogs etc for kids coming off the lake.

Parking is on the main level of the unit and is directly adjacent to the front door. You basically walk into the foyer, great room and kitchen area. Bedrooms are on the upper and lower floors. There is one marked space and also a single car garage next to the space that is available for your use. There is also one extra parking space available to use within the gate which makes this unit have 3 parking spots any additional vehicles will need to park in the gated secured parking/storage area across from the main gate.

As new owners, we have loved spending time at this private, quiet, and beautiful retreat!

Had a great family reunion with the kids and grandbaby. The home is our regular spot and is well equipped with paddleboards, kayaks and noodles. Very comfortable for all 8 of us and for my daughter and friend when they came for dinner. Looking forward to doing this again.

My husband and I rented came up to Lake Keowee for a quick relaxing getaway! The condo was awesome! It was overlooking the lake so we could sit on the screened porch and enjoy the view. The check in process was easy. The condo was beautifully decorated. It was in a quiet location. The beds were very comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need to make your stay more comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a great place to stay! I will definitely keep this one on our list!

A great holiday get away for us in one of our favorite locations. Host promptly responds to all inquiries. The home provides all the household items that you don't want to go out and buy on holiday - paper products, ziploc, and foil. We are gourmet cooks and the kitchen has everything you need. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lake townhouse! We love Lake Keowee and this was the perfect place to celebrate our son’s birthday. Everything was as described. The townhouse is comfortable and our son and his friend liked the “bachelor pad” on the lower level with the pool table and TV that got some pre season football games at night. We cooked breakfast and had a BBQ one night and had all the pans and tools needed. It was lovely to wake up and look out at the pretty views of the lake with the sun coming up! Beautiful community and the pool was great. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a relaxing stay visiting family in the area in this beautiful condo. We only had 1 or 2 issues which were taken care of right away. Perfect for our needs for a summer lake extended family vacation - very close to the lake and dock to walk and carry water "toys" (kayaks, paddleboards, innertubes, noodles) - all supplied at the property. Updated, comfortable, roomy condo/home with many amenities. Would definitely stay again!

You can stop looking for your place to stay in Lake Keowee, as this is the place you need to book. Beautiful townhouse with loads of space. Extras like paddle boards, kayaks, pool table make the stay exceptional. If you have a boat, like we did, you can store it right down the street at Crooked Creek RV Park and Marina. You can use the end space on the dock to dock your boat during the day (no overnight docking at the community for non-owners). We will certainly book again for our next stay at Lake Keowee.

Beautiful! Our only issue was actually MY fault. I should have noticed while booking that there is no bedroom on ground level. My husband has had stroke and does not do well with stairs. However he did fine and i will be more careful next time i pick a rental.

Love this place!

Everything was great, the only thing I had a problem w was some things looked like they haven’t been touched/cleaned in a long time. We also didn’t have towels and wash clothes in some bathrooms but we later found them in the dryer. We still loved everything about our stay and would def recommend.
