Very good

You can’t beat home made welcome muffins! Breakfast was generous. Great kitchen, super cosy bed. Outlook from bedroom and living room was relaxing and pretty. Beautiful grounds.

The heating wasn’t strong enough. I think in depths of winter it would not get cosy warm.

Quiet location with amazing breakfast

Private, not adjoining any other buildings. Verandas overlooks fields for miles with horses in the nearby paddocks. The hosts went above and beyond with breakfast. Lasted for three days, and there were muffins :)

Fantastic rural setting which was nice and peaceful. Hosts were very welcoming.

Loved the outlook over the paddocks with the horses. Very quiet and peaceful. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast pack and muffins were great. We were here for a family wedding ; would like to come back some day and explore more of the area , as this trip proved a little time poor with the wedding.

Lovely property - highly recommended.

Quiet, peaceful location. Very clean, well-equipped unit - private and separate from the main house. Breakfast supplies in abundance. Home cooked muffins. Welcoming host - great communication. Within a short drive to most Southern Highlands attractions.

A very comfortable, relaxing, cute cottage, which makes you forget about the stresses of the city.

it was very comfortable, relaxing and quiet. I loved looking out onto the paddocks and seeing the horses. The cottage itself was homely and great to just sit and listen to the sounds of nature. There was plenty of natural sunlight and the breakfast was great. The hosts were very sweet.

the property was great, nothing I can complain about. There were issues with very little phone reception but I felt this was a blessing in disguise as I could just get away from thoughts of the city.

A great stay if you want to get away from suburbia for awhile.

The seclusion of the property was just lovely and had a superb outlook over the surrounding area. A lot of attention has gone into this accommodation, just wish we could have stayed longer.

A tranquil country escape

Great location - felt like miles away from anywhere but actually quite close to everything we needed. Breakfast provisions were lovely and the fresh muffins were an added bonus.

Nothing to do with with the property but I was surprised at the amount of low level road noise. However, it quickly faded to background noise.

Beautiful cottage. Lovely porch to watch the horses and wonderful scenery. Cottage has everything you need and is private. Muffins eggs bacon strawberries cereal bread and coffee milk etc all supplied for breakfast and snacks. Owner helped us with a pin for dress to attend a wedding.

Well worth the stay beautiful quiet area. A true holiday in beautiful surroundings

The hamper was very generous. The home-made muffins gave a personal touch and were delicious. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. The TV and DVD player we are good. A separate bedroom was fantastic. The bathroom was superb

Being seniors, we would have been more comfortable with two armchairs rather than the Settee which was difficult to sit in without hurting our backs and difficult to get up out of as it was low. Even two high back armchairs would’ve suited us.

Everything. Couldn't have found better accomodation anywhere. Hosts were friendly & helpful. Also enjoyed being back on a farm.

Teaspoons were too short for the cups. No laundry facilities.
