Volgende keer toch een hotel

Metro was op 10 min afstand en eigen prive parkeerplaats

Slaapbank was niet ideaal. Het zag er niet schoon uit. En we hadden helaas geen internet (er was een technisch probleem, werd er gezegd).

Ok if you're not planning to spend a lot of time in it

Comfortable beds, good shower, easy property access, good information from property and parking! There's a great assortment of restaurants close by.

The apartment is in need of a good deep cleaning, painting walls, general dusting and upgrading of some furniture would make it a much more pleasant stay.

I would definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect for the stadium. Really comfortable apartment with a nice balcony. Friendly and helpful owner. Clean apartment.

Lication is good. 10min to metro.

It's dirty!!! Couch is uncomfortable. Only 1,40m bed for 2 persons. Kitchen is very dirty and spartanly equipped. Wardrobes not usable due to junk. Old stuff in fridge and kitchen cupboard

Stay in Paris

This Appartment was spacious enough for 2 people. It felt very cozy and confortable. Powerful shower and large bath. Friendly staff and a lovely neighbour who welcomed us on our first day.

I would definitely stay there again

Cozy apartment located just 10 minutes away from the metro station. Good appliances for the kitchen, friendly and silent neighbourhood (in the building) and a very friendly host which was very flexible and kind.

Not so clean and the sofa-bed was not so comfortable.

Affordable stay for 4 adults.

Very close to public transport. The bus stop is 3 mins away and metro 10 mins. Still takes a good 30-40 mins to reach the center. The host is kind but a little difficult to reach and converse with in English. The apartment has a separate wc/toilet near the living room and the bathroom/shower is attached to the bedroom.

Some corners of the house could do with more cleaning and kitchen is also extremely small. We ate out mostly and did not attempt cooking. The wc lacks a washbasin and ventilation. It was difficult to use for 4 adults. The flooring in the entire house creaks a lot and is annoying during night times. The host requires a safety deposit of 420 euros on arrival which is returned on departure. But we did not notice this during the time of the booking and had a bit of challenge to arrange this when we arrived at 11 30 pm. But the host was kind enough to take a lesser deposit in our case. Sofa bed is not really comfortable for adults.

Nice appartment with a terrace - a little bit remote from the city centre

- good price/value ratio - full equipped flat - bus and metro station are close - safe house and surroundings - a lot of shops and cheap restaurants around

- quite small for 4 people - compromised cleanness (kitchen, bed linen) - out of the city centre (50+ minutes by public transport to Eifel Tower) - 400 EUR cash (!) deposit for damage

Very good

The place is relatively big for Paris, it has a nice indoor terrace. The beds were comfortable and is a very quiet building, allowing for good rest. It has easy access to the subway that takes you to Paris in 30 mins. The parking spot is good and secure.

At night you can smell cigarette smoke coming from another unit but if you close the hallway door it blocks it a bit.

Would be more valued for money if better cleaned and mess organized in wardrobes.

Quite place, good connection with city centre, parking undegroumd, terace, grocery besides, have basic equipment.

Appartment needs a better cleaning and things organized especially in wardrobes. Dining table is too big for the room.

great location for paris visit !

underground parking - very convenient, very good location - easy to get into paris with metro, good size apartment, safe location, shops and restaurant nearby. Owner came to the apartment to show us around.

had to pay 420€ in cash for guarantee, it does say so on booking.com website but I did not see it, so had to go out late at night to hunt for A LOT of cash, and hence was left at the end of the weekend with a lot of cash...All was fair and money was returned with no problem at all, but is big inconvenience. Underground parking lot was very convenient but very small, I had trouble with my big car to get in and out
