Seven adults in our family and one baby spent a week at York Beach. The home was lovely and we could walk right across the street to the beach. Early morning walks on the beach were wonderful with two coffee shops on the way! The home had chairs and beach toys available. The primary bedroom and bath were exceptional with a little balcony to sit on to watch the waves coming in. The kitchen/living area was beautiful as was the deck with eating area. The only suggestions we would have are an updated grill and more silverware and wineglasses. We had to wash dishes and glasses after every meal with our party of 8. Lovely area, lovely home.

This is the second time my friends and I have stayed in this beautiful home. The location is perfect and the kitchen, living room and deck are wonderful places to hang out and relax. The shower door in the downstairs bathroom is broken and needs to be replaced. And the full bed really needs a new mattress and it would be nice to have a Queen in that room. Overall we had a great stay!

The house was absolutely gorgeous as was the location. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness....rug under table had shredded cheese on it, hair in showers and/or carpet in downstairs bedroom, and some food crumbs on floor of living room. Also, all 3 beds downstairs were not even made. Our sheets were still in the dryer.

This was fantastic property with plenty of space (bedrooms and living spaces) to accommodate a larger group. The house was well stocked with plenty of kitchenware, cookware, extra blankets and pillows, etc.. Great location with easy access to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the 10am check-out time was unreasonably early given that 11am-12pm is a more standard allowance at other properties. While late check-out was provided as an option, the extra-cost required to do so was a put-off, particularly given the cost we already paid to stay. My recommendation would be to reconsider the allowed check-out time so as to not make future guests feel rushed to get out so early at the end of their vacation.

This home was very clean and very "homy". We have stayed in similar places in York Beach and they were very sterile and vacation industry basic. This place however was great.
You can walk to the lighthouse and on the beach quite easily.
There is a bathroom on each floor and multiple decks.
I like that is is not directly on route 1 but separated by one home distance from the road. It makes the home a bit quieter.
We had our Maine family over for dinner and there were enough plates and cookware.
We would stay here again for sure.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and trimmed out with all the necessities. Nearly every room has ocean views for a very relaxing time. I would note that the property is tight between other houses, but the comfort level inside is a 10. Lots of room and could easily fit 2 families comfortably.

We were blown away at the quality of this oceanfront beach house. The water is across the street much many rooms enjoy a nice view and the space itself is very conducive for both togetherness or some peace and quiet if needed. Would certainly stay here again!

Couldn't have asked for a better house. Location was perfect and walking distance of everything. The view from the porch was gorgeous. House was beautifully designed and updated and plenty of room to spread out on every floor. We definitely want to come back.

The property was very clean, comfortable and had just about everything you need to make your stay special. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Loved the gorgeous beach across the street and the great views. Our only minus was our lack of knowledge to figure out how to operate the TVs. And all the deck furniture for the lower deck was gone. Would have loved to sit out there. I’d rent this house again.

Our family had a great week in this home. It is spacious and well laid out, it had everything you needed. Prime location at the end of Long sands, just walked across the street and spent time at the beach.

Beautiful home in ideal location
We stayed for a winter wedding weekend. 3 couples stated, and each of us had our own private space. The living are was open concept and perfect for hanging out. The view was a stunning and windows all looked out over the beachfront. We went for a brisk walk on the seawall Saturday morning and ate a delicious lunch at Lobster Cove. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect!

Perfect place to relax!
Walked across the street each morning and watched the sunrise! It was perfect! The house has everything you would need- stereo system linked to every floor- even the bathroom! Great beds, plenty of bathrooms for 8 of us and an open kitchen concept with wet bar and fireplace with sliders to a walk out balcony overlooking the ocean!! It was truly amazing!

Beautiful home
We recently stayed at the property with dear friends. Had so many laughs. Grocery store is close by and many wonderful restaurants within walking/driving distance. I wish the house had more deck furniture so that we could all sit outside - upper deck had no furniture for sitting out. Beautiful home and would certainly recommend to others.

Perfect place for a girlfriends getaway
We stayed at the property for a few days for my friends bachelorette. The house was very clean, well maintained and perfect for a bigger group with space for everyone. The multi-level home provides plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen, dining and living area on the main level are perfect for gathering and being able to all socialize.
The location is perfect for some quiet beach time and awesome views. The drive to Short Sands and local shops was very quick and there were many great places to see and plenty to do. York is a beautiful town. We are hoping to make this a yearly tradition.

Phenomenal experience staying at this property. House was very clean and well kept. Plenty of space on main floor for dining/drinking/hanging with friends/family. Prime location directly across from beach.
Getting entertainment system up and running to its fullest capabilities (music/surround sound for TV) was a challenge I never figured out but all things considered this property checked all of our boxes. I’d recommend.

Wonderful place location is excellent
We love the closeness to the beech and the spaciousness of the living areas perfect for the six of us. Didn’t like the cleanliness it was very lacking and so different from last year. Not the owners fault but food on the floor, dirty dishes I. Dishwasher, and the smell of fabreeze is not worth more than $1k per night.

Great house and location!
This is a very large house right across the street from the beach! There were 3 floors and plenty of room for 8 of us. The master bedroom had a super comfortable bed and enormous bathroom. It was very easy to check-in and the property was very clean. There was enough paper goods and cleaning supplies to last the weekend. Highly recommend!

Lovely home and location.
This was our 2nd visit at this beautiful home. We noticed some changes since our 1st visit - some good and some not so much. A positive is we noticed they now offer beach towels, which is so very helpful. A negative is there were some minor cleaning and amenity issues. I want to thank the local Vacasa agent who was of considerable assistance in their resolution. It would be helpful if the full-size bed in the 4th bedroom were upgraded to a queen bed instead. There's plenty of space for a queen size bed and since the prices are notably increasing, offering this upgrade would make the home remarkably more appealing. Overall, we stayed in a lovely and comfortable home where we had a fun family vacation in beautiful York Beach. Life is good.

Description of house was spot on....beautiful, spacious, and comfortable with breathtaking views!! We were able to travel from PA to attend our sons wedding at the York Harbor Inn and had a great place to come back to in between all festivities. We have stayed in other homes through the years, but this house came full of supplies that were needed, just like a true home! This was the best VRBO we have been to and will definitely be back!!

This place makes you feel “At Ease”!
Great location, layout and very clean. We attended a family wedding. The multiple level living was great for privacy. The common area was perfect for cooking, dining or watching all while looking out at the beautiful beach. Walk to just about everything. We didn’t want to leave.
