Paradise awaits you in this spectacular 2150 square feet beachfront penthouse condominium. Our living room has over 45 feet of wide open ocean viewing. The Master bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed. Maximum Occupancy is 6 guests total. There are two couches which can accommodate a small child or two. We have a Laundry room off of one of the bathrooms with a Washing Machine and Dryer. Newly Remodeled Fully equipped Kitchen in 2019. There is a large TV with cable in the kitchen / eating area. Each bedroom has air conditioning and cable TV.

We had a nice stay and check-in was easy. Security even assisted with helping with our bags. Doors opened to a view of the beach and waves. AC in bedrooms. Enough space for more than just the 3 of us. We had everything we needed to cook meals. We didn't even have time to enjoy the top roof terrace that is private. Pools were a little on the warm side and not cooled, but we did other excursions that we didn't mind. Beware there is a $10/day parking that we were not aware about and was not listed in the vrbo listing. Owner had it refunded and took care of it promptly.

The property is spectacular. Walls of windows with plants is give privacy. The upstairs veranda was perfect for viewing and listening to the surf. The two outdoor showers off of the master suite offered complete primary with the six foot torch blooms.

Beautiful property. Beyond spacious living/dining area. Well-appointed kitchen. Microwave was broken but a temporary replacement was delivered within hours of reporting it. Very responsive management. Temps were very high on day 3 and we retreated to the air-conditioned bedroom. Parking is across a narrow street, but not a bad walk from the car to the door. Right on the beach with a gorgeous view just as promised. Easy drive to all the action in Jaco. One restaurant on the beach was a two minute walk.

Absolute perfection in paradise!
I cannot say enough about this property! This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we hope to be back again. The owner is wonderful and responds quickly to any questions and makes sure you have all of the information needed. The spacious penthouse has 2 bedrooms and plenty of living space to spread out. The views from the living space are second to none- with a panoramic view of the ocean and beach in Jaco. The sunsets from the private rooftop are incredible. The location is perfect to explore downtown Jaco, supermarkets, adventure outings (ATV tours, ziplining, etc) and there is a surf school (Tortuga Surf Camp) steps away from the condo! The pools and grounds of this property are pristine and create another layer of perfection to this rental. I don't think you will find another place as perfect as this in all of Jaco! We can't wait to go back!

HUGE PENTHOUSE SUITE WITH UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS IN PLAYA BLANCA PROPERTY
This is a HUGE condo with 45 feet of doors and windows that can open to overlook pool and ocean located in upscale Playa Blanca on south end of Jaco Beach. Large updated kitchen, with table that seats 8, several seating areas and chairs to relax in. Spiral staircase to roof top patio with 2 additional lounge chairs and large table. Master bedroom has king bed, 2nd bedroom has queen and single bed. Bathrooms are not connected to the bedrooms, but are located on the other side of the condo. Main bathroom has oversized shower, double sink with adjoining laundry, with adjacent half bath. Bedrooms are air conditioned, but the main space is not. However, this allows you to keep all the doors open to enjoy the fresh air and breathtaking views. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of books to exchange with previous or future guests. Condo complex has 24 hour security, 4 pools, private bar-b-que and is exceptionally maintained. As it is on the south end of Jaco, it is quiet, safe & peaceful... and yet just a short drive or walk to get to the shops, restaurants and activity of the town. Hope to be able to return again. Highly Recommended!

A real gem!
This condo is absolutely amazing! We were impressed by its size, location and its cleanliness. And that view... WOW! There are no words to describe it.
We were a party of six (including two young children) and it had plenty of room for us all. Sleeping with the glass doors open listening to the waves crashing made us feel like we were sleeping on the beach! Loved it! We also had a few dinners on the roof top terrace and I must say that these are moments I'll never forget. It was so unique and mesmerizing.
The condo and the complex itself are so meticulously maintained. The pools are very clean. The beach which is just a few steps away is beautiful and fun. We really enjoyed swimming there while watching the gorgeous sunset. Many restaurants and shops only a few minutes walk away.
Everyone who assisted us from the booking process to our checkout, the owner, the shuttle driver, the concierge, the security guards, they were all simply fantastic and so accommodating.
We would go back in a heartbeat! Costa Rica is a beautiful country and this penthouse condo is truly one of a kind. Thank you again Bruce for sharing your wonderful place with us. ❤

Fanastic apartment on Jaco Beach
This was our fifth stay in this apartment. Each time has been great and we couldn't imagine it getting better. But we were wrong. The kitchen has been totally remodeled and the guest room has a new bed. The view cannot be beat and to top it off we watched the lunar eclipse from the private rooftop deck.
Of course we will be back. Thanks for another memorable time.

Absolutely stunning penthouse on an amazing beach!!
We just returned from a week at La Paloma Blanca in Jaco and this property is everything they say and more! The pictures do not do it justice. The condo is immaculate and the view is amazing. Watching the sunset every night enjoying a glass of wine was the best! Waking up each morning to hear the surf was how we started each day! Daily walks on the beach, playing in the waves, enjoying the sun and the amazing people...what more could you ask for. The condo is walking distance to Jaco where you can get anything you need/want. There is a grocery store right in town for essentials and more restaurants than you could ever visit. Taxi transportation was great, but make sure you use the state taxis...the are all red with a yellow triangle on the vehicle...these are the "legal" taxis and much safer....also there was never a moment that we did not feel safe wherever we went. Overall, the best "empty next" vacation EVER...hoping to go back soon...thanks Bruce for sharing your amazing penthouse!

Beautiful rental with stunning views!
My family and I had the most relaxing, beautiful vacation at this rental. The owner Bruce, was great to work with and we are so happy we chose this property. The stunning views from the penthouse are beyond description and the bonus of the roof top deck was amazing! The pools in the complex are clean and inviting, grounds are well manicured and there is 24 hour, friendly security on site. The beach is just steps away and we loved going in the ocean and also watching all the surfers. The sunset here is unlike any other. We walked to the stores and restaurants in Jaco or grabbed a cab for about $2! Grocery store close by made it easy to prepare meals in the well equipped kitchen. We would 100% recommend this property and plan to stay again soon!

Beautiful!
From booking this wonderful penthouse to being driven back to the airport...everything could not have run smoother. Everyone we came in contact with (the owner, day star management, our shuttle drivers, the security guards, concierge service, etc) was helpful & friendly. The amenities are plentiful, & we could not get over our spectacular view & sunsets. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

A little bit of paradise
Another wonderful vacation in Jaco, with truly special accommodations. This spacious open concept condo features a beautiful view, open air living (on demand!), a great kitchen and outstanding rooftop area.
We enjoyed beautiful weather, and found that we did not need to use air conditioning at all. Fans were more than adequate in moving the air during the day, and the breeze from the ocean was sufficient to keep condo cool at night..... once we got over the climate shock of -30 degrees C to +30 degrees!
The condo is well appointed with comfortable furniture, a large table that seats eight and great appliances and linens. Large bathroom with shower (not en suite) and second half bathroom worked fine for me and two girlfriends for a week....and even better for my husband and I for our last two weeks.
Hosts were very receptive to any request....great overall choice for a vacation!

This is the fourth time we stayed at this property on the beach in Jaco. And as always it was great (see my review from 2013). Thanks to Bruce, the owner, for having us back to his amazing beach front property featuring fantastic sunsets every night. Thanks to Daystar, the manager of the unit for prompt responses to our questions. Thanks to the friendly staff at La Paloma Blanca for making our stay comfortable and entirely trouble free. Spectacular!
We have stayed many beautiful places but this one has topped them all. From the second we walked through the door everything was perfect. The views are unbeatable, the private rooftop was absolutely perfect to watch the sunset and enjoy beverages with friends. We were within walking distance to town and there were many great restaurants and shopping. We booked all of our tours with the management office and they all included pick up and drop off service which was great. We will definitely stay here again, our only regret is that we couldn’t say longer. Loved this condo!

Best Location In Jaco Beach
I just returned from Costa Rica last night, from 85 degree days to 20 degrees, ouch! I already miss Costa Rica and this penthouse. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. I took my family of 5 (3 adult kids) for Christmas. The penthouse was perfect! The 2100 sq ft was so spacious and was great when we all wanted our alone time to read books, or go up onto the roof to sunbathe or just kick back. The view over the ocean from the 45' wide porch was wonderful. We sat up on the roof deck most nights to watch the sunset then watch shooting stars after dark. This penthouse is the 'mac daddy' of the complex. There are 4 well maintained pools which were never crowded and were always clean. there were always on-site staff around to help you plan activities, general help, etc. There was always security guards there and who were extremely helpful in making sure things were under watch the whole time, although we never felt and sense of risk even outside the complex. The beach is a very short walk out to the front of the complex. It's also a short taxi ride or drive to downtown Jaco. We walked back and forth a few times as well. I cant say enough about the penthouse, it was well maintained and clean. It was so comfortable and gave the 5 of us so much space for our week long vacation. The owner has also been great to work with and very helpful giving us recommendations prior to our trip. I would highly recommend this location and we'll stay there again when we return to that beautiful part of the world. Pura Vida!

A slice of heaven!
This property exceeded our expectations! The entire complex is fantastic, with beautiful, clean swimming pools and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The penthouse facing the beach is huge and very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Thank goodness for the A/C in the bedrooms as it could get muggy at night. (A minor inconvenience in an otherwise wonderful stay.) Having a washer/dryer right in the unit was also very helpful. We had a great time and can't wait to return!

Amazing Family Vacation in Jaco Costa Rica -
What an amazing time we had spending (2) weeks in beautiful Jaco Costa Rica ( Feb/March 2017). One word describes the Penthouse A-3 at La Paloma Blanca - AMAZING - it is everything as advertised. From the momement you walk into the penthouse condo the view to the beach is awesome. Our (2) sons loved the beach - took surfing lessons - right in front of the condo, loved the pools, loved the free Wifi . The location was perfect 5-10 min walk to the downtown - and is situated on a very nice part of Jaco Beach. Very friendly environment - nice to have access to BBQ when you want. The condo had everything - full equipped - just arrive and relax. The staff were also very helpful. We want to go back and would re-book again at this location. Recap - have a family, want tons of funs , want a perfect spot, safe, super clean and an amazing time.

Beautiful
The pictures do not do this place justice! It is ALOT bigger than it looks. Perfect for our family of 3 (including our 3 year old son).We were back and forth from the pools to the ocean all day long. The ocean feels like warm bath water and the tides are perfect for small children. Amazing experience!

Once again in Paradise
January, 2017 was our third stay in this amazing property. As always it was wonderful: comfortable, well furnished, beautiful views, steps from the ocean and surrounded by swimming pools and great assistance. See my review from 2013 for more details. This time the property was managed on site by Lost Beach vacations management company. I would like to especially thank on site managers Guadalupe Solis and Cesar who helped resolute minor problems quickly and without any difficulties. We will definitely be returning here.

We had the great pleasure to stay in this wonderful beachfront penthouse for a week. What a fabulous experience! The condo was perfect. The entire living area has beautiful sliding doors that completely open up to let the ocean breeze and sounds of the ocean in which add to the ambiance. With the combination of multiple fans and the ocean breeze, it was very comfortable at all times. We spent many evenings sitting and relaxing in the multitude of seating options reading and enjoying the views.
The two bedrooms have air conditioning units that cool each room quite efficiently. The mattresses and bed linens were comfortable and clean. There are window treatments in each room for added privacy. Each room has plenty of storage and a nice TV.
The kitchen was extremely well equipped with high end dishes, glassware, and cooking pans. I loved the huge coffee mugs to enjoy famous Costa Rican coffee! The dishes were clean and the water pressure was completely fine.
The expansive, main bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower was awesome. The second bathroom was a plus. We were very appreciative of the washer and dryer - what an added benefit!
When we were not at the ocean, it was nice to have the option of four different pools from which to choose. Everyone we encountered while there was extremely nice and helpful. The owner was exceptionally helpful during our entire stay with suggestions and contact information. We recommend this unit very much.

No AC, no curtains, and no ventilation means really hot and uncomfortable in the unit with the exception of the 2 bedrooms. We couldn't wait to get out of this place. While there is ample room in the living room to hang out, we never wanted to stay in there since it was soo hot. Total bummer and really took away from having a great vacation. There is no dishwasher and the water pressure is so low, you can't even hand wash dishes in the sink. I don't even want to think how the previous renter washed the dishes on the shelf. Who wants to cook in a hot kitchen and then try to clean up? We went out to eat for every meal.
The owner advertises this place as a 2 bathroom but that's not true. It's only a 1 bath and a half bath. Bathrooms were so hot as well - we barely wanted to take a shower and brush our teeth. Seemed like all other units had 2 full baths, dishwashers, and AC. The linens and bed covering were low quality and were very old/worn. Crappy, old and very uncomfortable mattresses. Awful to lay on and didn’t get much sleep.
The balcony doors didn't lock, stay shut or open properly. The hinges were so old and worn out.
The bathrooms don't have AC either and only have small windows so there was no ventilation. Attached to the bathroom was a closet with washing machine. There was stagnant water moldy smell from the washing machine which prevented us from even using it. It was so pungent. Mold or something growing on various spots of the ceiling.
This is not a nice condo unit - I compared it to other units on same property and is really a step down. The owner says it's "exquisite" but it's not - it's on the low end of everything and old - old dirty furniture, cups/dishes/, etc. The property itself is nice and if I ever return to Jaco, I'd stay at a different unit. I recommend booking through the management company directly. I would not stay in this unit ever again and suggest for anyone to find an alternative place.
I also had another big issue with the owner – during holiday season, he requires “there is a 7 night minimum stay”. Even though I wasn’t’ going to be there the entire 7 nights, I agreed to pay. However, the owner had someone else say in the unit during one of my 7 nights that I paid for. That is not a good business practice and I don’t agree that just because I wasn’t physically there, that he could rent out the room to somebody else for that day. Shame.
If booked, cancel and go elsewhere.

We just loved this unit from the first moment. What a comfortable and cozy vibe. It was great having the AC in the bedrooms and the natural rhythm of the weather throughout the rest of the unit. I love a good nights sleep, especially away from my own bed. The linens, the pillows and the texture of the mattresses were impeccable. Just to my liking. Lush towels can make all the difference! There were many components to be impressed by but I would have to say the kitchen was my favorite. I'm a big cook and appreciate the correct tools to execute my beautiful meals. I was supplied with everything I needed to do so. Beauty and the comfort both inside and outside of this location made it a place that I would return to again and again. Thank you for making the space available for others to experience. Making the arrangements for the rental was a breeze and I believe it was worth every penny that we paid!!!! I highly recommend this unit on your next trip to Costa Rica.

The condo was absolutely exquisite and luxurious. The sound of the ocean was relaxing in which it provided a cool breeze. There were over 24 ceiling fans but I often forgot to turn them on as the ocean's breeze provided a natural climate. The beds were immaculate, nice mattresses with high end fabricates. The bedrooms contained air conditioning units, televisiins and amble lightening to read. I cooked the whole entire time as there is a nice inexpensive fish market located in Jaco. The owner had all expensive cooking pots coupled with wonderful plates and glasses. The kitchen sink provided a nice water pressure to prepare the meal and tidy up afterwards. The one bath room was expansive with dual sinks and a rain shower and second bathroom provided an alternative to cleanse off from swimming in the pools or the ocean. The owner provided a nice combination of both bath towels and beach towels, all towels were soft to touch and very new. I would recommend this condo. I plan on returning in January 2016.

I stayed in La Paloma Blanca for four weeks with my husband and my brother and his wife.
I can still hear the crushing waves and feel the breeze from the ocean. We watched the sunset from our rocking
chairs and the terrace, sometimes we fell asleep, feeling so relaxed.
We had the windows and doors opened all the time, even at night and felt 100% safe.
We hardly used the air conditioners in the bedrooms, the fans were enough.
The airport driver recommended by the owner was great, friendly and dependable.
He emailed us about the scheduled drives.
The Management was excellent. Our needs were dealt with right away.
We missed having a dishwasher, but the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.
We played tennis at the Morgan Cove Hotel which is a short walking distance. After tennis we walked to many restaurant for nice cold beer and lunch.
Then we went to Mas X Menos Supermarket for groceries and took cheap taxi back to La Paloma Blanca.
We ate fish bought at the Fish Store or at the reastaurant.
On Fridays there is a Pot Luck in the evening and we couldn't believe how many Canadians we met.
We are from Ontario and they had the coldest February in history.
We sure chose a good month to stay in friendly and sunny Jaco Beach.
We are hoping to return soon.

Great trip right from the pick up at the airport by the owners recommend driver. The condo was everything described in the add. Easy walk to Jaco town on the street or beach. The grounds are very safe and clean. The beach is just steps away. Great pools and friendly staff. Highly recommend Vlad from Costa Rica Eco Tours. He will get u on any excursion cheap and speaks great English. Also very knowledgeable and a great resource while we were here.

My wife and I stayed here for 12 days and we experienced it all. She took surf lessons, I went deep sea fishing and reeled in a nice sailfish. We hiked up the mountain to the left of the condo. We went zip lining. We went and watched the surfers a short taxi drive away at a bar around the bend to the left of the condo. I worked out at the gym a few times down the street. I would rent bikes. We negotiated a great price (around $100 for two for 9 days). There is a great "soda" across from the gym with great food and it is dirt cheap. Jaco has amazing food. The beach and pool were always warm. Bruce's condo is huge and so relaxing. Every night I went up to the private rooftop with my ipad and just watched the stars and cruised the internet. Every morning I woke up and sat in the rocking chairs and enjoyed the view. The bed was fine. Do not miss the farmer's market on Fridays. Pineapple and Mango with rum is heavenly. We rented a car and went to manual antonio. It was so much fun seeing the sloths and the monkeys. Bruce gives great advice on activities and restaurants. We will be back. What a romantic place.
