About this house rental
Cape Cod Charmer on a salt water peninsula south of 28. Lovingly maintained and updated, this surprisingly spacious home offers hardwood on the first floor, 2 brms plus a bath, updated sunfilled kitchen with sliders to a deck overlooking a glorious, fenced yard complete with potting shed with all necessary beach gear. On the second floor you will discover the oversized master retreat with skylights, double closets; a full bath plus an additional bedroom.
Walking distance to association beach from where kayaks can be launched. A quick drive or bike ride to a number of Falmouth beaches, restaurants and shops downtown.

House is great in a great place. Beds were unmade when we arrived due to communication mixup between owner and cleaning woman, but I contacted the owner who had his lovely cleaning woman come within the hour. All good. Owner was very responsive, and cleaning woman was great. No harm, no foul. I would rent here again. The place had everything we needed.

A wonderful house in a great little section of Falmouth. We felt close to everything- able to quickly get around to town, the beach, and shops.
The house is bigger than the photos show. There was ample room for 8 adults and a toddler to spend a weekend.
The house was clean and stocked with the little things that were needed. The house had ample parking.
My connections with Wally were all very easy and professional. He was very helpful in clarifying the things we needed to do in checking out properly.
We will look here again when we visit the area.

Great location. We were in Falmouth for a 70 year birthday party. Accommodations were great.
Two minor criticisms-we ran out of propane for the grill (1st day) and the lawn wasn't mowed.

The house was in a great location and was clean. It suited our needs for a girls weekend. The only things to make it better would have been blinds for all the bedroom windows and a more comfortable bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms.

Perfect size home for our needs. We stayed in Falmouth to celebrate my Nephew's wedding and the house was very clean, very homey and well equipped with everything we needed. The binder left for us had all the nearest stores, restaurants, etc and was a nice touch.
Would absolutely stay here again.

So roomy and nice! Were able to travel throughout the cape and have a “home base”. Very comfortable! Thank you!

Owner was responsive during rental process.
Had enough space for 4 of us.
Overall, was OK for our 2 nights. But disappointed as home could have been cleaner. Didn’t want to sit on back porch as chairs were pretty dirty.
Front bedroom had no window coverings, except for a valance facing the street. Not as nice as pictures.
Would be a great rental if updated.

I stayed at this property on a mom trip weekend. Spacious bedrooms. Clean and good quality furnishings. We loved how uncluttered it was. The backyard is huge and fenced in, and would be fantastic for the kids which we were taking a break from:) Close to Route 28 to get easily into Falmouth. Appreciated that there were some basic supplies in kitchen including good coffee. Quick and easy communication with owner. Good price for the time of year we were here in May.

Our family consists of a 10yr old, a very busy 4yr old, and a 10m old that is on the go, myself, my husband and his father. This house for us well with room to spare. Both the front yard and the back yard are spacious. It was clean, Wally communicated quickly with us if we had questions. The house is beautiful and the location is too notch. Very close to everything in Falmouth. It’s equipped well with any thing you may need. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a space for your family to stay.

We stayed with our teen twins and our friends and their kids and we had plenty of space for all 8 of us! The location was perfect for what we needed and the huge backyard was an added bonus!!

The property was perfect for what we needed during our short stay for a family wedding. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the property was very clean. On our first nigh we had some trouble getting the heat started and the host answered right away and helped us with the situation. I would definitely stay here again.

It suited our needs in both space and comfort level . We enjoyed being able to go out in the garden. We also liked the proximity to Falmouth shops and town center. The beach was close and accessible. The house was well supplied with what we needed.

It’s a great house with everything you need for a wonderful week on the cape! Wally was very responsive and the house is clean. We loved using the kayaks, playing soccer in the enclosed back yard and grilling! Very close to lots of beaches and downtown.

Nothing fancy but clean and tidy and in an excellent location. Perk to have the use of kayaks and bikes at our disposal. We were gone the majority of the time but when we had down time was so nice to put our feet up in the livingroom. I’d definitely rent it again.

This was a great home for our family's week down the Cape. We have family in Pocasset, so this was a nice location to visit with them and also go further into the Cape on other days. The house itself was a good size and we never had to worry about the heat because the ceiling fans and window A/C units were great. Our kids loved having a little backyard to enjoy and have breakfast on the patio.

Girls weekend
The house was just as pictured inside the house it was very clean and comfortable. We all had comfortable beds. There was an issue with trash outside that animals had gotten into and the host had a cleaner come and take care of it.
My only note would be the instructions for guests to handle trash and sheets was not super clear. We found a sad folder by chance when looking for a remote in drawers with instructions hand written. If my friend had not by chance opened that drawer I would of never found it. And thinking about it this is probably why the previous guests left the trash outside and animals got into it.
PS bring toilet paper each bathroom had 1 roll none in the house.

Perfect location !
This house was perfect for two families with little kids. Lots of room for indoor and outdoor activities. Very clean and well equipped house for our home away from home stay. Location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. Wally was a great host. He provided his cell number prior to the stay, so that I could easily reach him. I did have a few questions and he was very responsive. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends!

Wonderful house!
We had a very positive experience staying at the house for two weeks. The house is very clean and convenient. It is very well equipped with everything-linens, towels, kitchen stuff. The backyard is fully fenced , the grill is excellent. Wally is a great host, he was responding to all our questions immediately. We could use kayaks and bikes which was very helpful.
The only improvement I can think of would be having an AC unit in the living room. Also, the light in the outdoor shower could've been helpful.
Overall, we had a great vacation!
