Very Ok, but the second bed small and the host could be better.

Very nice place to stay, even one of the beds could be for kids, not for adults, it’s too small and too short. The apartment was clean, nice and the location exactly of the beginning of the city center

The second bed was too small for two adults, and too short. The host was not very nice. She explicitly asked us to take the dishes from the washing machine because she didn’t have time and when we left he asked us to put the bed sheets near the washing machine…

L'appartement était super cosy. L'accueillante qui s'occupe de l'appartement à chaque passage nettoie et reçoit impeccablement ! Il y a de tout, tout, tout en équipements! Lit confortable ! Tout prêt du centre! J'y reviendrai !

Super sejour au cœur des marchés de Noël de Colmar

L'appartement correspond parfaitement la description, très bien équipé, spacieux, propre et sécurisé. Très bonne situation géographique, proche des marchés de noel et du centre de Colmar. L'accueil fait par aida est très agréable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Et nous recommandons cet appartement.

Le place de parking est situé au sous sol, attention si vous avez une grosse voiture. Pas plus de 1.70m de hauteur. Nous n'avons pas pu y accéder. Neamoins une autre solution nous a été proposée. Parking payant au pied de la résidence ou gratuit à 5 minutes à pied.

Emplacement super dans le centre de Colmar Les équipements sont top, La facilité de communication avec Aïda, La place de parking pas évidente pour ce garer mais avec quelques manœuvre c’est bon Nous avions un Peugeot 3008 est nous nous sommes garer dans la place

Well positioned but untenable car parking

The apartment was well laid out and decorated and had everything we needed, except a suitable car space. It was very well positioned for walking to the old town.

The allocated space in the garage was only suitable for a small car and I was unable to park there as it was impossible to park in a corner with a column next to it in a medium sized SUV. Not recommended as suitable for anything bigger than a Mini or a Fiat sized car. We had to seek alternative paid parking elsewhere which added stress and expense to our holiday. There were four keys which were confusing, a garage remote and a knob to activate the lift which kept falling off the key ring and was easy to loose… quite frustrating.

1. comfort: felt like a real home, with everything one needs mot to miss home - all necessary consumables, rules in place for a civilized community life ( recycling, etc); clean, quite, good temperature; our daughter appreciated a lot the toys left in the house by the owners - she had a great time discovering them 2. great position - modern house just within fee minutes from the historical city 3. interaction with thr hosts, claryfing any question

I would give 10/10 if it’s not the smell of the toilet, luckily it’s a seperated room and far from the bedroom :)

The smell of the toilet. Aida told me it’s the pipe problem because of the old building, they had tried to fix it but it’s not good yet.

Very nice apartment but access and parking a bit of a headache !

Really well equipped apartment with 2 good sized bedrooms .Location was brilliant , just a short walk to the old town . Small shop next to the entrance selling essentials ..,at a price ! Also mono prix supermarket about 5 mins walk away .

It’s very very secure .. which isn’t a bad things but you have to carry a set of 5 keys around with you . The main access to the apartment is by lift .which also needs a key to operate ! The underground car park Is pretty grim .. The parking space is very small and requires numerous efforts to get into to avoid concrete posts and the car parked next to the space .. if you are driving anything bigger than an average size family car you will really struggle .

Everything was perfect.We were with our two children they love the apart and also the location is very close the old town.It was clean and comfortable. If I decide to come again I will choose here again. The apart exactly is the same as the shown picture

Modern living in a medieval town

Beautiful modern apartment with easy access to Colmar centre. Aida our host was so obliging and helpful. Bonus was private parking on site

A lovely apartment that we loved as a family. Super friend staff who gave us space at the same time checking on us. Super clean apartment.

Parking spot in very tight in the private garage. Our car (Kia) was to large to get into the assigned spot. Had to park in the local lot across the way.

Modern, clean, comfortable apartment

Modern, clean and well decorated apartment with all comforts you need. Comfortable beds. Location is walking distance from everything Colmar has to offer. Offstreet parking included (for up to BMW 3 series size car)

Being centrally located also came with one downside: there was a bit of street noise from the temporary fair in the parkinglot next door.

Fantastic modern apartment exactly as shown by the pictures. Located three minute walk from the museum unterlinden (and grocery store) in a great location. The property manager met us exactly as planned and was extremely welcoming and nice. He spoke excellent English and explained where everything was located in the town. good apartment for a family of four or five or two couples. Parking is only for a small car but the municipal parking was directly across the street for eight euro a day. Perfect location for visiting the Alsace region or for going to Freiburg and visiting the Keidel thermal baths! We highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to come back! Thank you Stephanie and Ricardo!
