Best value for the money.

Just as in the photos. Best value for money. Would have happily paid more. The family is great. Very helpful. Food was excellent and some of the best we had in Vietnam. Good vegetarian options. They arranged pickup up from the airport and drop off to Hoi An for a fee. Got laundry done.

Not a dislike but a few improvements such as a shelf in shower to put soap shampoo etc. A mirror in the bedroom would have been nice.

Perfect stay in Phong Nha

Loved our stay. Family were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very big! We had a slight issue with air con but it was resolved extremely quickly. Breakfast is basic but fits our needs and for such great value. Used the pool too which was clean and nice. Location was great. Away from the main town but only a short walk. Rented scooters easily too.

Sunbeds not super comfy and pillows too but nothing to ruin a stay

Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt

Sauberes, grosszügiges Zimmer, bequeme Matratze, gute Dusche mit Abgrenzung zum restlichen Badezimmer, Schrank für Kleiderablage, Wasserkocher, Badetücher, Zahnbürste, Shampoo, Dusch, sauberer Pool. Die gesamte Familie und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und ich würde zu 100% wieder dieses Hotel wählen. Das zugehörige Restaurant wo es auch das Frühstück gibt, war auch sehr gut. Menüs sind lecker und wurden immer frisch zubereitet. Portionen waren gross und der Preis günstig. Ich wurde sogar vom Dorfzentrum (Bus Drop-off) abgeholt und auch wieder zu meinem Bus hingefahren. Ich wurde richtig verwöhnt mit Kleinigkeiten, die ich sehr schätzte und bin den Gastgebern dankbar für den schönen Aufenthalt in Phong Nha.

Attractive, good value for money and relaxing small riverside hotel.

The location by the river is splendid, but as it was rainy or overcast for most of our time we could not appreciate that or the nice large pool properly. The room was large with a huge bathroom. The owners were friendly and responsive and their driver took us to Dong Hoi rail station for a good price at the end. They were expecting a new litter of puppies any day, but unfortunately this had not happened by the time we left!

Driver rates within the Phong Nha area are a little high as there are no taxis.

very helpful friendly family run and fantastic value for money

very lovely family run place. very helpful with all of the excursions to phong nha caves and national park. fantastic value for money and let us check in at 2am for no extra cost. Would 100% recommend and come again if we return.

Great place, nice host and good food

Friendly host that tries to give you the best service. Clean place and a nice pool.

It is quite a walk from the bus station, and with many buses arriving at 4 AM, it is good to agree on pickup.

Clean and practical.

Very Clean Big room Big bathroom Pick up from night bus free of charge The cutest dog ever Simple but it works. Also a taxi service to the train station from the host family. Also can arrange many day tours for you. Very kind and helpful during our stay.

Location is a little bit from the centre.

Je me suis senti détendu durant mon séjour.

l'hôtel est bien situé, la chambre est impeccable avec une grande salle de bains. Il y a un balcon spacieux avec une belle vue. Le jardin est joliment entretenu, la piscine également et l'endroit est calme propice à l'apaisement. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de mes hôtes qui m'ont beaucoup aidé. ils ont pu faire le nécessaires pour répondre à mes différents demandes ; je recommande cette hôtel et c'est pour cela que j'ai mis 10 étoiles.

Great!!

The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. Linh helped us to book a nice cave tour. She was very helpful and we could text her every time we had a question. We arrived late that day and we didn’t had dinner yet. The driver brought us to town and picked us up for free. During our cave tour we could leave our bags at the home stay and when we got back we could take a shower and have some dinner before we took the night bus. The food was really nice!

Idyllic, relaxing and fun.

The family all went out of their way to help us. They picked us up from the airport and dropped us at the bus station. The property was very clean and the kids loved the pool. We loved sitting by the river being served delicious food from Lucky Homes menu. There were also free bikes to use to meander along the side of the river with.

Clean and comfortable rooms in a great location with friendly staff and great food!

Lucky Homes was a great base for our few days in Phong Nha. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the setting and location were great and the food was fantastic. We had a big group of 15 and Mr Bình was very proactive and supportive in terms of helping us to book tours and transport. We enjoyed the peaceful location but appreciated being able to walk to the town and boat station. I would definitely book again for our next stay in the area.

Exceptional

Lucky Homes has all the important stuff such as comfortable beds, cold aIr conditioning, and hot showers. The restaurant is very good, too. The motorbike rental was the nicest motorbike I rented on my trip. The host was very helpful.

Fantastic

Really lovely accommodation. Big room, big bathroom, balcony and pool. Great location, right on the river. Stunning views. Staff were wonderful, especially Binh. Good restaurant, nice breakfast. Complimentary push-bike. Excursions, motorbike hire all arranged. Lovely friendly dog. The highlight of our Vietnam trip.

Exceptional

We had a great stay in Lucky Homes. Bihn was so nice and helpful. We booked a kayak tour through him which was so much fun and really made our Vietnam trip. He also organised a transfer from the train station and also a bus to our next stop for us. The property is lovely. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was absolutely massive. The pool was great to use to escape the hot sun. Breakfast was lovely each morning and the served lunch and dinner too which was handy if you didn’t want to venture out for food. The have a few tables overlooking the river so it was lovely to sit and have a beer there in the evening and take in the amazing views.

big rooms and massive bathrooms, we rented motorbikes from here, they did our laundry for 40k/kg. they also let us check in at 4am without having paid for that night and we only had to pay for a room upgrade since that was the only room available

Helpful staff, very spacious rooms and the outside area is green and perfect for an evening drink.

The hotel manager picked us up from the bus stop at 4am. That says everything about the dedication of the staff!

The wifi is a on the slow side especially at night.

Beautiful place!

Beautiful location with views over the mountains! The staff is really friendly and the room was big and spotless. Really great value for money.

When we first arrive the lady sat us down and introduced all the tours we could book, we felt a bit pressured to book the tours, though I don't think this was the intend. However, I think it's better to let people check into the room first and then introduce the tours. We ended up not booking any tour, but renting a scooter from the hotel, and it was amazing driving around by ourselves!
