Although we had a couple of hiccups property manager resolved very quickly. Sun - thurs is relatively quite but with the bar next door being able to open until midnight it was loud. Overall good experience.

Only a few minute walk to the center of town. Walking or bikes are all you need. Golf cart rental for one day to explore the not so secret, Secret Beach. Pool was refreshing. Condo has everything you need. Definitely a return location for us!

The property is in a great location, a short elk to the dive shops, restaurants, and town.

We loved our time here. There was plenty of room, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and it was very clean. The vista from the balcony is mesmerizing and I didn’t want to come home.

Absolutely perfect condo unit that had everything we needed!

I stayed in the condo from November 10- December 8, 2018. It was just as described. All the amenities that are needed for a long vacation. The convenience of the location allowed for ease in walking to anything needed. No golf cart needed for transportation with the exception on a day trip to Secret Beach. Accommodations for the cart can be made at the local grocery store operator (Mark) for $50 + $10 in taxes/day. Chuck and Robbie’s was the dive operators used located a 10 minute walk along the beach road from the condo. Super Buys was the large grocery store to do the extensive shopping. This was about ½ mile walk so a bag on wheels or a cart for the long listed items. Grocery store around the corner (MUST CHECK EXPIRATION DATES) for the minor items. Other convenient grocery stores at round a-bout good for just about everything. DO NOT forget to use the hammock while people watching on the wrap around patio! Plenty of board games for use also. If you take the steps to the top of the building, there is a viewing deck that is great for star watching also. Tuesday morning (7ish) on the lagoon side has the Mennonite Farmer Market worth visiting. This is a great site for watching the sun set also. Restaurants enjoyed in walking distance of condo while in San Pedro: Hungry Grouper, Mesa, Estel’s Dine by the Sea (Sunday’s bar-b-que at noon especially), Caramaba! Restaurant (pick your own fish and how to have it prepared), Sandy Toes, Palapa Bar and Grill (hamburgers were especially good), Sandbar (excellent pizza and calzone), Boogies Belly (for the meat pies before 11 am).. and many others rated on Trip Advisor.

What a great place to spend a month! Not only was the location stocked with everything you would need for a home away from home, but it was centrally located so that we could pick up our fresh veggies, fruit, baked goods and grocery items by walking. We didn't need a golf cart to get around. Also within walking distance are lots of eateries. The pool was magnificent and we used it daily. I'd come back here in a heart beat. A special thanks to Juan, who oversaw the condos and was always pleasant and helpful. Thank you all so very much.

This condo is great! First, it's located close to town but just out of town making it easy to walk to town and still be a little outside of the central part of where the action is located. The condo is clean and spacious! The beds are super comfortable, well at least I can confirm the king bed is comfortable and my 13 year old son said the queen bed was comfortable. There is a store right at the back of the condo across the street, it easy and convenient. Be sure to talk to Christina for anything you need, tour reservations, dinner, everything! She will help you, I wish I would have used her knowledge more on our trip. I don't have any complaints about this condo, me, my husband and my 13 year old son enjoyed staying here and were totally comfortable. My son LOVED the pool.

We have stayed at this condo a few times. Great view of beach & pool off balcony. All furnishings are up to expectations. Comfortable beds and sufficiently stocked kitchen. Check in process was smooth but a/c could have been adjusted before our arrival. Internet WiFi also needs updated with today’s traveler’s needs. Having to reboot system several times within a few hours to have WiFi access was annoying. Issue didn’t exist elsewhere on island. Oasis de Caribe is a Great location to explore the island. We would most definitely stay again. Thnx for the Memories!

My family of 6 stayed here and we were not disappointed! The condo was perfect for our little/big family. Boys stayed on the pull out couch but it worked out well. Great location on the beach and next to a grocery store. Condo had all we needed! Only grip we had was...we should have stayed longer! Thanks so much!!

This was the perfect stay for us! Super easy and convenient to everything! Walking distance to town and all of the beach front amenities. The view is outstanding and the pool is nice when you don't want the salt water! Everything is very well kept! Highly recommend!

Perfect location, great condo, beautiful pool!! Our 2nd time here, won't stay anywhere else!!

First off, the condo was not clean. This was taken care of quickly and it was re-cleaned. There is no comfortable furniture to sit on in this condo and it does not have a table you can eat on. It does have 3 bar stools--so if you have four in your party, you're out of luck. Not having a table made playing cards difficult. The kitchen lacked a dishwasher, and a trash can, which the top didn't work, was sitting in the space where the dishwasher should have been. The beds were comfortable, which was a plus. The extra bedroom lacked space to put our clothes up, as the drawers that were there, were filled with stuff. Same thing in the extra bathroom, the space under the sink was crammed full of stuff--so there was no place to put our toiletries. The HGTV claim needs to specify how many years ago this remodel took place because nothing has been updated or cleaned out since.

I love that the condo is in close proximity to San Pedro. The condo was in good condition with plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans. It is close to a grocery mart, but I would recommend going to the larger grocery stores in the center of town. Although Christine, the manager was nice and available by email, when she greeted us it was as if she was in a rush. I had to ask all of the questions. It would be nice to provide a longer welcome. For example, we didn't know anything about bike rentals, golf cart rentals, restaurants, etc. It would have been nice to have a warmer welcome. Everyone in my party of 9 felt the same way. If you don't have time, maybe a welcome packet with tips. It was our first time on the island and after the warm-hearted reception we received from a stay in San Ignacio, this was a quite a change. Otherwise the condo was nice. I would recommend beach chairs that are foldable instead of having to drag them across to the beach area. The tide was high, so don't expect a beach directly across from condo. You have to walk towards San Pedro for more beach like features. Beaches in Ambergris were disappointing.

This condo was perfect, wouldn't change a thing and would book again in a heartbeat! It's quiet, away from the street and nightlife noise, but close enough you can walk right to it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and having separate bathrooms is amazing. It was clean and updated with central a/c for the entire condo. The view is breathtaking during sunrise and sunset, we found no better place to catch these daily events than our own patio! Loved having the patio and a hammock and the condo community grounds are well maintained. There's a grocery store literally steps away but the property owner is thoughtful and has lots of things travelers might need including a coffee maker (even coffee filters!) Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful visit to Ambergris Caye. Lisa's condo at the Oasis was very lovely. Walking distance to the places we wanted to go. Mark's grocery right out the back door, and a bakery and great chicken rice local places. Front Door five minute walk to Chuck & Robby's for great diving. Sandy Toes for drinks and music. Kitchen had coffee filters and salt and pepper, much appreciated for our breakfasts at home. And a stock pile of DVDs for a few lazy nights in. And Lisa's manager Christine was very helpful checking us in, and getting us a cab to the airport.

Great location. Super clean. Updated condo. Fast Internet. Responsive management company. Accommodating owner. Kitchen with all the equipment necessary to make a gourmet meal, should you be inclined (though close to enough restaurants and shops so you need not cook). Balcony with a grill. Well stocked with comfy beds, great pillows, beach towels, blankets and just about all the comforts of home. Cleaner for just US$25 (which makes up for the lack of dishwasher). Delicious swimming pool. Wonderful people in the area. What's not to love? We rented a golf cart one day at the corner store. When the shop owners learned where we were staying, they gave us a good deal, took our names (but no credit card) and told us to pay when we turned it in -- whenever that was going to be. As for the community in which the condo is located -- we visited just a few days after the August 2016 hurricane, and it was amazing to see how quickly the community had pulled together, cleaned up and rebuilt. It was inspiring. The only downside for Ambergris itself is that it's a bit expensive -- but that's understandable considering just about everything has to be boated in.

The most amazing place ever!!! Everyone in town knew where we were and bragged too. It was clean fun and convenient. Could not have asked for a better place. I suggest it to anyone going to San Pedro

For the most part we enjoyed this condo. The location in San Pedro was excellent - walking distance to the main part of town (10 mins on the beach), with a grocery store and bakery situated directly behind. The view is also amazing! One part of the balcony faces the sea and the other looks down on a beautiful courtyard and pool. The condo is well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and linens. The furniture has unfortunately been stained over time and upholstery will likely need updating soon, but it wasn't quite to the point that we didn't want to sit on it. The major drawback to the unit was that wifi was advertised but was non-functioning. We realized this immediately and advised the woman we believe to be the onsite cleaning lady (a property manager was supposed to let us in but was not seen over the course of our stay). She initially argued with me that it did work, but eventually conceded that it did not. She advised us that someone would be in the next morning to fix it. 24 hours later, no one had shown up. Again I contacted the actual property manager, who was never at the building during our stay, or if she was, never presented herself to us, as I mentioned before. She initially also denied that it didn't work, then claimed that the phone company was called, then claimed that it would be fixed the next day. This was never done. Wifi is a very important feature of somewhere to stay for my family (my husband needed to receive work correspondence from home). We ended up incurring hundreds of dollars in data fees from our Canadian cell phone company. We would not have chosen this unit had we known upfront it had no wifi. I would also add that the property manager is not fulfilling her duties well, based on our experience.

Our stay was great! The unit was clean, comfortable & on the beach just as advertised. Christina, the manager, met us at the unit and answered all our questions from getting around, to being able to arrange for a golf cart, or scuba diving advice,to being able to assist with tours. The pool and deck were always clean as were the grounds. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances for cooking your own meals including some thoughtful things like coffee filters, salt and pepper and spices. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was large with a hammock and was a great place to people watch as there is a road in front. There is a grocery store around the corner and you can either walk on the beach road or on Laguna Drive to the market, local bars/restaurants, dive shop. The people of San Pedro are always friendly with a smile and a hello.

The condo was well kept, clean with a nice ocean front view. The only problem I had and this might seem nit picking was on windy nights the storm shutter would rattle out side the front bedroom. Other than that all was great. I would recommend this condo complex.

The location was perfect, the condo was beautiful and comfortable - it was so nice having a well kept and safe place to stay, close enough to town but far enough away to be quiet and serene. We loved our time at Oasis Del Caribe!

I have never stayed in a place so nice and comfortable. Sellie was amazing! We had all the info to get where we wanted to be and had an awesome day each day we were in San Pedro. Coming home was just that... coming HOME. That's what it felt like. Not like walking into a hotel... it was like coming home. I felt like we lived there. Should I ever go back to Belize/San Pedro, I won't go unless the Oasis and Sellie are available. What a wonderful vacation! Thank you!
