*11th Floor corner unit with a large balcony facing the Gulf (south and east views) and a smaller balcony overlooking the “Ole River” intracoastal-waterway (west facing views, perfect for sunsets!).
* Large, spacious floor plan (1607 sq. ft. total, balcony is 374 sq ft), with three beautifully decorated, renovated bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. (Photo of the floor plan is in our VRBO photo gallery.)
* Living room is decorated in pretty white and blue tones with white Pottery Barn sofas and a comfortable, plush easy chair that reclines.
* We had stylish "wooden plank" flooring installed throughout the condo which makes it so much airier and clean!
* Ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms
* Sleeps six. The spacious Master Bedroom has a King size bed, vanity and private bathroom with a shower, separate jacuzzi tub and sink. We also have two Queen Bedrooms, one of which was completely redone with new furniture and decor in Dec. 2023. Each Bedroom has its own private bathroom and full tub/shower.
* Fully equipped, newly renovated kitchen with classic white quartz countertops, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, ice maker plus there is a Mr. Coffee drip coffee machine, blender, toaster and crockpot for your use.
* Breakfast bar with two bar stools.
* Beautiful dining area which seats six.
* Wet bar with white quartz countertops and sink, perfect for hosting a party.
* Condo comes with its own full-size washer and dryer, as well as 2 irons and an ironing board.
* White bed and bath linens are provided, as are beach towels.
* The condo is wheelchair accessible however the bathrooms are not ADA compliant.

* Large flatscreen TV in the living room and in all 3 bedrooms
* Large outdoor pool with sun loungers and direct access to the gorgeous wide white sandy beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental in the high season from an independent beach service. (Or, there is an assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas and floats in our beach closet that you are welcome to borrow!)
* Covered reserved parking space close to our condo tower as well as plenty of free open parking.
* There is a small grassy area with a poo bag station alongside our condo tower where you can take your dog for a potty break. Also, directly across the road from the condo towers is a large grassy area with poo bag station next to the tennis courts. We let our dog off leash and play fetch here which he loves! (Note: this area is not fenced in.)
* Private marina with boat slips available for complimentary use with a prior reservation. It also has a boat launch into the "Ole River" and a new fish cleaning station.
* 2 tennis courts
* Open air pavillion facing the tennis courts and grassy lawn has a charcoal grill, propane grill, comfortable tables and chairs which are perfect for a BBQ.
* Clubhouse between the two condo towers which overlooks the pool area. It has a small fitness center, kitchen and large living/social room which is complimentary for use of those staying at the Beach and Yacht Club.
* From our condo, it is an easy 1/2 mile walk along the beach to the world famous Flora-Bama!
* There are many great restaurants nearby such as the The Gulf, Zeke's, Big Fish, Villagio, Cosmos, Big Mike's Steakhouse, Flora-Bama Yacht Club, Shrimp Basket and Lillian’s Pizza just to name a few. There is also a Waffle House within walking distance for those mornings when you don’t feel like cooking breakfast!

Such a wonderful, beachy place. Tastefully done in bright blue and white which adds to its beach feel. Great communication from the owner, Shari. Ample space on the balcony and numerous windows to gaze over the ocean. I will stay here again. A plus!

We thought everything was well-organized, stocked, and helpfully labeled (like light switches, fans). The pre-trip info sheet on the condo and local attractions/restaurants was also useful, as we found some new spots to try (like Zeke’s). This was our fourth trip to the area and we found our experience with your condo to be the best! The check-in process/codes were easy to use, everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the amenities and access were great. (Plus, we loved your decor!)

Loved this unit! Plenty of room for our family! The hostess provided lots of extras like cleaning supplies, soap, toilet paper, Beach chairs, and Beach towels to borrow while we were there. We definitely were glad not to have to pack our chairs and towels! Thanks. Unit is very stylish and comfortable! Kitchen has lots of dishware and cookware! Master bed slept great!

The condo was gorgeous with mirrored walls which enabled seeing the water/beach from anywhere in the living room/kitchen. The. Condo was very well appointed. It had everything possible needed, even nail polish remover, amazing!

The condo and facility had everything you could need. It was cool weather and unfortunately the pool either didn’t have the heater turned on or the heater couldn’t keep up with the cool weather. Best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in.

Let me start by saying that we have stayed in quite a few condos in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area over the years, and I can honestly say that this was the most well stocked condo we've ever had the pleasure of calling home for a week. The condo is beautiful, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Shari, the host, was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and we were quite excited about being able to have our pup tag along with us on this vacation! The condo is tastefully and comfortably decorated, and you cannot go wrong with a stay here.

Very clean, beautifully decorated, generous amenities: well stocked kitchen & bathrooms. Primary bed was very comfortable plus there were darkening curtains. Location is close to all the Orange Beach amenities plus Perdido Key too. Our Host, Shari, was wonderfully attentive. I kept her busy with questions as it was our first visit to the area. Wonderful home away from home vacation. Definitely will return.

If you want a nice relaxing vacation this is your place. It has everything anyone could want. Very family oriented. Coffee in the am on the patio to an evening cocktail. Restaurants to go eat. Or a wonderful kitchen to prepare your own. We did both. The beach seems somewhat secluded not a massive crowd. Just how we liked it. The beds are fantastic you will get a great nights sleep.

This by far was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. We loved the decor. It was so relaxing it made us feel like we were right at home. And we loved the views from the balcony. We took our Goldendoodle with us and he loved the area across the street where he could just play and run. The property management was wonderful to work with and made our booking so easy. We will definitely book this place again.

This was the best rental I have ever booked. The kitchen was well stocked with every type of cookware. All the supplies I normally bring from home were readily available in the condo i.e. handsome, dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc. There was a chest full of extra blankets, which was nice due to the chilly weather. Check in was easy. The condo was the cleanest rental I have ever seen. Will definitely stay in this rental again.

My sister and I just spent 10 days with our 2 poodles and had a lovely trip! The pictures do not do the unit justice. It was extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. The balcony was our favorite spot! The owner, Shari, was very communicative and helpful and provided more basic supplies than we have had in the past. The development is well maintained and the dog potty station is very convenient. We definitely want to book this place again!

What a beautiful beach condo. Very clean, great decor and location. Shari is the best hoist we have ever stayed with. We got locked out of our condo, our fault, and Shari took control and we were back inside in 30 minutes. Top it all off, we were able to bring our dog!

Excellent views
Stunning panoramic views of the gulf. The condo was clean and updated. The pool area was nice although still a little cold during our stay(early may). The condominiums informed the owners of restoration work beginning during certain weeks. Our stay overlapped that and the owners immediately emailed us with updates and offered to work with us. As it happened there wasn't really any disruption to our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the patio most of the stay, with really no noise from the work. Would definitely stay again, in warmer weather maybe next time.

Fabulous!
Everything about this condo is perfect. The condo itself is spacious, beautiful, and was very clean. The location is great as well as the beautiful views. Every person we encountered was friendly and courteous from the complex attendants to renters/tenants. Our fur babies also loved the workers as well. The owner, Shari was exceptionally nice and went above and beyond to assist us in locating a private area for my brother to have a virtual meeting for work before our condo was ready. Overall, our trip was perfect and we plan to return as often as possible.

Everything was so easy from start to finish and the property was beautiful. We had excellent weather and the beach and all the amenities were perfect. There was no long waits at the elevator, which we have experienced at some other properties in the past. Absolutely awesome!

Perfection Realized
We arrived at the 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo on the 11th floor and were thrilled with the entire design, furniture, large living spaces and the beautiful beach-front view!! Although the pictures of the condo on VRBO were beautiful, the in person experience exceeded our expectations. We spent much time on the beach between my tennis tournament and enjoyed the nice local restaurants, too. The owner was very responsive to our simple questions. We look forward to our next stay at this specific condo!

Perfect condo for 6 people
Very clean and fully stocked condo. Location was great - not crowded at all.
2 buildings - 12 floors each - 4 rooms per floor. There was a personal outside storage room for all your beach stuff. The workout room was great and there was a bathroom in the clubhouse, so you didn’t have to go all the way to your room from the beach. Our favorite restaurant was Sunset Grille - 5-8 minutes away. We would definitely return and stay here again!

The property was awesome, just as described and well appointed. Love the icemaker! It is a large 3 bedroom and had plenty of space. Owner was great in communicating. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo! Beautiful views!
We enjoyed our stay in Shari’s condo. Everything was clean, plenty of room for our family of 4 along with our puppy. The condo was comfortable, kitchen stocked well and beautiful views while sitting on the patio. It was such a fun, relaxing week. The master bedroom mattress is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in...all the beds were comfy and linens were so soft and cozy. Check in/check out process was great. Shari was so accommodating and gave us plenty of ideas of where to eat or things to do since we’ve never been to PK before. We hope to stay again soon.

This condo was everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The condo has obviously been recently renovated with beautiful floors, fresh paint and stylish yet comfortable furniture with enough seating for a large group. (Seriously, I wanted to ask for the paint color) We loved the flow of the kitchen/dining/living area and the bedroom sizes were perfect for our group. With access off the master and the loving room, the balcony is quite large. The ocean is right at your feet, just beyond the larger than average pool. The building is older (the elevator creaks but who can blame the owners for that??) but great care has obviously been poured into the unit. We visit the beach several times a year and this condo made quite the impression with multiple people in our group for the more than ample toiletries on hand. You also get your own single assigned covered parking spot steps from the entrance.The hosts were fantastic, calling me on the phone when we couldn't figure out the TV (it was operator error) and making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. (And, if it's your thing, the condo is within walking distance to Flora-Bama) We would definitely stay here again.
