Welcome to your dream vacation retreat! Just 45 min south of Sky Harbor Airport lies our serene oasis. Nestled in a desert scaped backyard, you'll find a private pool complete with a soothing waterfall, perfect for unwinding under the sun. Inside, discover a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout with a den, equipped with a work desk for productivity. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a water softener, and reverse osmosis system for pristine drinking water. Feel at home with amenities such as a washer and dryer, ironing board, and garage parking. Stay connected with fiber internet speeds up to 1050 Mbps, while LED pool lights set the mood for evening swims.
There are three heated Johnson Ranch Pools with hot tubs close by as well. Access to a 9 hole pitch and putt par-3 golf course, use of the tennis/pickleball courts, parks, and soccer fields.
You will have access to the entire house.
While I may not be physically present, I am readily accessible via text or email for any inquiries or assistance you may require. Additionally, I have access to various resources to address any issues that may arise, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution. Nestled in a chill neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of main roads, this spot is perfect for those who crave peace and quiet. With parks just a stone's throw away, you can easily enjoy a leisurely stroll or some outdoor fun. Plus, there are loads of trails nearby for biking and hiking, making it an adventurer's paradise!
We would suggest renting a car. There is UBER and Lyft but renting a car would be a much better option.
Smoking and the presence of pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.
The minimum age requirement for renting the property is 25 years.
We'd be delighted to accommodate an early check-in if available, for an additional fee of $50, payable through Airbnb. The earliest possible check-in time would be 10 AM. Let us know if you're interested!
Pool heating services are available at an additional cost of $25 per day for the entirety of your stay. Partial heating arrangements for specific days are not feasible.

My friend and I take vacation for last few years since we are both widows and get our heads on to deal with kids. Katie's house is perfect. It's close to grocery store and Walgreens is just down street. We live in the pool and back yard. She is the perfect host. Even when previous tenants were not good. Katie still made our stay relaxing and fabulous. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Quiet, clean and great amenities
We were impressed with this property from the pictures and description, and were pleased to find the met and exceeded our expectations. It was quiet as we had hoped, in a nice HOA neighborhood...not opulent but well appointed with everything we wanted: pool, privacy, BBQ, TV’s great kitchen...oh and super nice linens and towels. The only downside for us was the distance to the airport and downtown Phoenix, though that’s just us.
Recommended and one of the best vacation rentals we’ve been to.

Lovely, Relaxing, Top Notch Property and an Amazing Value
We loved our stay at this beautiful home in San Tan Valley. It really does have a "resort style feel" as advertised. The backyard with pool, cabana, bbq, tv, lounge chairs was a private, quiet oasis. The house itself has everything you need. It is very comfortable. Katie was a friendly, helpful, responsive, and welcoming owner. Can't wait to stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our July stay at this property very much! Pool was awesome and the area was very peaceful and quiet. Cleanliness gets an A + and Katie was very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely use this property again and highly recommend it to others .

We spent 99% of our time by pool. We had everything we needed or wanted in the home. The only minor thing was the light next to grill was not working but I was still able to cook our steaks to perfection. I would highly recommend this property for anyone. Next time we are in AZ we will definitely stay in this home again. Katie was quick to respond to any question we had. Thank you for the best vacation I have Ever taken. Really didn't want to leave!!

Clean well stocked home. Pool is great!! We love sitting out there early a.m. listening to the birds and waterfall. Good location and is easilly accessible for travels wherever you want to go.

San Tan Valley Paradise
We could not have asked for a better house rental then this one for our stay in San Tan Valley. We were close to everything where we needed to go in Mesa, Chandler and Scottsdale.
The house was extremely clean and well furnished.
I would stay there again if my travel needs took me me to the Phoeni x area.

Oasis
It was the perfect place to relax and get away. The pool with the waterfall was relaxing and the perfect cool temp for the warm days. There is the San Tan Mountains Regional Park super close to go for a hike. Will try to get back there again. Thanks so much.

Relaxing Winter Retreat!
This place has a very relaxing backyard. It is a quiet neighborhood and you seldom hear the neighbors. The backyard has several sitting areas for different times of day with a heated pool to enjoy anytime of the day! The home was very comfortable but really you spend most of your time in the beautiful backyard! Katie was quick to respond on any questions we had. With this being our first time using a VRBO, we were a little unsure of what to expect and Katie was very patient with us and all our questions! Very pleased with this whole experience!

Lovely home with wonderful back patio
We had a nice relaxing time at Jaimie and Katie’s. It was very clean and had a nice kitchen area. The patio area is beautiful. We sat outside almost every morning and evening. We didn’t use the pool (it was chilly when we were there) but it was very inviting.
We would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home and resort style pool!
This home was nicely decorated and had lots of extras. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The backyard resembled a resort with the pool with waterfall, covered seating, and a large grill. Great value and highly recommended!
