The emerald waters in the Gulf of Mexico provides a tranquil background from the balcony of all units at Majestic Sun. You are just steps away from the beach, heated pools with waterfalls, hot tubs, golf, gym, and even a store onsite that carries all of your beach necessities. Seasonal water sports are offered, as well as bike rentals, and even three onsite restaurants so you never have to leave the property. Acme Oyster House is located on Seascape property. Pompano Joe's, Surf Hut, and Melting Pot are all a short walk away and the outlet malls are just down the street.

This 2BR/2B upgraded unit has new furniture and was recently painted. It is located on the 9th floor in building A and has sweeping views of the ocean from the balcony and living room. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished property with a kitchen that is equipped for all your dining needs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa. Situated on the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and later watch the sunset from the balcony off 9th floor.

PARKING PASS UPDATE-1 PASS IS INCLUDED IN STAY. EACH ADDITIONAL PASS IS $15.

Beautiful property - clean, convent, relaxing. Pictures do not give the property justice….. love the beach, spent time in the pools and hot tubs when not at the beach. Be sure to hit Surf Hut right down the road!

We were over the moon satisfied with our stay. It was a first time ever to visit to Miramar and it wont be our last. Communicating to the property owners/managers was so easy. They responded immediately. Definitely recommend :)

We were very satisfied with our stay. It is across the street from the beach but very very close and convenient. It is within good distance or restaurants, shopping and things to do. The pool is inside and outside so that was great for the baby. My only complaint is the same as one of these. The pillows are very old you can tell they have no life in them, they were very flat also, our toilet paper roll was half used upon arrival and only 1 to replace it which made me nervous to run out.

This place has a FANTASTIC view! The place itself is a little small but suited us well. Overall it was very clean and exactly what we needed for our long weekend stay. My only complaint is that we had to purchase toilet paper and trash bags which was a little inconvenient. The pillows are also paper thin and not very comfortable, these two things caused me to give it a 4/5. Other than that it’s a great place and I would stay here again!

We loved this condo! The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve meals. The kids loved the pool. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the views of the beach. The host was quick to answer any questions that I had prior to arrival. If we ever return to Miramar Beach, we would definitely stay here again!

My family's first time visit at Majestic Sun on the 9th floor met all our needs. The view from the balcony, the comfy beds, the ease to set up at the beach, the large outdoor/indoor pool, two hot tubs, well priced gift shop, a delicious icecream shop, and walkable restaurants/bars was more than we could wish for! We will be back!

Condo was tidy but not meticulously cleaned. For example, the baseboards were dirty, and there was popcorn and a flosser under the bed. View of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular! However, this property is not directly on the beach. You have to cross a busy road to get to the beach. The pools and hot tubs fun and clean. Parking is pretty convenient.

The place was exactly as described. The view is amazing!! The host allowed us to check in early which was great as our flight landed at noon. Communication with the host was prompt and pleasant. Would definitely come back!

Location, location, location! This spot can’t be beat. You have an AMAZING view right from your private balcony and only a short walk across the street to the beach. You’re also close to so many great restaurants and things to do. Pros: Beach gear, including umbrellas Cleanliness of property Beds were so comfy! Well stocked kitchen Nice linens Balcony Easy beach access Cons: Nothing! Definitely recommend for any group! Especially for families as you have access to the pool and an ice cream shop on site! Highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

Everything was clean and the beds were nice and soft. No toiletries so bring some. Also the knives are super dull. Other than that it had everything we needed. Loved that it was close to a bar and restaurants. The heated pool was nice since it rained but we could still enjoy the afternoon. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Excellent place to stay! My only complaint was the queen mattress. It was a good quality mattress in its early years, but now it makes you fall into the center of bed.

Condo was extremely clean, and everything was in perfect working order. View is fantastic and getting to the beach is a breeze. My kids loved the pools. Noise from the road can be quite loud, as can the neighbors. But during the peak time of July, not much can be done about that! We loved our visit. We have rented this unit twice now and would definitely rent this unit again.

Stayed here for a three night girls trip - view from balcony was amazing! Condo was as expected from description - Beds were very comfortable. Got there very late first night and could not find a sprayer for getting sand off feet due to the pool being closed - found another one in the daylight the next day on the property. Parked on third level in garage as elevator was right there - very easy. Elevator wait time on Saturday was a bit much as biggest crowds that day. Thank you for having beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use! saved us lots of money!! Went to Crab Island for a day trip - that place was so much fun!!

The place and location was perfect. The only thing I would have liked was extra supplies. We only had two rolls of toilet paper stocked and two trash bags for our whole trip which we ended up running out of both.

We spent our spring break here and had a great time. My boys were ages 7 & 5 and loved the pools and easy access to the beach. Everything we could have needed was provided. We enjoyed having access to the beach chairs so there was one less thing to pack! We had an issue with the lock and the owners were super quick to come and help us out.
